I really appreciate their complimentary services outside of the quarterly ones if it's a particularly bad season for pests. Their technicians are great, and they try to send the same person every time, which I appreciate. My current tech, Kevin, really goes above and beyond. He noticed an area near my front door where rodents were potentially hiding, so he put down some wiring to protect the area without me asking. He also gives me at-home spider traps I can use and even disposes of them during his visits since it rather grosses me out to do so :) Also, during my most recent appointment, I was totally frazzled due to meetings happening at work, and I told Kevin to go ahead and spray my garage area, and that I'd close the garage door later when I could. What I discovered later is that Kevin actually closed the door himself without me asking, which just shows that he actually thinks about the customer and what's best for them. That defines good service. Finally, their customer service folks are also great. Whenever I've had to reschedule or have questions, they are always easy to get a hold of, prompt, and friendly. Parker Eco is the kind of company where you don't have to think too hard about using their services because they're really good at what they do. That lack of mental overhead makes it easy to recommend them!

Squirrels were getting into our attic. He found trails in the insulation, and he identified four points of entry. He wrote up a proposal, and I thought the price was fair. I was impressed by his knowledge of the issue, and the quality of the work. I have some experience with other pest control companies in the past. Both were bigger companies, with owners then hiring guys to do the work. I like the model of this one better. I think we're working simpy with one, knowledgeable guy. He works in an unmarked truck. He's the guy -- he's the talent, and he knows his stuff.

I've been a customer of Simple Pest Control for nearly two years. When I first started using the…read morecompany, the owner Keith was professional, informative, and respectful. Unfortunately, that changed over time. This spring, I was informed my pricing was increasing because he was restructuring his pricing as he worked to grow his business. On the subsequent visit he informed me he was again changing his pricing structure and increasing prices. As a loyal customer, it felt like existing customers were simply paying more to help finance that growth rather than being valued for their continued business. Towards the end of May, I paid to have my home treated for ants. Initially, I only saw an occasional ant afterward, but within a few weeks, I was finding groups of ants in multiple rooms throughout my home. When I contacted Keith, I expected the issue to be addressed. Instead, I was told that Simple Pest Control does not guarantee its work and that I would need to pay for another treatment. He also stated that his product takes one to two months to become effective and that pest control companies don't offer guarantees for ant treatments because ants are so pervasive during the summer. This directly contradicted what I had been told during previous visits. In the past, Keith assured me that if the treatment didn't resolve the issue within a couple of weeks, he would return and re-treat the affected areas at no additional cost. After I pointed this out, he eventually agreed to perform a one-time "courtesy" re-treatment. The customer service during this "courtesy" visit was even more disappointing. We had agreed on a 2:30-3:00 PM appointment window. At 1:06 PM, I received a text stating he was running early and would arrive in 20 minutes. He never asked whether I was home or available. I happened to be grocery shopping and had to abandon my cart with the store manager and rush home. As he was finishing the treatment, I explained that if he was going to arrive more than an hour early, he should at least confirm that his customer was home before showing up. His response was, "I don't need to ask my clients anything. I'm doing you a courtesy. I'm not going to plan my day around you. I'm not even getting paid for this, and I'm too busy to stop and ask you for permission." I'm not quite sure how he plans to treat the inside of a home if the homeowner is not home... At that point, I asked him to leave my home. After this experience, I contacted several other pest control companies to compare their policies. Every company I spoke with stated they stand behind their work and would re-treat the same pest issue if it returned shortly after service without charging the customer again. They also advised that their treatments begin working immediately rather than taking one to two months. I ultimately chose Pest Fighters because they offer a service guarantee, reasonable pricing, effective treatments, and products that are safe for household pets. My experience left me with the impression that Simple Pest Control is focused more on growing its business and raising prices than on taking care of the customers who helped build it. Between repeated price increases, the lack of any service guarantee, inconsistent explanations about follow-up treatments, and disrespectful customer service, I can no longer recommend this company.

