This was my third meal ever from Reizod. Last item someone else got the food, so I kinda went all out this time. Had the Chef Salad, Blueberry NY Cheezecake, Cauliflower Bites & M'eat Lovers Pizza. The latter was sold out online but I did call it in. They also didn't have any pepperoni on it, which was a let down. I also technically had the gluten-free cheesecake since the first one was sold out. Also had the Iced Raspberry Tea. Everything was very good. The flavor and taste of the pizza was on point. I put it in the oven a little on my end as I like a crispy crust. The last time I had to cauliflower bites they had sauce on them...I prefer dipping it like this with sauce on the side. I prefer the Cheezecake at room temperature. Coming out of the fridge I wasn't feeling it. The service for me was in the middle. They were accommodating, but I also felt a bit dismissed. I got the raw collard wraps and they were absolutely disgusting. They tasted like I could get food poisoning from them and after two bites, I started to feel queasy. They were not cold. They were room temperature to warm. They stated that they had vegan cheese in them and they were disgusting little pieces of cheese. The beets were chopped into cubes, which makes no sense for a wrap. The wrap was soggy and warm the worst collard wrap that I've ever had in my life and it took 45 minutes to get. I called it in 25 minutes early and it still wasn't ready. The place is dirty as hell too. I would stay away unless you actually want food poisoning for some reason. read more

Visiting from NYC, we took a chance and called on Christmas Day. Of course, the phone rang to voicemail (understandably of course). A few minutes later, the phone rang, and someone mentioned a missed call. It's the (assuming) the owner of the restaurant. Super nice and very accommodating. He decided to take a limited amount of orders, knowing that there's not many vegan options available and open during the holiday season. He explained the menu to me and told me to come in between 1:30 and 2:00 pm. Once arrived, we were treated with the best hospitality and the space was extremely clean and welcoming. Absolutely fantastic food. Took a party of 7 for dinner and took up half the seating. We all ordered different things and tasted each others plus appetizers and dessert. It was all excellent, truly. The group included two vegans and one vegetarian, with the other four omnivores. No one was disappointed. We tried the Jambalaya Pasta with sausage and chicken, couple of burgers, the spicy chicken, the Jerk chicken, the crab and shrimp pasta (divine), and sides of fried okra, sweet potato fries, brussel sprouts, plantains... amazing. The appetizers were very very good: spring rolls and cauliflower bites. The desserts also excellent. The service was friendly and relaxed. Made to order, not fast food, and we felt welcome to hang out and chat. There isn't a great deal of space and the style of the seating is pretty minimal. Threw me back to my NYU student days and the amazing zen Buddhist minimalist restaurant in the west village I frequented... No complaints even from the omnivores. We cleaned our plates and talked about how good it was on the ride home!! I've been vegetarian for 35 years and this was some of the best "mock" meat/seafood I've ever had. The first was incredible and the service was just lovely. The people who work here are so sweet and kind. We are only in town a few days, so I had to try everything. The wings are SO CRUNCHY, the dipping sauces are delicious, and it was just perfect. The Philly cheesesteak rolls might have been my favorite item, though we did inhale a chili cheese dog before we took the rest of the food to the car. They make their own meat and cheese, which makes this place extra special. The r'ibz were very good and the Brussels sprouts were perfect. I love the pasta dishes as well. My husband and daughter have been coming in for years. My daughter is vegetarian. My husband always brags about how good the food is but I just wasn't quite interested since I'm not vegan or vegetarian. I came for the first time today and it was delicious. I've been wanting to check this place out for a while now and today was the day. All the food is very tasty. We ordered a good variety and nothing disappointed us. We had the ribs with onions and peppers on rice, bbq chicken, plantains, empanadas, collards, macaroni salad, sweet potato bun, and gf cheesecake. Our outstanding favorites were the empanadas, plantains, and gf cheesecake! There was a couple next to us there for the first time as well and they were also impressed with everything they ordered. We went on a Saturday afternoon so things were getting busy but they made time to answer all our questions. I was very impressed that they were willing to accommodate my gluten free needs. It's hard to find a place to eat out that has both Vegan and Gluten Free options! I was also impressed with the freshness of the food and that much of it was prepared while we waited! (Order ahead if you don't want to wait). We waited about 20-30 minutes and ate in stages as it came out which worked for us as we were sharing. The place is located in a strip mall with very little ambiance but we weren't there for that and the excellence of the food overlooks any lack of atmosphere. There are not a lot of tables to eat in (maybe 5-6?) but that wasn't a problem as most people seemed to have ordered ahead for take out. If you are Vegan or plant based or hanging with someone who is, make the effort to try this place out. The prices add up but we ordered a lot and have enough left over for tomorrow so it's not that bad. I forgot to take pictures so maybe next time and there will be a next time. read more

