Came to this location on recommendation of my fiancé, when I arrived there was two cars ahead of me and my smog was still done fast!!! I must have been there a little less then 10 mins, but in all honesty waiting would not have been bad! The waiting area is so nice! It was super easy for me to get smog testing here. I called ahead of time and the owner just said to drive over, no appointment needed. The total time was no longer than 20 mins, and there was a cute lounge with TVs, coffee, and a nice restroom to use while I waited. He also had the cutest pup hanging around outside! Cost was almost half of what they would charge at a dealership. They do have a military discount so ask ahead of time and bring your CAC! read more

Dropped by for an oil change two days before my registration for my car was due. Leo was super helpful and assisted me kindly. It was super quick and to the point. Great all around place and staff! Went twice (failed the 1st time). Who knew that when you erase your engine light codes, your car needs to go through a specific driving cycle. He took the time to explain what i needed to do. Follow his advise, and was back the next day (passed). Was in and out in less than 15 minutes both times. read more

Awesome experience I've been to many smog shops and usually they are poorly run, shady, establishments turning a buck on a clueless car owner. They will say you don't pass and need a new CAT and it costs $2000 so apply for the gov $ so u can pay them for it. No BS in sight here. Honest rates for a quick honest SMOG. I was in and out in 10 minutes no hassle and all stream lined by the owner for a perfect experience. The owner has the shop side and the waiting room; or chill-axing side. You are provided with the best of Adam Sandler on two TVs, a nice seating area, a clean bathroom, snacks, coffee, and a nice open window view to the Main Street hustle n bustle. I brought my parents car in to be smogged. They were polite,friendly and professional. They had me in an out within about 20 minutes And they filed the smog certificate with the state electronically which saved us a step. Just finished my smog and it was quick and painless! Ernesto provided quick responses on here and answered all of my questions within minutes! He was also very friendly and welcoming to his business. I needed a smog test ASAP due to my car registration over due. My boyfriend set me up for an early appt at 8:00am so I can try to get to work on time as well. Ernesto took my car keys, checked me in and walked to the lobby. As I waited he offered me snacks, water and coffee very professional and friendly. I had a great experience with Alex at Value Auto Repair. I originally reached out through Yelp, and he was responsive and answered all of my questions. His pricing was significantly better than what the dealership quoted me, but what really stood out wasn't just the price--it was his honesty. I came in with a humming noise that I believed was a bad wheel bearing but was unsure. Alex was upfront from the beginning after making the same diagnosis and even encouraged me to get quotes from other mechanics if it made me feel more comfortable so I could make sure I was getting a fair deal. That kind of confidence and transparency is hard to find. When I arrived, he was able to get my car in within about 30 minutes to diagnose it. While the part was being delivered, I went to lunch, and once I came back, he had the wheel bearing replaced in about 45 minutes. Before I left, he took the time to show me both the old and new wheel bearings, explaining how they worked and letting me hear and feel the difference. I really appreciated him taking the time to educate me instead of just handing me a bill. One thing I noticed while I was waiting was how many customers came in who clearly knew Alex. Everyone seemed genuinely happy to see him, several appeared to be repeat customers, and there was an obvious level of trust between them. After my own experience, I completely understand why. Alex also has a great sense of humor, which made the whole experience much less stressful. Most importantly, the humming noise is completely gone, and my car drives perfectly again. I would consider the the plan more just prepaying certain services. They come check out AC and furnace twice a year. They now also include a plumbing inspection and water tank flush once a year which isn't a lot but convenient cuz I'm lazy. I see a lot of the bad reviews are about upselling and mention the home Depot deal. Found them through Google a couple years ago and not home Depot so I'm not sure if they send different people or what. With the plan they have been pretty consistent with calling and making sure I don't forget to do my scheduled maintenance and inspection. For a long time a guy name Justin came by the service me so they're always pretty consistent. Now it's switching over to Willie after a couple of years. For the service itself, they do take lots of pictures, explain things in details and show how your system is running objectively. They do help explain things in layman's terms if you're not familiar with it so the techs themselves are pretty good. Overall I would recommend for a customer focused experience that's pretty convenient.

I had a horrible experience here and was actually lied to, today. I showed up at 8 am when there…read morewas one other customer getting service. I needed to have the Uber inspection done for a car. The guy tells me he's the only one there and the "guy who does the Uber test" won't be there until 9. I show up again again at 9:06 and there's a long line. I pull off to the side by the tire shop as this inspection doesn't need a service pit inspection and I've been told there's a guy there that does this inspection. THEY TELL ME TO JUST GET IN LINE, an hour after I first showed up. I don't if some genius had decided to get extensive service done here at twice the cost of a real mechanic or what, but 45 minutes later, I was literally no closer to getting this quick inspection on my car done, and I left. Definitely will not be going back. Being slow or having people get expensive things done in front of you is something that can't be helped and is just the downside of the the quick lube scene. Inaccuracy in what you're telling the customer or outright deception is very avoidable.

Referred here by my in-laws. Ernesto was real with me about the check engine light that was on and that it meant I wouldn't pass and told me about my options since my registration was due same day. And he could've taken my money instead of telling me, but he was so helpful! He also offers, if you fail the next smog test is free. They had a friendly shop dog (off leash) but he did ask if I was okay with it before I got out of the car. Overall: nice honest guy, waiting room with snacks, cute pup, and he's quick too! I'll be going to him for my next smog for sure read more

I was not expecting to want to write a review for my smog check but this place absolutely deserves one. The customer service is amazing and the price was below all other competitors. I was in and out in 20 minutes, the waiting area is clean with complimentary snacks and drinks, and I was greeted by their dog Diesel and Avery (the store manager , she's 7) who drew me pictures while I waited. Overall this is a top notch family business and I highly recommend it! read more

I needed to get a smog check done on my truck and I came across Eazy Beezy Smog on Google. I took my truck in and reseaved excellent service, the staff if very friendly and communicative. Ernesto informed me on everything that would be done and in what timeframe I could expect the work to be done. 6/14/24 12:30. Worker is an asshole and he Gives attitude for speaking to him in Spanish like if you owe him something or is Spanish is running low. Hey has a shitty day and takes it out on clients. Disappointing to get mistreated from your own people. Go to national city la raza ahí te trata mejor que este Wei. Que pena que no estés orgulloso de ser mexicano. Excellent and fast service from Ernesto. Was quoted an RV price, but when he saw I had a sprinter, he gave me the lower price. Honest, professional and courteous service. The facility is clean, roomy and well maintained. Free coffee and snacks in the nicest waiting room any smog check business has! I will definitely go back here for my next smog check, and I took several of his business cards to give to my friends. read more

Best smog check experience I've had! They offered free coffee and chips while I waited, which was a nice touch. The guy working there was really nice, super quick, and kept everything clean and professional. I was in and out fast, and the whole process was smooth.
