My car would not start this morning until my husband hooked cables up to the battery and pressed a button. Then I was on my way. After working a long day and having electrical issues, I was ready to head home. The same thing happened, car would not start. A couple of my coworkers came to assist thinking that I may need a jump. I handed them the power pack, which they hooked to my battery and pressed a button. It started. I refused to turn off my car until I reached a location where my battery could be replaced. At my first stop, I was informed that the battery needed for my car was available. AND, it was on sale for 5$ off. BUT, they no longer do installs because too many customers were filing false damage claims. Are you kidding me? I had turned off my car thinking I was good. Said a quick prayer to make it across the street to the strip mall where Interstate Battery was located. Car started, I made it. Went in a bit frazzled and, I did NOT turn off my car. Lol. I took a slow, deep breath and asked for assistance. The young man came outside and asked me to pop my hood. I said: "I'll pop the hood but I'm not turning off my car." He looked at me and smiled. He said: "I'll be right back." He came back and told me that he had good news and bad news. I braced for the worst. Good news; we have your battery. Bad news; we can't install it without you turning off your car. He had me in tears cracking up. After the day I was having, for him to make me laugh like that was priceless. The install took less than fifteen minutes. They also informed me that I had the original manufacturer battery in my car and that it was seven years old. I am so grateful that it was a simple fix and that I was guided to the right place. Thank you again Marty and Larry. You both added a little joy to my day.

I could not get off the back battery plate and asked store rep for assistance. The rep get the old battery out and replaced with new fresh battery in about 1 minute. I asked what I owed and was presented a $17.35 bill. I was not informed there was a charge for putting in the 3.00 battery. I did pay the bill and lodged a complaint with Battery Plus Corporate. To my great surprise Matt, the Store Manager, said he agreed with my assessment, had a meeting to instruct everyone to inform work costs before proceeding, and said that he would give me a full refund which he did on 2-4-2026. I am quite pleased that Matt was so forthright in giving my full purchase price back. I give high kudos to Matt and all the Batteries Plus store personnel. (Mind you, the screen was completely shattered, but she still had all functionality on her phone.) I just got tired of her cutting her fingertips trying to use it. So I take it there 9/9/17 for $129.99 repair. Two days after repair, my daughter complains screen doesn't respond well. I call store, the assure me that it takes a few days for response time to correct due to difference screen being used on phone that isn't similar to Apple. On 10/18/17, a month a few days later, my daughter wakes up and says screen isn't working at all. I take to store and Dan, the same guy that fixed it; tells me they can't warranty it or service it because there's a small crack on phone, that automatically voids the warranty. He then attempted to tell me that this small crack is considered hardware damage & could cause the swipe functionality not to work on the screen. (Mind you, the screen was completely shattered when I took it to them, yet the swipe still worked on the phone!) This place is a complete joke & does whatever they can not to assist with warranting their work. I'd highly recommend NOT using this place or doing any business with them for your electronics.
