Couldn't resist stopping and seeing the new store. The new store opened in May 2025, it's down the block at 444 Hillside Ave. it's in an H Mart shopping plaza with lots of free parking in front. There is so much in this new store from gourmet foods, artistic bags, scarves, and umbrellas. Jewelry, giftware, a Christmas corner and lots of beautiful furniture. There are many empty shelves; it looks like a lot more is to come. My Portmerion dishes are gone. I found pickle ball gifts; I never leave Peter Andrew's empty handed.

The quality of its items has decayed over the years and it's no wonder why this one failed. Everything is cheaply made and breaks easily. The staff like to say everything is great (even if it isn't) because they want the sale more than a happy customer. I hope their other locations still maintain the higher level of quality of their goods (varies by location) and the higher level of customer service. Happy shops!

They also have a huge storage area in the basement so you can reserve your fixtures months in advance before pickup. We made a 1/2 down payment so the price would remain the same or better when we went to pick it up. They will only charge you the current price if you don't make a down payment. So if it goes up, you're at a loss. They have a display area for the bulbs too, so you can see the level of brightness and whiteness/yellowness you're looking for. Their bulbs are all LED's now. They have a wide variety of fixtures and a wide variety of price ranges so it's easy for someone on a budget to find something suitable too. We got lucky and picked out four fixtures (two ceiling fans and two chandeliers) and bulbs prior to prices increasing the following month. When we went back to pick up the fixtures a few months later we saved several hundred dollars by having put 1/2 down. We could not be happier with how everything turned out! Happy shops!

Going in and finding exactly what I wanted made the shopping spree more than wonderful. The store was clean and the product in the section I was in, needed a lot of attention, however I did manage to find something at an awesome price. After picking out my treasured piece, I looked around the store for a few minutes more and then I headed over to the cashier where the service I received got better and better and better. SERVICE* So in reality, the service was GOOD because I found the container store. That's having a store available in the town I was visiting. The service got BETTER because they had what I needed, at a reasonable price and it's availability. The service was at its BEST when I checked out and paid less at check out and, not only that, I'm excited now.... The cashier left me dumbfounded when she put a Bed, Bath, & Beyond (BB&B) coupon in my bag. I was literally like, what's this. What's happening, what's going on. And then she told me that The Container Store will be stocking BB&B products in the store really soon. TOUCHDOWN!! IYKYK if you didn't, NYK! I just made that last part up to keep the acronyms flowing. It's Now You Know. But in all seriousness, I can't wait to get back to shopping here. I ordered something online to pick up here to save on the shipping fee. It's located in a big-ish strip mall near other prominent brands like Trader Joe's and Paris baguette. There were a lot of parking spaces but the lot was def a bit packed around noon on a Saturday. The container store itself was very big and organized. All of the heavily discounted goods were to the front of the store, and they sure caught my eye. I was assisted with promptly. The whole transaction for pickup took about 10 minutes, most of which I think the worker spent some time looking for it in the back. I'd come back here again if I'm in the area.

Despite showing photos and documentation, customer service only offered $800 for the tiles, completely ignoring the thousands of dollars in labor, demolition, and reconstruction costs to fix the problem. They admitted the defect existed but refused to cover the real costs, leaving my family to absorb the financial burden. This is unacceptable. Quality control is poor, and their corporate and customer service teams failed to provide any meaningful resolution. I cannot recommend Floor & Decor to anyone who expects reliable products or professional support. Ironic that you have to use the court system to get your money back.
