Butter cookie latte 1/4 sweet with oat milk

My first time in this local place and am very impressed. The cookie butter latte at quarter sweet iced is lovely. I paired it with the tasted ham and Swiss croissant and with that, I had a satisfying breakfast this very peaceful Veterans Day. This coffee house is a wonderful representation of why it's a blessing to be a Temecula resident. Service was pleasant and gentle. Thank you!

On the weekends, we walk over to grab a hot drink- chai tea latte and hot chocolate for my little one. There are even games to play like Tic Tac Toe and Connect Four. We usually spend an hour finishing our drinks and playing a few round of the free games. The space is clean. There are a few tables indoor and outdoors. Whenever we come we look forward to the friendly staff, and the quality ingredients in the drinks/ pastries.

I kid you not... We decided to try a new coffee shop in Temecula and I am so glad that we stopped in here. This place was so clean and so well organized. They had everything , they had the almond milk or the oat milk. We had a latte and a chai latte and they were both so delicious. Now I know where I'm getting my coffee and Temecula .

Purchased this coffee at the recommendation of the barista and it did not disappoint. He told me it was better hot and that is what I did. It's a latte with honey and cinnamon. It is the perfect amount of sweetness and the espresso was nice and smooth. Love this little coffee place. Can't wait to try something new.

Their iced lattes are sooo good. Finding a good small business/coffee shop in this town has proven a bit difficult but this spot is great. Friendly workers, super clean cafe - would be great for studying. I recommend the Salted Tiramisu

Clean and Cozy Coffee shop located on the corner of Margarita and Pauba. My husband and I have been exploring coffee shops recently and decided to give this one a try. It's dimly lit and has a relaxing feel. Perfect spot to get some work done or have a conversation. There is also outside seating. We were greeted and served by Aisha. She was so helpful and very personable. I ordered a London Fog. I am a tea lover and this is one of my go to drinks. My tea was very good but not as hot as I would have preferred.On our second visit, I opted for the lavender chai tea and a spinach feta croissant. The croissant was absolutely delicious. Perfectly warmed, fresh and flavorful. I am definitely going back for more. My husband had an apple croissant that was equally delicious.

Legitimately one of the best cinnamon rolls I've ever had. So good that I got 2 more the following day, shared 1 with a colleague, and he made the same statement that " this is one of the best cinnamon rolls I've ever had". I shall return for more cinnamon rolls!

This corner shop is perfect when you're low on caffeine and do not want to deal with big crowds. For the few times I've been here, it wasn't as crowded as I thought it would be. Especially during coffee rush hours. The staff work quickly and are friendly. Great environment. I came here to get non coffee drinks and received then in a timely manner. Good flavor and reasonably priced. I also tried their acai bowl and was impressed. I've been on the hunt for the best tasting acai bowls and East Coffee is only one of two that meet my taste. The smoothie consistency of the acai is just right, and honey is served generously. I am definitely coming back.

Saw this cute coffee shop while getting my sons hair cut next door. Great service, extremely quick, and unfortunately I did not get the name of the worker but they were so sweet even brought my drink out to me instead of the pick up station. For the smoothie and coffee both taste amazing and great price too, paid $12 for 2, 20z drinks and I tipped on top of that of course. Highly recommend!! read more

I wished that I lived closer! This place is amazing! Quick yelp search helped me discover this sweet little shop. I was in town for a wedding and needed to order baked goods and coffee, found this place and called to see what they offered? I didn't grab her name, but she sweetly helped me with an order of coffee and a dozen pastries. Placed an order for coffee for myself and the bride (Large Iced Caramel Vanilla Latte with Oatmilk - 4 Shots w/whip cream). We came by and picked up our order, she added creamers, sugar and sent us on our way. Let me tell you that the first sip of our latte was lifechanging! Not bitter, not too sweet and so creamy with a great coffee taste! We arrived and opened the boxes only to discover heavenly pillows of carbs. I tried an almond croissant and didn't want to share. I decided that I needed all the carbs to get me through the wedding! The rest of the bridal party couldn't stop talking about the coffee and pastries, they were a huge hit! They kept asking about where we bought them. I was leaving town and had to stop by the next morning for my coffee order above and croissants for family! Support this small business and you will NOT be disappointed! read more

Visiting Temecula and had to stop at this coffee between having the Press all weekend. I got the cookie butter latte and it was a nice strong roast. I wish it had more cookie butter flavor but the coffee was on point. I asked for whipped cream to give it that extra deliciousness. Young adults working were very helpful especially the tall guy with curly hair giving me the full menu and his suggestions. read more

