    Tuna Melt Sandwich
    Izza N.

This place is busy! We came in on a Saturday morning, and it was packed. They have both indoor and outdoor seating, and both were full. Someone will assist you in getting a table. The ambiance feels homey, though a bit loud. They have an old, classic design. The staff are amazing. I met Paul, the owner's son, he is nice and chill. He kept checking on us to see how we were doing, which I really appreciated because he made us feel welcome. He gave us food suggestions, and we ended up loving everything we ordered. I ordered the tuna melt sandwich, and my husband had the breakfast burrito. OMG!!!it was delicious, filling, and addictive! On our way out, we had a conversation with the owner, who shared the story of the restaurant. I'm just happy this place has been around for so many years. Congratulations on the great customer service, great food, and a successful restaurant. I highly recommend this place, and we will definitely be back!

I stumbled upon this brunch place while I was driving down Burbank to look for another brunch spot down the street. The other location had a long wait, and while looking for alternatives, I found this place. It ended up being a gem in disguise and a much better choice. It was Sunday around 12, brunch hour time, so you know it's busy, but lucky for us, they brought us in quick; we were seated within 5 minutes of arriving. The waiter who attended us was kind and answered our questions and suggestions. I ended up ordering a simple pancake with Froot Loops for myself. Mind you, they specialize in specialty pancakes here, like cereal waffles. My son got his tenders, and daughter got her classic eggs and pancakes plate. My wife got the Monte Cristo, and it was delicious. I ended up ordering a side of coffee on ice since they don't do espressos here, and it ended up being very strong like an espresso would be, and I enjoyed it. Glad they poured their coffee on ice for me. Met the owners, and they were kind as can be. They were so happy that they are doing so well with the business, and they seem like kind, loveable people all week long. You can tell they care about their staff and customers; they all seem happy. Glad I found this location because I loved every single ounce of it. The inside feels like an old school diner, and I loved it!

Classic dinner style vibe with delicious food. Definitely one of the best brunch spots in Burbank. We got chili cheese potatoes and French toast, and really enjoyed this spot

One of my favorite diners in Burbank. I have been coming here for a very long time and never posed a review. There is much to say about Eat N Park but to keep it short and sweet.....The food is absolutely delicious and affordable, considering the inflationary times. The service is fast and hot. The staff is very nice creating a laid back family friendly atmosphere. It's an old school vibe with booth and counter seating inside and tables outside. There is a free parking lot with limited spaces. Breakfast is served all day. Try one of the omelets, my favorite item on the menu.

    California Omelet for Two

A friend of mine introduced me to Eat 'n Park, and it's a small restaurant that specializes in omelets. Parking felt a bit tight from maps, so I parked around the street without even trying. After a short, two-minute walk, I sat at the booth, annoyed only that I couldn't move those chairs. (They were bolted to the ground.) We shared the California Omelet (for Two), and it came with Toast and Hash Browns - house special salsa upon request. This omelet... was MASSIVE. And it did not disappoint. Since we sat at the booth, service was quick, and we were able to get in a few conversations with the staff, too. Each bite of omelet was tasty, and thankfully it was "only" so big. The California was loaded with a ton of veggies and topped with avocado, the perfect breakfast. The hash browns was barely seasoned and could be seasoned to taste - huge plus! Towards the end, the omelet did feel a tad watery, though that may be because of it sitting for 15 minutes. I have to admit the most fun part was the knife... it was large, and cutting it felt like an achievement in and of itself to begin brekkie. Will need to return sometime!

This place is EVERYTHING you want in a breakfast spot. So cozy, so homey, and we were seated so fast -- no long awkward waiting around while starving! The omelette was fluffy and perfectly seasoned, the steak and eggs were cooked exactly how we asked, and the potatoes? Unreal. Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside... actually to die for. And I don't know what kind of butter they're using, but it deserves its own review. So rich and creamy. We'll be back!

I got the Fruity Pebble milkshake w/ marshmallow cream, their mimosa flight, the bacon & chorizo breakfast burrito, their chilaquiles w/ fresh steak, and the Hershey's Nutella banana waffles! Everything was high quality and delicious!! They really take care of you with great service here. Family-style vibes and the weekends get packed.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would! This place makes you feel at home. The food was fresh and so good. My sister and I talked to the owner and his son for like 15 min after paying and they were so friendly and kind. I will definitely be coming back! The have been getting busier since they got social media exposure so I would recommend going early or on a weekday.

Oh my goodness!!! To say this place is great is an understatement. I had the steak breakfast burrito, with tater tots- and it was a Friday miracle in the office! This is probably one of the few places in LA that knows what they are doing when it comes to breakfast burrito! The food is phenomenal, every bite tastes like a party. This was my first time trying it out, but you best believe i'm coming back for more!! Wowww wowww is all i have to say. Don't sleep on this place, run don't just walk to this spot!

This is supposed to be a Nutella Strawberry Crepe but it's a thin pancake that tastes like a pancake.
    Brenn R.

