To my pleasant surprise, I received a personal call from Louie--the same technician who expertly diagnosed and repaired my HVAC heater back in December 2025 after another company had failed to identify the problem correctly. Even though it was after 5:00 p.m., Louie came out with a positive attitude, quickly diagnosed the issue with my air conditioner, and had it running properly again in no time. His knowledge, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile are truly exceptional. I couldn't be happier with the service I received. During the service, the technician broke the factory drain-valve stem and the repair turned into exposed piping routed through a hole cut into the front cover of the unit. I began sending photos and requesting a proper resolution by November 2024. In December, I provided the model and serial information they requested. Gary, who I understand is the owner, also told me he would resolve the issue. However, I was repeatedly told the replacement parts, including the cover, were difficult to obtain. I specifically asked that the manufacturer be contacted, but the problem was never corrected. More than a year later, the water heater still has a hole in the front cover and an exposed drain assembly sticking out of it. I spent months following up by text and giving the company opportunities to make this right. The original mistake was frustrating, but the bigger issue was the lack of follow-through after the owner promised a resolution. Based on the unfinished repair and the amount of time this remained unresolved, I cannot recommend Henley's Plumbing & Air.

The technician was very friendly and courteous but, and it's a big "but" he quoted me $900-$1200 for a kitchen faucet and another $1900 for labor. He also stated that his company couldn't guarantee the installation because our water pressure was over 100 psi. Plus he needed to replace our angle stops which would be another $350. I purchased a faucet at Costco for $125 received other bids for less than $300 labor, called our water provider, CVWD and they were aghast that the plumber said our water pressure was too high as it's at 550 psi which is normal for our area and equipment. After I declined to hire Pride Plumbing I've received over 14 text messages and emails from them although I replied with "stop" on their texts. I've now had to block over three different phone numbers yet today I received another text in which I responded again with the reasons why I didn't hire them. Im a senior living in a beautiful community but cost is a factor when I consider vendor services. It's my opinion that I felt taken advantage of and have written this review.

All of a sudden around noon, the shop I was working at had its water cut off. But everyone else (the other suites) had running water. The water department rep came out. Unfortunately this was a Sunday and so the knowledge and expertise wasn't there. That's where Issa came in. He responded after the 1st ring. I told him what was going on and he conferred with his partner and said "I'll be there in 40 minutes". Man of his word. I respect that. Issa didn't make me feel like an idiot. While I originally did not intend to leave a formal review, the number of issues I have encountered is unacceptable. I have experienced leaks throughout the system. I have even had to purchase my own crimping tool to repair pipes myself. Additionally, all of the piping in my bathroom required replacement. Most recently, I discovered that the main line entering the house has no support and is completely loose as water flows through it. I chose not to contact you for repairs because I no longer felt comfortable having your team at my property.
