    Repair estimate.

Against my better judgment, I decided to bring my car here to get it serviced. I bought my car from this dealership many years ago, but quickly realized that as with most dealers, it was the most expensive place to get my car serviced. I arrived just before 10 AM which was my scheduled appointment time and I was greeted and got in right away. Somebody was going to come pick me up and take me home but I asked my service representative (Alex) how long it would be and he said an hour and a half so I decided just to wait it out. 2 1/2 hours into waiting I still had not heard anything about my car so I went up to the counter and asked him what was going on. He told me they were just finishing up the diagnostics and putting together a cost for parts. FOUR HOURS later, I received an outrageous quote ($8394.13) for the work they said I needed done. They didn't have the parts that I needed in the shop and I asked how long it would take to get the parts and they told me Tuesday. So Friday to Tuesday my car would just sit there because they said it was undrivable. I called and told my husband about it and he told me to send the quote to another mechanic and see what they would charge. I did that and the other mechanic flat out said that Cadillac was trying to rip me off. I explained to the other mechanic what was wrong with my car and he said I wouldn't have a problem driving it to get to their shop. So I took it to their shop on Friday, they had all the parts that I needed and gave me a quote of $1,848.43 - they said a couple of the dealer recommended items didn't need to be done. My car was finished by noon on Monday.

Hello. My vehicle has been at Earnhardt Cadillac for service for a couple of days. My service advisor, Paul Kirwin, went way above and beyond for my wife and I. Paul took a situation that might have ruined my opinion of GM, Cadillac, and the dealership and flipped it into an experience that completely reinforced my faith in all 3. I wish I had some "Pauls" working at my company. He was truly impressive.

I've bought a lot of cars in my life and every time it's because I went to the dealership for that reason (Captain Obvious). Today was a different story. Last night I had a flat and my insurance suggested to be towed here for repair. What a blessing that was. SHORT VERSION... Met Gus, fell in love with Gus and his incredible personality and customer service. Bought new car.. Got GREAT DEAL. I can't say enough about this Cadillac dealership. I have bought 4 cars from the Earnhardt family and number 5 has been my best experience so far! Please see Gus, he will change your mind about the dirty word "car salesman".

I have taken my GM vehicle here several times for service and have had good experiences. I haven't actually bought a vehicle from here so I can't speak to their sales tactics. From a service and waiting area perspective I have been very happy with this dealership! There's always donuts and some healthy snacks. Coffee, lots of seating and several places to charge or do some work while you wait. It's a Cadillac dealer so it's expected that the amenities are a little more upscale than somewhere like a Chevy dealer, and in my experience this is true of this location. Also you can claim your vehicle has been "dealer maintained" which used to count for something, but who knows if it does anymore. Either way, if you have a GM (or most other brands) vehicle and want it dealership maintained, you could do worse... but I won't name names...

Shoddy upholstery repair, poor texture and remaining glue residue

Not what you'd consider Cadillac quality. I purchased a used 2011 Ford Mustang here on August 11, 23. The leather paneling had detached on the inside of each door, typical issue with Mustangs. Earnhardt Cadillac agreed to work in the cost of repair into the purchase of the vehicle and stated their service department would reach out to schedule the work. I still hadn't heard from them after nearly 2 weeks so I contacted the service department myself on August 24th to inquire about the repairs and scheduled an appointment for September 1st. After arriving to pickup the vehicle on Sept. 1, the gentleman helping us forewarned that the quality of work on the repair wasn't what was expected but that he would follow up with the upholstery service they use after Labor Day to see what could be done to correct the work. When I saw the doors I couldn't believe they would let such shoddy work be done in the first place, but I was hopeful that they would correct it. I never heard back from the guy as I expected on that Tuesday but figured they'd be busy after the holiday weekend. I waited until Thursday Sept 7th before caving and calling him back to follow up myself. He was still waiting for information from the company they worked with and said he would call me the next day, I never received a call from him that Friday. I called again Saturday and wasn't able to get him on the phone. I called again a week later on Sept 14th in the morning and again in the afternoon trying to get some answers. The guy finally called me back that afternoon and said the best he could do was get me discounted labor to redo the work they had botched and quoted me $325 per door to fix it. I've taken the car to several other upholstery services and am receiving similar quotes because of how poorly Cadillac did with the initial repair. It seems they super glued the leather panels back on the doors. There's glue residue left around the panels as well that refuses to come up. This is the worst service I've ever received and they didn't even reimburse me for the crap work. It's been over a month and I was holding off this review in hopes they would correct their wrongdoing. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT!