Once this was clarified, they canceled the contract and did not charge us the termination fee. I appreciate their follow-up, communication, and willingness to resolve the issue. Upon arrival of technician, they discovered where the rats were coming from, but said he wont patch up the holes. Technician said we would have to hire another company for patchwork. So now we have to hire another company to patch the holes 2) a complete survey was not done. Technician didnt even go up stairs or in the attic. 3) the texts received from the company was offering a $130 off coupon if we hired them. Obviously some communication issues with the person texting and whom I called, because I already hired them. 4) so paid $500 for laying down a few traps. Not worth it. Would not recommend to any of my neighbors.

The one time we needed extra help in between regularly scheduled visits, they came out right away and took care of the spider problem and a wasp nest. We have had the same associate coming this year - which has been so great! Nice to have consistency and he really knows the problem areas now and has given thoughtful suggestions here and there. I don't find myself having to repeat or re-tour a new associate every month or two, which is nice. Consistency and professionalism. We don't have nearly the same issues neighbors nearby do and I think it's due to regular maintenance visits. Happy to say spiders are better, insects are better and we haven't seen any rodents (besides cute little squirrels,) in years. I also like that their techniques preserve some of the "healthy" balance in the yard. Even though we have regular maintenance for insects, the treatment seems to only effect them. We still have lots of healthy squirrels, frogs, birds and even bunnies in the yard. I think that says something about their eco-friendliness. It's specific, which we appreciate. Wish the service was less expensive- but that's the only thing that makes me hesitant to renew each year.

I decided to go with Better Air NW, mainly because of their high yelp rating. Install did not go perfectly. I had concerns about excessive equipment noise. Justin (the owner) assured me that if it's not right, it's not done. Air pressure settings needed to be corrected. Due to the vibration, we unmounted the heat pump from the house. After that, it's been smooth sailing. They appear to have a strategy of cultivating customer satisfaction and confidence. If you're shopping around, these guys are a pretty safe bet.

Scott came and spent about 2 hours working on our heat pump, furnace, and descaling our tankless water heater. He was very organized and had the right equipment for the jobs in his truck. Good sense of humor, but also good advice around how to best upkeep those systems in my house. I ended up getting a discount by purchasing this year's service and next year's together. Very happy with Skyline's work and look forward to using them for years to come.

I could tell you how he -- completely unsolicited --offered to walk through the report in person with me whenever I got into Washington for the home sale. But Y'ALL. Let me tell you instead how I called this guy nearly TWO YEARS AFTER THE INSPECTION in a panic during the last big freeze when an exterior hose bib failed. Why? Because a) the water company had come through and updated the water meter, changing the look of the main shut-off (rendering my limited experience with the valve totally useless), and b) no plumber would come out, since they were responding to 19,383,629 other freeze-related emergencies. I expected NOTHING from this guy at this point: it was the hailiest of Hail Mary's. Instead, I got a quick "I'm on my way" from him. WHAT?!? When he got there, found another shut-off, and kept me from going without water (and my house from floating away on its own plumbing-failure river), my shriveled little Grinchy heart DID grow three sizes that day! J is good people doing good work. I will never work with anyone else for home inspections.

Per report, roof was still OK, not needing new roof immediately. Titan never got onto roof, only used a drone. Thankfully, I got my own inspection with a different company before deciding to purchase home. My inspector, who did get on roof, discovered extensive damage to roof to include water leaking into attic in several places. This inspector noted that roof needs replacement immediately. This damage was never listed on Titan report. Also, furnace was not Ok. It had not been inspected for 2 years and needed to be replaced. In addition, Titan report never mentioned water under house and some repairs needed there. While Titan used pictures and report looked good, I would have bought a house that needed thousands of dollars in repairs had I relied on their report.

