My favorite pizza establishment for many years. Having grown up in NJ/NY area, my standards are quite high.

For the price, we enjoyed our pizza. We ordered our pizza and carried it out. We've been back a couple of times and enjoyed the pizza. I gave an extra star for the order-takers or cashiers, they are always pleasant and friendly to me. read more

Very rich sauce in the pizza pie. Very close to NY-style pizza but was too salty for my taste. The buffalo wings were HUGE. Very meaty and again, salty. The atmosphere is definitely nice to bring your family to dine in. Not too sure if I'd come back anytime soon but I haven't written them off, yet. I first came here a few years ago and I have now been four times and I absolutely LOVE this place. I haven't tried anything except the pizza because it's so freaking good. Every time I have been here they are always busy but the service has been stellar and I have never waited longer than 10 minutes for the pizza to be brought to the table. In the land of a million pizza parlors, you really have to bring something spectacular to the table. This place was good, which essentially means that it's not worth a return visit. The toppings seemed fresh enough, and the variety was extensive. The crust, however, was a little dull. That's a deal-breaker in our book. Criticism aside, if we lived in Riverview then we might feel compelled to give it a second chance. But in the end, there are great pizza places not far from here. read more

Our first experience was a good one. We stopped here w a motorcycle group. The Resturant was ready for us (30 people) and the service was prompt. The pizza was very good and cooked perfect. The salads are huge w plenty of toppings on top of the lettuce. The employees were very friendly and very willing to go the extra mile :) well done East Coast! read more

Always pleased with the pizza I order at East Coast. Their crust is just what I expect from NY style; it is crispy, yet chewy. The sauce is just right without being sweet. Lots of cheese and ingredients top the delicious pizza. You cannot go wrong eating here & ordering the pizza. I've never tried anything else except their house salad which is lettuce, tomato, onion & croutons. read more

The food is good, it's New York style pizza. If you looking for something other than the usual delivery brand pizza its a good choice

The pizza here is the best I've had in our area and I'd highly recommend it to anyone. Probably is best to call in your order since the location can be relatively busy. The staff is very young and almost all are very sweet and give good customer service, however, we've had issues with one staff member in particular. We've had multiple instances where the service was so blatantly rude that we felt uncomfortable while ordering both in person and even over the phone. I'd suggest that they get an adult manager on site to make sure the customer service is up to standards. I understand the staff is young, most seem to be high school aged or close to, however if your customers are spending moneh at your establishment the least they should be able to count on is that the staff will be friendly and courteous when ordering or picking up. read more

Had a 18" pizza tonight, seemed like it was light on cheese, and there was a good inch & half of bare crust that in my opinion is a cost cutting move. At $22, I expected a top dollar pizza, but it seemed more like a $14 mid dollar pizza, just sayin. read more

By far the best. I have tried them all. Coming from NYC - BROOKLYN- STATEN ISLAND- I was very skeptical when I walked thru the door and saw all the pics of NYC. They live up to every thing great about NY. Food delicious. Sauce great go there now and by-pass all others in Apollo Beach. Gotta say this is one of my favorite pizza places. The pizza is phenomenal, and although I only ever get take out, the pizza has always proven to be delicious. If you pick up in person, they will make sure the pizza is right and everything is to your liking, which is a small but appreciated gesture. I don't normally eat pizza but would recommend East Coast Pizza to any pizza lovers. read more

Wow...if you're looking for pizza "from up north", then definitely give this place a try. The crust is hand tossed and tasty. They've got a neighborhood feel to the place too. It's nice to have a place like that instead of the usual pizza chains. I'll definitely be back. read more

Three of us went in for lunch. They brought every item out individually, not all together. Done with my slice of pizza before they brought out my salad. Crazy!! Pizza is paper thin like a cracker,, no sauce or cheese and its way over priced. And if you want gluten free its $12 for a 10"" pizza, talk about Gouging. Won't go back there. read more

I have stopped into this place twice in the past month around 8pm and both times, no Sicilian pizza (closes at 10pm). The first time I ordered regular slices, got home and they were both dried out and must have been sitting on the counter for hours. Second trip, around the same time, ordered a meatball hero and Mozzarella sticks. Sat there for 40 min waiting for my order. There was only 2 people at another table and 2 customers at the counter. When I asked abut my order, the girl said, we called your name??? must have been sign language because I was 5 feet from the counter. The two customers at the counter were asking for a manager because they ordered online over an hour ago and had to order again when they got there because 'we never received the order" Got home and threw out their menu and fridge magnet, NEVER going back!! read more

We've had one too many bad experiences with them over the last couple years. They never fully service their lunch specials from 11-3, barley to 12 some days. They don't honor their reward coupons and make up rules for the coupons in store that are not printed on them. It took over a year for them to figure out what the problem was with us not receiving our rewards at all and then made no compensation for lost rewards over that time. It took months for them to fix their soda machine the prior year. Since the owner is never there it has gone down hill. As of the last few times we've been there the pizza is either over or under cooked. In December we asked for a 1/2 and 1/2 pizza for the toppings picked and what we got was 2 slices of one side and the rest of the slices where the other toppings. Just a wreck. So unhappy. When I ask about the Owner today they say he doesn't respond to Facebook and doesn't have a schedule and doesn't do call backs. I have to call back or email. What type of customer service is this? Does he not even care about his store anymore? read more

We've been going to this restaurant for 7 years. Looks like they're starting to cut corners and not lowering prices. We frequent this restaurant early afternoons M-F. We generally enjoy the food. This visit was on a Sunday evening 01/06/2019 at 6 PM. We ordered a large Cheese pizza, Greek salad with potato salad. The pizza came out and no salad. We asked for the salad and the girl delivering the pizza went to get the salad that just sitting on the counter. The salad had no potato salad, very little ham & olives. Overall the salad was very small compared to the usual Greek salad. When finished we asked for a large pizza box because we only ate 2 slices and didn't want to stack warm pizza. The waitress wanted to bring a small box and we insisted on a large box. I would have talked to a manager but didn't see anybody that looked like they were managing the restaurant. Maybe that's why it appeared their were lots of girls stumbling over each other. Finally we left disappointed, but because of the lack of restaurants with decent food we will return. read more
