The omelette was tasty but the shrimp weren't all the way de-veigned. The potatoes were not good at all, even after adding ketchup. My colleague ordered the same but with egg whites and grits. Overall a decent visit. I've eaten at multiple Ruby Sunshine and Ruby Slipper locations in different cities like New Orleans, Charlotte and Chattanooga.
