My girlfriend wanted to look for crystal shops around the area we were staying (downtown San Diego) and realized that this shop was a few minutes away from us so we decided to go check it out. When we entered we were given a very warm greeting where the lady behind the counter (sorry I didn't get both your names!) gave my girlfriend a brief idea of the different selection they had. As someone that isn't into crystals (mainly my girlfriend) I was curious about the selection as I wanted to get her something (first time in San Diego) and loved the many different types of crystals and items that were displayed I ended up getting a pair of jade and a pair of amethyst Really happy with the selection, the staff, and the reasonable prices. If you go definitely go to the hillcrest location, the staff at that location are so friendly, welcoming & helpful. I went to the location in downtown but did not get a good experience the guy working was not helpful. Seemed uninterested in helping so we ended up leaving and going to the other store and it was worth the extra driving, the prices are also great! read more

On Friday, I came in last week and purchased rose quartz on a stand and an amethyst on a stand. They are sooo pretty! I wish I had taken a picture before giving them away as gifts. I'm from Northern Cali, so I hope they expand their crystals on stands selection online because I truly loved their ones inside the shop. I would def come back for more. I'm torn. I love coming into this shop. But I bought some Palo Santo spray/elixir and I am very disappointed. The sample smelled really good. But when I get home with mine, I spray it on myself and can barely smell anything. It feels like I'm just spraying water. Almost no smell at all. Don't know if I will be back. This is such a lovely shop! GREAT customer service, knowledgeable staff, and quality products. I especially like the Earth Elements Wellness Sage Spray. Smells heavenly and provides an alternative way to cleanse your space without smoke. I walked into this shop 2 weeks ago as I was randomly drawn into stopping there along the way home. Beautiful store, took my breathe away! I loved everything in there but have never really been into crystals before. I left without purchasing anything but it was cool to look at. A week later, I was walking home and happened to get drawn into walking back into this store. I don't know why. Elizabeth was working this day and I came in to just look around and also explained that I had little to no knowledge about these things. She was so kind and took her time to explain all of the different crystals and how they work with us. I never felt a better energy than being there and learning about everything in the store. I walked out without a purchase, again. I went home and couldn't stop thinking about the beautiful crystals, the beautiful energy in the store and how kind Elizabeth was to me. I finally went back in for a purchase today and sure enough, she was there! This time I came in with an idea of what I was looking for and she helped me find just what I need! I'm going to have to limit how often I stop here to buy things as I wish I could purchase everything in the store.