Owner was very hostile when called out about their shady meal plan activities. Apparently the plans expire after 2 months. No warning or anything. Refused to give us a refund and was being an asshole about it. There were also hidden fees that weren't mentioned when we first signed up ($20 delivery fees). I ordered several items being my first time shrimp scampi, 5 layer tacos with three side items collard greens, kale and brussels sprouts, cheese grits (not on the menu), chicken wings more like nuggets and bacon cheese burger. My tab was like $100 on the nose. I really enjoyed the shrimp scampi as my favorite dish hot full of sauce flavor and creamy. The chicken was nuggets and were good flavor nice house hot sauce. The chili dog was so delicious it had like bbq style baked beans on it as well as traditional chili beans and the chili dog had like a breakfast type sausage with a hint of maple idk it was mf delicious. The Mac n cheese was also pretty good and well seasoned. My husband got the wings with Mac and cheese and fried okra. Okay the fried okra was soooo good! Still crispy and fresh at the same time! We arrived and I called to make sure they were open and they opened in 10 minutes. So glad we waited! Inside is a small dining room with 5 or 6 tables. Louis came over and asked if we had any questions and made the suggestion to get the spring rolls as an appetizer since the food would take 25-30 minutes. They were delicious! The food was amazing! My whole family of 4 are vegan and we thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience! We had the burger, chicken Alfredo, jerk chicken and the chicken sandwich. The sides are epic! Today was my first time trying this and it was SO GOOD. I'm a on and off again vegan and would truly classify myself as a pescatarian that sometimes eats chicken lol. I haven't touched red meat in over 7 years. The "lamb" gyro tasted so realistic. The texture of the "lamb" was on point, and the portion size was wonderful. I recommend getting it "spicy". I believe they add extra seasoning this way and that was one of my concerns after reading reviews. The bowtie Mac and cheese is the best vegan one I've found in Columbia. I just wish the sauce were a bit thicker. & lastly, the Brussel sprouts were tasty! The employee that brought the food to me was so helpful and nice. Extremely disappointed. Should've read more reviews before ever coming here in the first place. The way the owner responds to the negative reviews is a HUGE telling of what kind of business he runs. So sad to see a small business treat their customers this way. My first visit there was pretty good. The owner was overly friendly and convinced me to get the meal plan, saying they do delivery and I'd just have to place our first order by June 13th. Placed my first order and they kept changing the delivery day and changed the delivery time to an hour later when we were already on our way THEN ended up being 30 min late to the delivery spot in Aiken. On top of that they also decided to mention a hefty $20 delivery fee super last minute right before delivery. The meals were ok but they had a bunch of greens under everything to make it look like you were getting more food than you actually were. The second time I ordered the meal I decided to pick it up. I got there 10 minutes early and went inside just to let them know I was there and one of the employees had an attitude about me being "way too early". Tried to place my final meal last night. This morning I was told the meal plan had "expired June 13th" and that this was mentioned in an email I got. Maybe I should've read the fine print better but I already fully paid for the plan so I should either get my last meal or get refunded right? Nope. After messaging with the owner for a couple minutes he called me. He was immediately super rude and defensive. He kept interrupting me and wouldn't let me speak. I never once raised my voice or was rude with him. I spoke to him like a human being but he just talked down at me and ended up getting himself riled up and just hanging up on me. Seems to me like he knows what he's doing is shady. Even if the food was a 10 (which it wasn't) I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Extremely scummy and shady behavior and the owner has no problem fully stealing money from his trusting customers even after they've spent $200+. I should've known this after he bribed me into leaving a good review during my first visit.