I pass by this coffee shop every day on my way to work. Finally decided to stop in and I'm so glad I did. Usually, coffee is coffee and although they are all different they're kind of the same. Meaning, that the sweet part of the drink is usually what you taste the most. Well, not here. I was actually able to taste the coffee and it was the perfect combination. I discovered East coffee at my work and fell in love with the vibe. The staff is so helpful and friendly. I work at the hospital that they're contracted with and I was having a particularly bad day so I came in for the first time to try something new. Taylor, the barista was so sweet and patient with recommending something to get me through the rest of my shift and she took time to listen to me talk about my frustrations for a few minutes while making my drink and I felt so much better! read more

Came here on a Thursday morning to get myself my morning coffee and a pastry. My drink was skipped over and the three people after me all got their drinks before me. The worker at the bar didn't even acknowledge that she made a mistake and skipped over my drink. It was the girl who was working cashier and taking care of the pastries who was nice enough to ask me if I was still waiting for my drink and made it for me. I got an iced white chocolate latte with oat milk which was good but honestly could have gotten it anywhere else. The spinach croissant was delicious though. I would have given them a 3.5 star rating but the girl who worked cashier was nice and made my drink despite her having to take orders and heat up pastries. read more

I ordered a cafe miel (dark roast) and an almond croissant. The presentation of the almond croissant was a bit messy, but the flavor was good. It tore easily and the powdered sugar on top wasn't overwhelmingly sweet. However, it was a bit too buttery for my liking, but overall, delicious! I do wish the seating area was larger. It would be nice if there was a table in a corner where one could be apart from the hub by the cashier. Overall, excellent coffee and excellent service. read more

I would give a 0 stars, if I had a choice!!!! Gnats flying while eating, where open pastries are sitting out (definitely a health hazard). One fell in my coffee and they wanted to charge me to replace it. Mind you we spent $20 on pastries and coffee. Manager was very rude and extremely unprofessional. If you want a pastry go to Le Coffee Shop. There is an amazing Barista there. She does not work on Wednesday's. Happy coffee read more

Jalapeno bacon croissants sold out by the time I came, but I tried the ham and cheese instead and wow-I have never had such a savory, flakey croissant! Wow! Amazing! I tried the salted tiramisu latte and love it. It's a treat to get something sweet, since I usually stick with just my drip coffee. What a quaint and clean and cozy space they have. 10/10 would recommend! My boyfriend and I went there for the first time this afternoon and the vibes were immaculate! The people there are super friendly and easy to get along with. Fast service too! Perfect study spot for anyone that wants to study indoors during these times. USB chargers on the tables and good seating! The price is cheaper than your average coffee shop which is a plus! I'm soooo bummed! This used to be a Christian coffee house, maybe it was sold? I've enjoyed supporting this place with its amazing coffee and great customer service. But last week was a different story. There was some kind of trance music playing with very dark themes, I couldn't believe it! And the coffee, I'll just say it politely, didn't agree with me. I had such an awful experience that I will no longer patronize this place. (Not to mention a tip was added to my charge so I ended up paying $10 for a cup of coffee.) I won't dispute the charge, I just won't be back. read more

I usually go to Le Coffee Shop because of the coffee and people. Thought I would give this a try as it is close to my house, but had the most unpleasant experience. The two baristas were not friendly, got my drinks wrong and acted as it was my fault. Would not Recommend going here on a Sat. Morning as the same people will probably be there. I payed for a 12 oz but it's basically only filled to 8oz. Go to Le Coffee Shop, same coffee, nicer people read more

It's hard to read and even believe the bad reviews on here! This is BY FAR the most nicely family ran business in Temecula and I've tried a lot of places around here. Le Coffee Shop and East Coffee truly deliver the feeling of a cozy & warm environment. The coffees are amazing and the breakfast plates at Le Coffee Shop are all to die for! I have never experienced any wrong orders - in fact, drinks have always been recommended by the baristas when i want to try something new. Every time i have family in town from San Diego they request a trip here! I HIGHLY recommend both East Coffee & Le Coffee Shop to anyone in Temecula. read more

Seriously one of the best vanilla latte's around town! I was definitely sad to see my childhood coffee spot leave, but this store makes up for it. Yummy bagels and muffins. Cute little place to study with tabletops / pillow benches, outlets, and FREE WIFI. FYI: I was told by the employee that they are removing Panini's from the menu. read more

Drool over the almond croissants. Listen to the barista recommendations. They have it all and some exciting innovative combinations....i.e. Pistachio Matcha. Their matcha doesn't have sugar! When sugar isn't an issue, a must try is the Dirty Chai . Expect friendly service at East Coffee. You might want to order ahead if you are in a hurry. read more

