So right after painting, second on the list was finding a carpet cleaner and if he couldn't fix the carpet, replacing it. So I went on yelp to find a good carpet cleaner. This was a little stressing because the prices vary drastically from over $100 to a little under. I thought to myself "Does a more expensive price mean a better job?" And majority of Carpet Cleaners have less than 10 reviews from yelpers who have written less than 20 yelps themselves, and I usually don't trust yelpers who have less than 100 reviews anyway because they are probably just trying to yelp their friend's business (which is unethical yelping in my opinion). He came exactly the time we scheduled for and he buffed out all the smudges that bachelor left behind on the carpet, thus saving it from going to the carpet graveyard and Hell it was destined to be sent to.. I shopped a few carpet cleaners for a commercial office building job. Over the phone, Udalbo seemed reasonable in price and personable, and his business is just a few blocks from the jobsite. He arrived timely with a helper and got to work quickly on a bifurcated job. They swept and vacuumed the carpets before cleaning. Udalbo suggested dry-cleaning the common-area hallway carpets so they would dry quickly for the benefit of the building tenants. In preparation for a new tenant, they steam-cleaned the office suite carpet, which was stained black to charcoal-gray in some areas, especially where the primary desk of the previous tenant was located. I was pretty sure I'd need to replace the three-year old carpet, but I gave cleaning a try. A couple of days later, I inspected the work. The hallway carpets, which had not been particularly stained, looked clean and new. When I unlocked the office suite I was astonished. After cleaning, the previously stained carpet looked new! I'm not exaggerating. The carpet reflected light brightly like it did after being installed three years ago. ALL the stains were gone, completely gone. I knew of Jeff when I used to be a renter. My landlord used him to clean all carpets in the building. Jeff did an amazing job then so I decided to use his service at my new home. There are stairs and some hard to get to places. Jeff cleaned every inch thoroughly. One of the bedroom closet had carpets and there was another piece of carpet on top. Jeff cleaned both.
