They really work hard to get you in and out of there without endangering your or their lives. So many great options for foods and drinks. I can't compare them to locally owned mom&pop shops because of their brand but they have familiar and great flavors for a fair price. I've heard others say that they're rude and what not but they are rushing to get work done and I appreciate it. They are far from perfect and they're not the easiest people to talk to, but they did well to survive the pandemic shutdowns and come back without delay. The bagels are great but the issues are why I stayed at three stars. Why is it whenever I go here the people working there seem so annoyed to have a damn customer no one's ever the least bit friendly. Also maybe ownership needs to take a look at redecorating the inside because it is not welcoming it is not comfortable it is not a place you want to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee and a bagel you just want to get the hell out as fast as possible. We drove here because the misses wanted bagels ready to go! After waiting in line we asked for our blueberry bagel and an apple cinnamon bagel. The menu stated bagel with flavored cream cheese was a out $4.88 or so but I was charged a la carte. $2 for cream cheese is a rip off. So I ended up paying over $7 for mediocre bagel & cream cheese. Huge disappointment this morning. I used to come here multiple times a week when I used to live here in the area.
