Two really nice women running this shop and visited with my friend while in town for a conference... The incense are STRONG like it seemed like they were cones or multiple scents all at once and it was intense. The selection is pretty amazing for the size and would strongly recommend staying for awhile to check out everything! Some items were a little pricey but I think comparable and small shop approved. They even have very cute boho clothes!! I didn't buy anything because what I wanted wouldn't travel well but they let me play the tongue drums and were available to answer all my questions! read more

I previously purchased through them back in 2021, I love my ring and bracelet I had bought and received various complements on them and decided to look them up to purchase again. While taking a shower the other day, I noticed the 'Throat Chakra Healing Symbol Silver Ring' starting to rust and turn my fingers green. Irritated and disappointed, I checked all the rings I had purchased to see if this was an ongoing trend and noticed the discoloration on both the 'Watermelon Tourmaline Silver' and 'Amethyst Silver' rings as well. Which are both listed on the site for $35.99, it's discouraging that the price does not reflect the quality of the items as they had a few years ago. I sent a follow-up email to the email listed with my order, with no follow up 24-72 hours later, and now I'm here letting everyone else know. Don't waste your time, as the quality, customer service, and product is no longer up to the standards that they once had been. I saw this place after walking around after dinner and was drawn by the bright window display. To the left upon entry is some nice smelling candles, books, figurines, essentials oils. They had some stones on that side and at first I was thinking, "Is this all they have?" but on the other side is a plethora of stones. The store is pretty small so it can get crowded pretty quick and this store is pricier than some other crystal and stone stores that I have frequented (but it is in Little Italy so things do get pricey in this area). I purchased an amazonite bracelet on my credit card for $7. It came apart in the first monthish I had it. I took it back to the store yesterday. I asked the girls for an exchange or to use it towards another item for $9. They said they would do it. I gave the broken one back to her. Then they went back & forth with how they would do it, but then ONLY with the actual paper receipt. I have the receipt of the purchase online in my credit card transactions. But they still would not exchange it without the "physical receipt"... I told them how they obviously do not stand behind their products. They had nothing to say. Buyer beware that the quality of their products & customer service is horrible. read more
