My house needed a lot of work from being older. All the tiles needed renewal, the grout lines were…read moregross. My carpets had stains from years ago that were set in. My master shower had holes in the grout from being old, and we weren't using it any more to prevent water damage. Needless to say, we needed help. KMC came out and did great. They were able to help us re-grout the areas that needed re-grouting the the master shower. They also recalled the shower. Then after cleaning all my tiles/grout, they sealed up all the grout in my house. They were also able to get the stains out of my carpets, cleaned all the upholstered chairs and couches. Price was comparable to the other quotes I received. But if you get the gold package, KMC can also help move your furniture to get the carpet under the furniture. We opted to move our furniture ourselves. Our technician Bryan Ortega kept in contact with us, letting us know when he'll show up the day of the cleanings. He came multiple days since we had grout work and carpet work. For the second day he was at my place, he even followed up on the previous work that he did. He worked hard and was diligent, considerate, communicated well any issues that may arise, gave us instructions for after the cleaning. Couldn't get any better than a job well done by a courteous and capable person. I wish I had some before and after pictures, but I didn't take any before photos for comparison.

Now one would never know there had been damage. Another old Tibetan rug I picked up second hand. After it came back from cleaning the dull yellow became a bright deep yellow. It doesn't even look like the same rug! On the bigger rugs there were areas where the binding had fallen apart. Now they're as good as new.