I live nearby so I frequent here a lot, and generally it's been ok but something happened today that has assured I will never come back. I specifically ordered two of the same iced drink. The red haired girl behind the counter seemed a little distracted as I had to repeat a part of the order. When I got my drinks, they were not iced, they were hot. When I told her this wasn't what I ordered, it was made to seem like it was my fault, and that if I wanted the CORRECT drinks, I would have to pay again for them. "The ticket doesn't say iced," she said. She was the one who entered the order and created the ticket! She stood her ground that I could not get the drinks I actually ordered because they are an independent business. Umm what? So, with my tail between my legs, I dejectedly walked back to my car. But something happened as I sat there with these two drinks that I didn't order. A fire stirred in me, and something said "this isn't right!" So I went back into the fray once more, I walked into the establishment and told the young woman "I'm sorry but this isn't right. This is not what I ordered and I would like a refund please." She then told me that the system does not allow her to do a refund. Luckily before my jaw completely hit the floor, another employee stepped in and assured me that their system COULD in fact do refunds, and he issued me one. I don't care that you're an independent business. Whether you're mom and pop or Starbucks, I refuse to do business with a place that treats the customer like the villain for no reason other than saving their own face when THEY made a mistake. Absolutely absurd and a sure front-runner for my absolute worst customer experience experience of the year. Shame on you, East Coffee! read more

Great service, even better drinks! I had the chai tea latte with oat milk and let me tell you. Best I ever had. My niece went for the mango smoothie and she really enjoyed that. Overall great spot. Nice ambience, good vibes and quality items. read more

Closest coffee shop to our house besides starbucks. Never coming back due horrible customer service. It was really just the one worker who took the order and then made the drinks. She refused to correct her error. Sounds like she was too proud rather than representing the company appropriately. read more

The coffee itself isn't bad. There are some really fun flavors but the price is insane - if you have a dairy allergy don't bother they charge way to much for alternative milks. The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced! I honestly expect the bare minimum in regards to customer service - a smile and maybe say hi to me? Repeatedly I have been ignored when I come in to order. The last time I was there I waited almost 5 minutes to order and I was the only person in line. The two baristas were behind the register chit chatting and they didn't even acknowledge me a third barista came from the back and took my order. The terrible customer service is not worth the decent coffee. read more

She said the scones with the icing were less dry due to the fact they were iced. But their blueberry, which is my favorite, is not iced and isn't dry at their other locations. But it sure was here. I also ordered a cranberry orange, peach, and a brown sugar and butter. I wouldn't order them there again. At the Murrieta location I also ordered the orange cranberry and it was perfection. The peach had an overwhelming amount of cinnamon, making it taste more like spice cake and hiding the peach flavor. Sad face. I think the baker here is a bit off on their ratios or bakes them a little too long. Possibly the oven runs hotter. I couldn't tell you. That's not my area of expertise. What I do know is that I won't be returning to this location and will continue to frequent the Murrieta location. I have nothing bad to say about the service. First of all, I would like to start review this by saying that their menu is really nice and their drinks are very delicious. I would recommend their baked goods, However, I would like to rate their employee zero stars. Specifically, the young boy with a very superficial beard and black hair. Multiple times I have gone in here and he has been the most un-passionate worker i've ever seen. He always seems very angry and annoyed. He can serve a coffee but NOT a smile. I can't tell if he wants to quit his job or not, he clearly does not want to be there. On one specific occasion I ordered a pastry, which I love by the way, no shade to the almond croissant and when he handed us our drinks, he said "Here is your order!" and forgot my croissant. So clearly, that was NOT my full order. And I get it, sometimes we make mistakes and we forget, but there was no one else in the establishment. Furthermore, this loss of conscious happened once more when he also forgot to sweeten my matcha latte after directly asking me if I wanted it sweetened. I am questioning if this is a regular occurrence, or if he is specifically targeting me, a minority. Overall, I love this establishment and most of the other employees and the ambiance inside of it. read more

I love this place so much! The drinks and fresh bakery is so good! I love the vibe and aesthetic of the place and the employees are always so nice and sweet! They always give me the option of whole milk and whipped cream and I love it! They ask you if you want your food warmed up and always have my order ready in 5 mins or less! They play great family friendly music and have lots of seating inside and outside! Whenever I go there's always at least 1 person sitting down and working or on a meeting. Its very quiet, peaceful, and chill and the seats indoors are comfy and cute! There's always multiple workers which is nice! The only problem I have with it is that the prices are kind of expensive. I recently visited East Coffee for the first time, and unfortunately, my experience was not what I had hoped for. While the ambiance of the place is nice, I found the service to be lacking. The lady with the glasses at the counter seemed a bit uninviting and didn't offer much help when I was trying to decide on my order. As a first-time customer, I was hoping for some guidance or recommendations, but I left feeling a bit confused and underwhelmed. I believe that a friendly and welcoming atmosphere is key to making a great first impression, and sadly, that wasn't the case during my visit. I love this place so much, I go here all the time to just relax and get a great coffee! I love the chocolate crème drink and the chocolate croissant! Mmmm its so good! Coffee has usually been pretty good but I got the broccoli quiche for the first time and if you're in the mood for an $8 sad half burnt cheese bread slice sized quiche this is your place. My friend got an açaí bowl that tasted fine but was the consistency of melted ice cream. It was meh and overpriced. Worst $8 I've spent on food in awhile. read more