This is my second service appointment for my 2024 lyriq. The first was a simple tire rotation. It took them almost 3 hours and I had an appointment. Every time I checked in they just kept telling me it would be another 20 minutes... My second experience was horrible as well. Brought it in for a recall, with an appointment, and 2 hours later it still wasn't done. I asked for a courtesy drive to the nearby target at check in so my day wouldn't be totally wasted. But apparently "2 drivers called in" and after an hour of waiting they asked if I still wanted a ride. I declined because I was told my service would only take an hour. Another lie. I kept checking in and kept getting the "20 more minutes" lie. I will never be returning to this dealership for service. They are very understaffed and do not value their customers time.

Proceed at your own risk. I am out of state. They sold me a 2021 M2. It was a beautiful car, but the front window sensors were missing. They insisted that they inspected it and that nothing was wrong, but I got an error on the car the second day I had it. When I called them to ask them to help me fix the issue, since it was not disclosed during the sales process, they admitted that the previous owner had changed the windshield, but declined to help with the faulty repair. If they had told me about the issue, I would not be upset, but they insist that the error was not there when they had it and its not their problem. The BMW dealer told me without that sensor, the issue would have presented itself before I got it. Bottomline - Don't trust these guys. Their "internal 3rd party inspection" is bunk and they will not disclose issues to you. Once you buy the car, its your problem. Cost me $1000 dollars. I attached the proof from BMW that the issue would have been apparent and Earnhardt ignored it.

Apparently they're doing so well they can just chase away customers these days.

Instead, when I arrived, my vehicle was never checked in, no service agreement was provided, and I was handed only a business card when I turned over my keys. It became clear later that my car had never been properly onboarded at all--my keys were not secured in lockup but were loosely accessible in the shop area. That alone was enough to raise concerns. After I reached out for clarification, another agent escalated the issue to a director, whose initial response was to suggest the oversight was somehow on my end. Only when I pushed back did he acknowledge the lapse. By that point, the interaction had shifted enough that I no longer felt comfortable leaving my vehicle there. I returned and took possession of my car. A formal agreement was offered only after I walked back in--something that should have been provided at the very beginning, not after the fact. I ultimately chose to walk away. For anyone considering service here, I strongly recommend confirming that your vehicle is properly checked in, documented, and secured before leaving it on-site.

TJ Schlake was my sales consultant, and Mustafa, one of the sales managers, were both outstanding to work with. Their first priority was trying to find me another vehicle that fit exactly what I was looking for. When we couldn't find the right replacement, there was no pressure or hassle. They honored their return policy, took the vehicle back without any issues, and refunded my down payment exactly as promised. Even though the first vehicle didn't work out, the customer service was exceptional, and that's what I'll remember most. They treated me with respect throughout the entire process and made what could have been a frustrating experience incredibly easy. My family has had another great experience with CarMax as well. We sold my son's car to them, and they offered significantly more than anyone else. The process was quick, straightforward, and transparent. They paid off the remaining loan and handed him a check for the difference before he left. Buying or selling a vehicle can be stressful, but the team at CarMax Gilbert made both experiences smooth and hassle-free. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again, and I highly recommend asking for TJ Schlake if you're shopping for a vehicle.

There was no back-and-forth negotiation, and the entire purchase process was remarkably streamlined compared to traditional dealerships. From start to finish, it took a little over an hour to complete the paperwork and drive off the lot. Llyah was excellent to work with and made the buying experience smooth and stress-free. After purchasing the vehicle, I took it to a local BMW dealership for an independent inspection. They identified a few concerns, including tread depth that was below acceptable standards on three of the four tires and an overdue cooling system flush. The BMW service department suggested I contact CarMax to see whether they would address the issues. A few days after reaching back out to CarMax, I was contacted by Alexandria from the service department. She explained that CarMax generally does not perform preventative maintenance based on age and instead follows mileage-based maintenance guidelines. Because the vehicle had not reached the mileage threshold for a cooling system flush, they declined to perform that service, even though it had been more than four years since the last one. However, CarMax did inspect the tires and ultimately determined that three of the four did not meet their sales standards. They replaced all three tires at no cost, including mounting and balancing. I was surprised they did not feel an alignment was necessary, as I've typically had one performed whenever new tires are installed, but I appreciated their willingness to correct the tire issue without any pushback. Another issue surfaced a few days after purchase when a sour odor began coming through the vents. While trying to locate the source, I discovered a decomposing rat in the vehicle. Combined with the tire situation, this left me with the impression that the pre-sale inspection may have been more cursory than thorough. Despite those concerns, I was impressed with the professionalism of the staff, the efficiency of the buying process, and CarMax's willingness to resolve significant quality issues after the sale. The customer service was excellent throughout. That said, their vehicle inspection and preparation process before putting cars on the lot could use some improvement. If those areas were addressed, this would easily be a five-star experience.

