Troy is AMAZING! Not only is he super knowledgeable, he's also so nice and genuine. We hired Troy to install our faucet and while he was here he took a look at our water softener because I didn't think it was working properly and sure enough it wasn't even on. He turned it on for me and took the time to explain how it will operate, things to look out for, and that I'll be using less soap (I didn't understand why until I showered and felt the difference).
