    If you're looking to buy a car and want a smooth, stress-free experience, go see Fadi at Ford -- hands down the best in the business. From the moment I walked in, Fadi was welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me find the right truck, not just making a sale. He answered every question with patience, gave honest advice, and worked hard to get me the best deal possible. You can tell he takes pride in what he does, and his professionalism and charisma make the whole process actually enjoyable.     I had my oil changed on my 2018 Ford F150 yesterday. I was in and out in less than an hour. A full inspection was completed and I was given a detailed report of repairs I need to consider. There was no pressure to add service in the spot. I dealt with Allie who is amazing!!!! Excellent experience.

    Mr. Watson you do not have your facts straight. FIRST - My brother and I BOTH contacted your dealership on 8/23/2025, which is 20 days after the vehicle was purchased, not a month. SECOND - Being in the business you should know it takes a couple of weeks for a customer to receive documentation from the lender in the mail. At time of closing, had your finance dept done a complete and thorough job on their loan documents, Lender information would have been disclosed on the contract. This did not happen. The finance dept lender was NOT listed on the loan contract as it should have. It was completely omitted. Furthermore, as previously stated; on 3 other loan closing documents prepared by your finance dept, Ally Bank was named the lienholder. It was Earnhardt's inconsistent & contradictory documentation as well as receiving correspondence in the mail from yet another lender Western American Loan on 8/16/2025 that prompted our phone call on 8/23/2025. On 8/16/2025 it would also be the first time my brother learned who his loan was financed with. THIRD - What you have claimed as having taken place between Mr. Ferrier and I is a flat out lie. It never happened. I have never spoken to or had ANY interaction with Mr. Ferrier whatsoever. I placed a phone call to your dealership on Monday 8/25 asking to speak with Chris Shepherd as his name was listed on the loan docs as the person to contact if you had any issues after your vehicle purchase. I was told by the Cassandra that Mr. Shepherd was not in until Wed 8/27. I then asked who was taking Mr. Shepherd's calls and Cassandra told me Mr. Ferrier. Then she offered to transfer me to him. Upon Cassandra attempting to transfer me Mr. Ferrin immediately refused to take my call. The only person I ever spoke to was Cassandra. This fact can easily be corroborated by Cassandra herself, [who apologized to me more than once for Mr. Ferrier refusing to speak to me] as well as the recorded audio I have of this call. FOURTH - The sole reason I made a trip to your dealership is to cancel the outrageous $1500 GAP policy your dealership sold my brother because Mr. Shepherd continued to be unavailable and Mr. Ferrier refused to take my phone call. Upon arrival, I not only presented the Power of Attorney document, appointing me as my brother's agent-in-fact, to one individual in the finance dept, I presented it to TWO individuals in Earnhardt of Chandler's finance dept! First to Gabriel Salazer and second to Alex Aaslid. When Mr. Aaslid walked into Mr. Salazer's office to speak to me prior to me giving him the POA the very first words out of his mouth were a sarcastic "Nice review you wrote". Moreover, Mr. Aaslid in fact acknowledged my POA document and said verbatim "I don't need that" and pushed it back across Mr. Salazer's desk towards me. This can be corroborated by the security cameras inside the dealership which will demonstrate Mr. Aaslid did exactly what I've explained. FIFTH- My brother and I BOTH spoke to Chris Westermann on Saturday 8/23/2025 at 4:42PM for a total of 6min 23 seconds. As previously stated, Chris was asked TWICE why financing was shopped around when my brother had already secured financing with his credit union and had the pre-approval letter in his possession. Both times Chris stated verbatim "We did send it to his credit union, and he was denied for Low Fico". This can be corroborated by my brother and the recorded audio I have of this call. SIXTH - Not only did my brother show his pre-approval letter on his phone to Mr. Ronald Qayumi, the Salesman, Mr. Qayumi then took possession of my brother's phone and physically walked it back to the finance dept and showed Mr. Alex Aaslid, the Finance Director! This is another flat out lie and complete fabrication by this dealership. What took place can be corroborated by my brother and by the dealership's security cameras. LASTLY, on 8/26/2025 my brother refinanced his loan with his credit union where he had been pre-approved all along. A fact that Earnhardt Ford of Chandler took it upon themselves to ignore. His interest rate decreased by almost 8% lowering his monthly payment $160. The GAP policy he added to his new loan was only $649 versus $1500 that he was charged by the Sub- Prime lender Earnhardt Ford of Chandler sent his loan to. Not all consumers are versed with finance and lending. Earnhardt Ford of Chandler took advantage of the wrong person. Little did they know they would be held accountable for their unethical behavior. Apparently, they still have not learned a lesson because the more they talk, they only continue to lie and be dishonest. This is overwhelmingly demonstrated with Mr. Tommy Watson's response to this review. I strongly do not recommend this dealership.

