Reached out by phone for an inquiry and Emily was friendly and very thorough. She asked about all the details of our move (we were moving from one home into two different homes) and made sure everything was planned out before ending the call. They charge by the hour, with a 3 hour minimum. We had three movers help us, Misha, Stan and Vadim. They were punctual and called us to let us know their ETA. The three of them worked very quickly and efficiently. They wrapped up our furniture very securely and were very careful carrying and loading them into the truck. We had two different stops to make and they were very communicative with us on which items went to the back of the truck vs the front of the truck for efficient unloading at each destination. We also had an upright piano, which they took very good care of. It was only $100 extra to move, which is already cheaper than some movers who only specialize in pianos. Unloading at both destinations was very quick. They assembled our beds and tables and even helped fix a broken part of a bed. They even helped move a couch inside the house for us from the garage, which was last minute and not mentioned in the quote. Overall the move took a little less than 4 hours. Very quick with the amount of things we had and the logistics with two homes. We had a very good experience with Misha, Stan and Vadim. They were reliable, efficient and honest. We used Easy move for a local move and the entire process with them was mostly seamless. I had pick up in 2 locations and drop off in 1. The 3 team movers worked fast and as efficiently as they could. The movers carry everything up the stairs which was great on the new stairs we had. However some kind of blanket or padding would be good to have for the first step into the house. Also, it was a new house which we had just gotten cleaned so the movers using shoe covers would have been nice. Overall would recommend them! read more

Vitalii did a fantastic job moving all my stuff from my bedroom apartment in San Marcos to my new location. The team contacted us 20 mins before arriving. Once they arrived, they had all supplies ready to move the furniture and all. They worked very efficiently, wrapping and moving necessary items. Nothing was damaged. Vadym, Bohdan, Bohdan were extremely professional and worked all day without breaks ensuring an efficient and safe move. I was very impressed 3 men could accomplish such a task in such short time. Everything was carefully boxed, wrapped, padded and stored delicately in the moving truck. The group unloaded and delivered each box into their appropriate room and made no interior damages in the process. One item was found damaged the next day. They attempted to have the item replaced the next day but item was at of stock at 3 major locations. They showed up at our door to let us know they could order online for later delivery or reimburse us in cash immediately. I don't think we could have picked a better company to move homes. Would not use again. The hourly price was fair, they were communicative via email and prior to arrival. They did a good job wrapping the furniture (most of it was overkill .. plastic, blankets, tape, more plastic). The wardrobe boxes did not have the metal rod, so I wasn't able to hang my closet items as promised .. they just got dumped into the box, on the hanger. The movers I had (Mas and Elen) were super slow. They were usually on their phones if my husband wasn't around. I disassembled and reassembled the beds myself. I have moved numerous times; the last 2 times I moved it was completed in under 4 hours (I have everything boxed and ready to go each time) from loading to unloading with furniture setup. This move took 6 hours with no furniture disassembly or reassembly ... my husband took at least 6 loads over in his personal truck during that 6 hours and unloaded practically 100% of the boxes from their entire truck at drop off. Plus they also scratched the hardwood floors in the unit I was moving out of. read more

First stop we the home I was moving out of, 2nd stop was the storage unit. I marveled at how they Tetris-ed everything into the truck with such speed and care!