After checking consumer reviews and the BBB database I called Eastside Exterminators yesterday at 8:00am to schedule a service quote for what I thought was a termite issue. Karen in their office was extremely friendly and helpful, doing the best she could to accommodate a convenient date (The next day) and time. She was pleasant and assuring, all at 8:00 in the morning! SHe even asked where I heard about their company. We scheduled an appointment for between 8:30 and 9:30 am and she assigned the service call to Angelia, a technician. The day of the service call Angelia was running late due to heavy traffic and took the time to call me to tell me that. I was impressed. I've had other service people come out late and not bother to call in advance or when they showed up made no mention of their tardiness, let alone an apology. Angelia was only delayed by 15 minutes beyond the appointment window. She was extremely friendly and nice. She examined the trouble spot and quickly concluded that it was not a termite issue but rather "Wet ants". She gave me some recommendations (dry the area out and have a plumber inspect for leaks) and said no treatment from her company was needed. In addition, there was no charge for the service call or her professional assessment. While I can't judge the quality of actual work/materials or value of a service cost my impression is this is a company that has good, kind, and ethical staff. I would not hesitate to call them again and request Angelia, should the need arise. read more

I have been a customer of Eastside for over 3 years. I was introduced to them at the Seattle Home Show. I needed my crawl space secured and the ducts and insulation replaced. Since Eastside does insulation, ducts and pest exclusion it made since to contract them. They came out promptly gave me an estimate and when the agreements were signed completed the work promptly. Very professional. Did exactly what they said they would do and have not had any invasion problems of any kind since. I also have contracted with them for on going pest control. They are very knowledgeable of all kinds of pest. They come out quarterly and maintain all bait stations and inspect for signs of any other problems. They also come out anytime I call with concerns about a particular issue. Their technicians are very professional and very courteous about making sure that everything is as expected. They always call before coming out (at my request) and I trust that they take care of any need that presents itself. I could not ask for better service from a company. I think the biggest advantage besides their excellent technicians is the fact that they incorporate pest control with their insulation and duct work. We have utilized the services of Eastside Exterminators for several years and have been very happy with all aspects of their service from their "day before" reminder calls to their "on-the-ground" work. We are on a yearly plan in which one of their technicians visits on a quarterly basis for the purposes of applying a general insecticide to control insects. A few years ago, one of the technicians (Steve) noted that carpenter ants were present in a neighbor's tree and further noted that these insects were entering our crawl space. Although it was approximately 8:30 PM on the day Steve had made his discovery, he called me at home to discuss our options which resulted in Steve entering our crawlspace and eradicating carpenter ants which had just began building a separate colony. Many of the other exterminator companies view extermination with a "maintenance" type approach in that they do not identify corrections or modifications the homeowner may wish to take to actually ERADICATE the problem. Conversely, the policy and approach of Eastside Exterminators is indeed to eradicate the problem by identifying those steps to be taken by the homeowner in order to correct any existing or potential problems. read more

This review is for Part 1 of the 4-part Rodent Control process. Inspection: We recently purchased a house and found out within 3 weeks of moving in that we had mice getting in to the house. I called and talked to Jon on the phone and he explained the process to me and was offered to have someone come out that afternoon or the next day (I was so happy to hear that I wouldn't have to wait a few days!). Jacob showed up on time and was extremely professional. He thoroughly checked outside and inside the house, closed up the hole in my wall that I watched the mouse run in to the previous day and set up traps. He then walked me through his report, complete with pictures (that were also emailed to me) and broke down the different options that they offered - exclusion, monthly maintenance service, and "rodent proofing" the crawlspace- and the associated pricing. Hopefully we won't need to use them in the future but if we do, I will definitely be using them again. I'm not sure where the bad comments about customer service are coming from - I did not experience anything of that nature and they were extremely flexible with offering to get someone out as fast a possible to help us out. read more