    My husband and i have had the Ford Escape SE 2021 for almost 4 years. The car was great although we went through a tough time with AC Compressor going out on us due to the Phoenix weather. We got it replaced. A couple weeks ago our alternator needed to be replaced. We went to Earnhardt Ford for a diagnosis and a replacement. They helped us and fixed the problem within two days. We also rented a car with enterprise and we were able to drop off the car at the dealership. They were nice to return the car for us. We got our car back and we were relieved. 2 weeks later we were curious on a trade in for the vehicle and put in our information on Earnhardt Ford website for Chandler location. Our car was good for a trade in and we got a text from Ron Q asking us to come in to look at the 2025 Ford Escape and we could be able to trade in our old car. So we went to the dealership. As we pulled in Ron Q greeted us first and we mentioned about the trade in. He asked us if we wanted to take a tour. We test drove the car. It was nice and the new changes on the car were so different than what we had. It had everything we needed. With a new baby on the way, we were happy to find a new car. Ron Q was super understanding of our needs and made sure we chose the right one. We process took some time. He also ordered us food as we waited. He gave us popcorn and water. He kept checking on us and reassuring us about the process. Anna also was helpful. She showed us the Ford Connect, gave us a new plate cover, helped us move our stuff from our old car to the new one. Also gave us nice reusable bags. The whole experience was nice and we felt very happy leaving. We are very proud to be apart of the ford. Keep up the excellent customer service and helpfulness. :)

We told the…read moresalesperson, Daniel, from the beginning that we were just checking things out and not going to purchase until we had completed our research with 3 different vehicles. We thought we were pretty clear from the start and that he understood that. He was informative and if he did not know something, he looked it up before responding so that he could give us the correct information. Daniel explained that he was new and that is why he sometimes did not know the information and did not want to give us false information. Now comes the biggest reason for the 1 star. His "manager" Greg never spoke directly to us even though he walked to Daniel's desk where we were sitting to retrieve some paperwork. I believe Greg was determined that we were going to purchase that day one way or the other. We told them we had received a quote from Carmax to sell our vehicle to them and therefore would not be trading a vehicle in it we purchased from them. It went from "we can match what they are offering" to "they could not have offered you that much" to "do you have proof of a quote that they offered you $18,700?" So in reality they were calling us liars. My husband showed him the email and then all of a sudden it was "They will never give you that amount. They are going to nickel and dime you and not give you any more than what we are offering ($13,200)." During this entire time, they did not give our key fob back so we were stuck there for 3 1/2 hours- MUCH longer than our expected research time. Guess what, we ended up purchasing our vehicle from Horne Hyundai in Apache Junction. The entire experience was completely different from that of AutoNation Hyundai of Tempe. I will not recommend their location or services, nor will be return. If I could give AutoNation Hyundai of Tempe negative starts rather than having to give at least one star, then I would. Additionally, Daniel at one point had the nerve to ask us why another salesperson had been speaking to us. Seriously? She never tried to take a sale away from him. In fact, I was the one that spoke to her first. She obviously had been a salesperson longer than him due to her knowledge. I am not sure if he was concerned because she was female or if it was because she was a different color than him or maybe a combination. However, that was definitely a put off to my husband and me. Completely unprofessional to say the least.

