Avoid this 'company' - felt like an absolute scam. I'll provide a litany of red flags below: 1) You can't speak to a person on the phone. They insist on text-only, claiming this is to "avoid scams"... already very shady. 2) They quoted me $475 for my move, only to then jump it to $675 a day later. 3) My pickup time request was around 9-9:30am. They offered 9:30, then came back later and told me after 10am. 4) When I informed them that I needed to consider the new offer (since they changed it 3 times already), they rescinded the quote entirely. This review is long over due, but I had to move again and guess who I called again? At this point it feels like they're family. I've used so many moving companies, even the top rated ones like North Star moving or prodigy, and the only thing they offer is a high price! These guys, I mean I don't even know where to begin... they're on time, you can trust them with ur life, they're like robots, they'll move your whole place and you'll still be on your first cup of coffee. I have no idea how they move so fast, and so careful. They also mount your TVs and clean the tiny little dust from the walls.