If I could give Eastside Exterminators more than five stars, I would! We had a horrible rat/mice infestation in the crawlspace under our manufactured home. They made a comfy home in the insulation inside the vapor barrier...YUCK!! Eastside Exterminators literally provided top notch service from beginning to end. We had a clean out, exclusion work, Bait traps placed around the exterior, and then finally spray foam insulation applied. Every step was gone over in detail, and all the employees involved communicated with us through the whole process. It was so hassle free. We have been on contract with Eastside Exterminators for about 5 years after we noticed problems with ants one spring. For the most part, insects have not been a problem since, but nature has found a way from time to time. When the quarterly spray was not enough and the ants discovered a way in, it was no cost to have them come out again to do a more aggressive job. The tech has been very friendly and helpful - same one for years - and we really like him. We found a wasp nest in the eves a few weeks ago, and expected to have to pay extra for that, but it was included as part of the contract. That was pretty awesome. But I want to talk about the attic cleanup and exclusion. Rodents had been taking up residence in our attic, apparently for some time, and it was a mess up there. Eastside Exterminators sent out a guy to seal off the entrances and then a crew to clean out and replace the insulation. Until you see this work in action, you can't really appreciate it. This is a true "dirty job". These guys got in there, pulled out and vacuumed out the old stuff and blew in the new within 3 hours. Seriously, next-level effort. We had hired this company years ago to deal with mice and rat problems many years ago when I was younger. Now that I am older and have a home, I have encountered the same issue. Not only they were recommended to me by several great friends, but I remembered their excellent work from many years ago! My first encounter was with Bobby who did the initial inspection. He took his time, drew a map, explained everything to me from outside of the house, roof, inside and included photos and a map (very thoroughly)! He was extremely nice, patient, explained my options and took time to answer my questions. After an incredible experience with Eastside Exterminators in 2014, I called them again after months of wrestling with gnats in my house. Brent showed up and on the first trip - sprayed the attic, set rodent traps AND rodent radar, installed outdoor rat controls, sprayed indoors, and the building perimeters. All in two hours and Brent made it fun and engaging. I was frustrated after my failed gnat control efforts - Brent listened, engaged, advised, and as he left, I thanked him for going beyond pest control - he provided me a solution on the spot, and someone I can trust with the tricky jobs. It liberated my mind and my time. The other company told me nothing could be done - Brent showed me that after ten years since my first rat disaster, Eastside still steps up to solve the problem entirely and liberate the customer. There was rot under a door going out to the back patio. This was caused by rainwater over a 20 year period leaking between the concrete back step and the portion of the house under the door. They replaced the rotted portion of rim joist and connected joists, effected sub-floor, flashed with an impervious self adhesive fabric flashing. They replaced the back door that I provided and the replaced the siding that was impacted by the leak. The work was done by Cory and Ishaun and they were great. They were prompt, courteous, professional and kept the area involved neat. They did a good job of explaining the cause and how they would prevent a re-occurance. Kudos should also go out to Kevin who discovered the rot while investigating a different issue in the crawl space and Scott who came out to give an estimate for the repair. So, we had rats. *ick* and tried a person who came with a recommendation. Complete fail. Eventually, I called East Side Exterminators and Max came to do an inspection. Very good indeed. Established professional expertise immediately and we felt comfortable with them. We had 4 areas of work completed. Attic cleanup and insulation. Attic Exclusion. Crawlspace cleanup and insulation. I couldn't be happier with Eastside Exterminators. My experience was positive from start to finish. The technician who came to my home for our Rodent Inspection was nice, professional and answered all of my questions. They spent nearly 3 hours searching through and around my house. They found (and took photos of) evidence of a rat infestation in my attic and let me know about their thorough 4-step process of rodent removal. We were also very happy that they found some damage to wiring caused by the rats that was extremely unsafe and could have caused a fire... We signed up for their rodent exclusion service and home protection service and haven't seen or heard signs of any fuzzy little intruders since. We suddenly had a very large yellow jacket problem and needed help fast! Eastside Exterminators came out the very next morning. David Ficken was our service Technician. He was very professional, thorough, and discovered a second nest after a full check of our house and yard. He also treated our place for carpenter ants. He did a great job and got everything cleaned up for us. We haven't seen any ants or yellow jackets since! We had a couple other nests that I asked him about and he explained that they were non aggressive wasps/bees. He said he'd take them out if I wanted but that they were good bees. I was recommended by my employer to hire Eastside Exterminators for my home and I love them! I purchased a warranty package (thank goodness since I have an insect phobia) because we tend to have an ant problem when the seasons change. In between sprays, I had to call for a re-spray of the inside of my house. They quickly got an exterminator to me and it was all covered in the warranty! Ever since we hired them, our ant problem has been highly contained and there are far fewer spiders. Eastside Exterminators are experts and handle any issue easily. Their phone customer service is always pleasant and chipper! I highly recommend this company for exterminating services and will be considering them for insulation services as well. read more