When we did finally get it all approved and paid for, Eddie tacks on an additional $3,000 to reassemble the engine after the repairs. Um what? That's the craziest thing I've ever heard. Even the insurance adjuster had never heard of a separate $3k charge to put the car back together after repairs, but we already paid $5k so what choice did we have but to pay it? After another week, I finally get Eddie on the phone and he tells me he's now ordering the parts for repair. I said "you've had my car disassembled for a month. Why would you just now be ordering the parts?" Eddie got very upset, yelled at me and hung up. After another 10 days (40 days total) Eddie texted me an apology for losing his temper, and told me the car was finally ready. No courtesy shuttle or loaner, so I took an uber to the dealership and signed all the docs. Popped open the hood and saw the engine cover and air intake were missing. I guess that additional $3k fee to reassemble the car didn't include the engine cover and air intake so they left those in the trunk. I was working with another dealership, as I had been pre-approved, but let me tell you what made the difference.. the service at Goldie's ! Through text and email, John, my sales-friend, (I call him) was so relatable and communicative. Walking in I have to admit is pretty cool, in the show room they had a old school IMMACULATE Corvette, a skew ball machine, and arcade games it felt unlike any other dealership I had walked in. The owners son greeted me and asked if I needed anything and to let him know if I did! He was the sweetest teenager. When they say Goldie's is a family business they really mean it ! I was working with John and let me tell you he was so transparent and honest it was like a breath of fresh air. I had considered other vehicles they had but he talked me through the maintenance cost, resale value and common mechanical issues each of the cars I had considered. Once I settled on a vehicle he was able to check for me the maintenance records as well as reviewed the carfax report with me. When I took the car for a test drive he told me to take my time get to know the car and make sure it was right for me. I never felt pressured to purchase. I was having a horrible time in dealing with the insurance payout of my previous vehicle and John was very empathetic in understanding my situation. He had set expectations before I came that with the insurance payout being delayed I may not be able to take the vehicle the vehicle home. I was thrilled with the no pressure atmosphere, and just came to take a look at the vehicle in person, with zero expectation to buy. John and his manager worked magic. I did in fact decide to purchase my vehicle and was able to take it home, there is a small cosmetic issue that I requested to have repaired and he called immediately and got the approval to get it taken care of. I'll be returning later this week to have that completed. I'll keep you guys posted after the service appointment. I had a great experience and I feel I got a good deal on my vehicle and, I felt like my business was valued, my concerns were heard and they've made a lifelong customer out of me ! Special thanks to Goldie's and super special thanks to John!

The only thing I questioned was a "requirement " to provide three "references" of friends and family members, despite paying cash. This seemed a clear attempt to get personal contact information on uninvolved people, probably to approach them with our recommendation. Not cool. The rest of the process was quite straightforward aside from signing all the documents levied by the legal profession. Nice showroom and lounge; clean bathrooms and genuinely friendly staff. Eric Collins was our sales rep and he deserved the Salesman of the year award he received last year. Be sure to ask for him for a low-pressure, no-hassle experience.

Very disappointed with Bill Luke San Tan's Service Center…read more After purchasing a 2025 Bronco from the dealership on Valentine's Day, we discovered a chip on the passenger side of the windshield that had been hidden under a sticker that was removed just minutes after we drove off the lot. When we brought this to their attention minutes after we left the lot, they told us they would "make it right." We brought the vehicle in twice for them to repair the windshield. During the second repair attempt, the windshield cracked further from the repair attempt while the vehicle was in their possession, and now the cracks are spreading to other areas. Despite this, they refused to replace the windshield and told us we should go through our insurance or pay them almost $1000 to replace it. We have purchased two vehicles from this dealership in the past, but after this experience we will not be returning. We are also planning to cancel the warranty since we no longer feel comfortable using their service center.