The vehicle looked exactly how it was posted online. On top of that they sent me a video of the vehicle right there at the dealership for me, just to let me know that it's actually there. I was able to discuss prices over the phone get the entire layout before even entering the doors. We were happy and satisfied by the time that we walked out the doors with keys in hand. Have serviced all Lexus vehicles here at this dealership where Miss Misty Darling, our service advisor, is simply phenomenal. Miss Misty is beyond knowledgable able to shine with her expertise of vehicle service needs. At the helm is general manager Randy Usery whom has always been approachable and kind. Another gentleman, sales manager Greg Walling, works in an old fashion honest manner. Inclusively, was instrumental in helping locate one of our recent purchase which we were grateful. Gentle Readers: the first thing I told the salesman was that I don't use credit and it would be a cash transaction in full. There was never ANY question of financing. Bought vehicle with cash and took it home. So.... everyone else was a pleasure to work with except this one loud lady.... I have a non- American accent so it is possible that she has an aversion to immigrants.

    Bait and Switch. I found a Mazda6 at a good price and called to inquire. As shown in the first…read morephoto, on 5/23 the price (before doc fees) was $19,999. On 5/26 it was changed to $19,899. That is the number I saw (see second screen shot). I called to inquire, as that was a good price for the vehicle. After I called in and spoke to the sales rep, the price increased by $1,600. The price I saw on Carfax was a "mistake" I was told. But the price had been reviewed on 5/26 and REDUCED by $100. A customer shows interest, and suddenly "whoops, we made a mistake", twice. Even if it was an error (twice), this wasn't off by a decimal place, where the price is simply ridiculous, it was within a reasonable window. A company, and person, with integrity would honor the price, but make clear no negotiation would be allowed - perfectly reasonable. Instead, when I suggest they should honor the price, and the point out the price DECREASE on 5/26, I received a metaphorical shrug (this conversation was via text). When I inform them I'll be complaining on Yelp, the response was "Have a nice day". Based on the clear indifference to either fairness, ethical practices or customer satisfaction, I can only assume that this is standard business practice. While I'm sure not illegal, it certainly enters ethically ambiguous territory. I realize honoring your word can be challenging when it ceases to be in your best interest, but for these folks the concept seems never to have crossed their minds.

    Final Update: After…read morefinally getting in direct contact with the General Sales Manager, Chuck, I was able to fully express my frustrations regarding how I was previously handled by both the representative and the salesman. Chuck took the situation seriously from the start. He acknowledged my experience, made it clear that this was not how they operate, and stated that this was far from the values of both their dealership and Chapman as a whole. He immediately took action. Chuck personally looked into everything and went out of his way to make things right by ensuring I was placed in a vehicle that truly met my needs. He arranged for me to work directly with one of his trusted salesmen, Andrew, and made it clear that when I arrived, I would be handled exclusively by him--no confusion, no runaround. From that point forward, the experience was a complete night-and-day difference compared to what I dealt with before. The level of professionalism, communication, and respect shown by both Chuck and Andrew completely turned the situation around. I genuinely appreciate the time, effort, and accountability Chuck showed in taking control of the situation and making sure it was handled properly. Because of that, I can now confidently say that I am beyond satisfied with my experience and would return again.

I called the scheduling department to make an appointment as this dealer is really far from me but they had the best price on oil changes for my 2021 Trailboss. The scheduler said the wait will be one hour. Ok no problem I can do that and made the appointment. However... right when I get there I was informed it would be a two hour wait. I didn't really have that much time to spare but had to get it done as my emissions were due. 2.5 hours later my truck was finally done with a standard oil change with no rotate and no other services. Someone really needs to address this issue with the scheduling department. I'd almost rather pay the higher prices at other dealers (that are closer to me) than have to wait that long for a standard oil change. Especially after being told it would only take one hour. Express Lane? I think not.

I have brought my vehicle back to this specific dealership 5 separate times to address persistent, unsafe transmission malfunction and severe juddering. During this process, the service department attempted to resolve the issue by performing the official TRA083 software update. However, the software patch completely failed to fix the problem, and the dangerous transmission symptoms have persisted. Instead of taking the necessary mechanical steps to properly diagnose or repair the vehicle, the dealership has essentially washed its hands of the situation. On last visit, I was told to change the spark plugs (not recommended any of the times before) and still told it may not fix the issue. All at my expense of course since the vehicle is just recently out of warranty. In addition have been told that I should just expect these issues from a DCT. This has left me driving a car that is paid off, unreliable and defective, that this Kia dealership is unable to fix. Kia Corporate has been no help either. Despite the extensive service history, I was simply told to take it to another Kia service center. Neither Kia Corp or this service department has stood behind its repairs or provided a meaningful technical solution for these known TSB-related issues.