A year ago during the spring we had moisture ants getting in the house from somewhere so I tried the OTC spray and only stopped the ants that were visible. A day or two later ants came in droves. Signed up with the service and in a couple of treatments Bruce took care of them once and for all. We have been using Eastside Exterminators for over a year on a quarterly basis and do a thorough job. In between our normal service we had noticed yellowjackets starting to nest through a small opening in the corner of the eave by our deck so we called Eastside. I am very happy with the work done by Eastside Exterminators and Eastside Insulation. The original inspection was very thorough, and the inspector was very willing to answer all of my questions, even up to the completion of the job. The second phase, which was to set traps and seal all the openings where the rats were coming in, was done very neatly and efficiently. Yesterday, the insulation crew came and removed all the old insulation, cleaned both the attic and the crawlspace thoroughly, resealed all the ducts and replaced all the insulation. All of the workers were very careful to protect my walls and carpet, and cleaned everything completely before they left. I am very pleased with their work. read more

I have an email saying by Kelly "if you want to cancel your services (with fee) or continue the service let me know" I have not responded to this email, AND YET THEY CANCELLED MY SERVICE. Heres the kicker, they went about it BECAUSE IT MAKES THEM MORE MONEY. Scam artists. I have the emails and documents on hand, I will be calling a lawyer if the charges go thru. We will NOT be taken advantage of. Yes agreements say if you cancel you have to pay a fee, thats fine, we did not go thru with it because in turn it would cost MORE to cancel then to fulfill the rest of the months. I hired Eastside Exterminators to inspect for rodents as I met a rat my garden. The inspection revealed evidence of rats in the attic and crawlspace. The techs sealed up entry points and set traps for the rats that may be lurking in the insulation. Today a crew of five guys came and worked tirelessly to clean out the two areas, remove the old insulation and put in new. They were wonderful and worked in hot, hot conditions in the attic especially. I am totally impressed with their work and efforts to please. I had new grass sod installed and no one mentioned that I might have a problem with raccoons! They showed up at once and starting tearing the sod up. I called Eastside Exterminators and Trapper John showed up. He could not have been more pleasant, professional and conscientious about attacking my problem. I feel that he went way beyond what I expected. He took my problem very seriously and spent a great deal of time and effort in my yard using many different trapping techniques to eliminate five raccoons. If you want someone with extensive knowledge and who will do what is necessary to see the job to completion I strongly recommend Eastside Exterminators and Trapper John. read more

We found out we had rats living under our house and in the walls last fall, and after seeing friends go through multiple exterminators at lower prices (with minimal effectiveness) we chose to start with Eastside. After the first appointment we immediately saw a reduction in rodent activity, and since exclusions and repairs have been done we haven't heard or seen another rat. The staff were professional and knowledgeable, and made us feel at ease when dealing with a rather disgusting problem. We have someone coming out to check the bait stations every other month, and all has been in the clear since November 2017. Worth the money for peace of mind and effective pest control! read more

They not only chase us off our decks, but they are also a direct danger to my husband due to his allergies. I have tried oh-so many ways to handle them myself to no avail. The other day my daughter and I were driving home from Town & Country Market (another fan favorite of mine) as we came upon a truck for Snohomish Pest Control. I called immediately (which means once I was in position to do so safely and legally...). The gal that answered the phone was so helpful and scheduled me right then. She even explained why the visit needed to take place when it was not raining since these wretched beasts (my words) were not out and about in such weather. Thank you! Jordan, the owner of Snohomish Pest Control, showed up on time and was amazing! Here are just a few of the reasons I say that: * He was respectful of me and my home. * He didn't freak out over our very large puppy, nor did he do anything to make that encounter worse by trying to engage with her. I say that because Valor is already big and "busy". I don't need someone "ramping her up". Jordan already understood that. * Jordan listened. YAY! * Next, he walked the entire property, again listening to my concerns. * After that, he explained everything he was suggesting he do, clearly and specifically. He also made sure I knew the chemicals they use would not hurt my pets or koi, nor would they kill mason or honey or bumble bees.