Ordered breakfast from here this morning and wow... just wow. And I don't mean that as a compliment. Because I ordered delivery, I can't speak to the service or ambiance of this place, so I'll tell you about the food. I ordered a strawberry Nutella crepe, but I did not get an actual crepe. What I got... I'm guessing... is a thin pancake that was folded to resemble a crepe; it tasted exactly like a pancake, there was no type of filling, and the strawberries were light pink/almost white. I realize that strawberries are not in season right now, but as someone who's lived in CA my whole life, I'm used to being able to get fresh strawberries year-round. Very rarely have I seen ones that are lacking so much color and flavor. They were also very hard. The orange juice is definitely not freshly squeezed, but the price will fool you into thinking it is. But it's not. It tastes like the frozen condensed kind that comes in a can and you mix it with water. Ick. Also didn't receive any utensils or napkins with my order. Definitely not worth the price and I won't be ordering from here again.

The Wet Burrito (salsa on the side)
    Paola C.

Stopped by for a late breakfast before running errands on a Sunday morning. While it was busy, there wasn't a wait to be seated and staff was attentive. And, the outdoor seating was a peaceful option on a crispy morning. The food was great! The wet burrito was delicious and filling. If you're so inclined, it's definitely a shareable size. And, I would highly recommend the green salsa. The strawberry crepe was the perfect sweet treat before heading out for a busy day. 10/10 will be back.

Completely different menu. Food was beyond sub par you can make the food at home and would taste better! Save your money. Everything we had from two orders of "taquitos", "esquite", quesadillas and a blood orange mojito. The only thing with a bit of flavor was the esquite, but again to pay for roasted corn on the cob with just mayo and cheese? For $13 ? NEVER AGAIN. I have a problem with the way they name their items which is a bit misleading. For example, they have an item called taquitos, meaning you would expect a rolled fried taquitos. What came was tacos dorados so why is it named taquitos? They DID write on the menu that it's fried tacos..but again why are they not just calling it TACOS DORADOS? Same with esquite typically esquites are corn off the cob but this was on the COBB and yes it was described on the menu as on the Cobb but again why not call it ELOTE instead of esquite. Clearly this is semantics but just frustrating. If you want authentic Mexican food there is a Don Cuco's around the block that is WAY better than this place. They are at a different tier than this Kalavera's location. If you're a drinker perhaps that would make the food taste better...so disappointed and a waste of money!

That's why Allison at Finney's is so kick-ass. She runs Finney's flawlessly. I'm a big foodie and hit up lots of different restaurants around LA, and Finney's in Burbank has definitely become my go-to spot. Allison does such a great job of providing a great customer experience from the moment I walk in to paying my tab. First, their cafe de olla is absolutely delicious. This remains one of the only places where I genuinely enjoy ordering cafe de olla. Second, their food is incredible. They serve excellent portions, everything tastes fresh, and the food is just so good. I've had their taquitos and chilaquiles, and both were delicious. The only downside is that every time I've come, there has usually been a bit of a wait, especially because the restaurant itself is pretty small with limited seating. The inside is cute, but small, so we usually end up sitting outside. This is where their Monrovia location does have the advantage because it has much more space. Parking can also be tricky. Good luck finding a spot close enough where you don't have to walk far. We usually end up parking in the residential area around the corner. That said, the staff are wonderful and always try to be as accommodating as possible despite how busy they are. Highly recommend this place if you're okay with possibly waiting a bit for seating. My friend and I went into this Cafe De Olla on the 17th of this month at 2pm. She met me there and lives in Burbank. I have been here once, I believe back in 2018. It was pretty solid in every way. We were warmly greeted by Erick--the host, standing by the podium and right away he got us a seat inside. After like 5 minutes, Elsa, our server approached us to take our order. My friend and I both felt like we were being rushed through our meal. Food came out hot and quick. We opted for a few of their dishes. Tacos Mananeros, came with 4 tacos ($18.95), with 4 complimentary sauces. 2 of the sauces were very spicy and Elsa didn't warn us. We also got the Veggie Omelette with tomatoes, onions, spinach, mushrooms, Jack cheese, topped with avocado and a side order of hash browns. They made the hash browns perfectly. Told her nice and crispy on the top and that's what we got. (18.95). We also shared their French Toast topped with Strawberry, Blueberries, and Blackberries. ($16.95) topped with lots of Whipped Cream (which I love) and a side of syrup. We needed to add more syrup to make the French Toast more moist. The French Toast was a bit dry for our liking. Even the people sitting next to us who ordered the same thing were saying the same. On the flip side, the other 2 dishes tasted fresh and delicious. Great portions for the prices. We also got this drink called Powerful from their smoothies section of the menu. It was called Green Smoothie. Ingredients were the following: blueberries, honey, Greek Vanilla yogurt, avocado and Almond milk. It was simply very refreshing and delicious. My friend wanted some sort of Latte, Espresso, Americano, etc..but they didn't have any of those drinks. All they had was regular & decaf coffee. At first, I asked for Cranberry juice, and Jose, said they only had Apple and Orange juice. We found it a bit odd not to have any of those drinks. Going back to our server Elsa, she was a bit aloof and forgetful. I asked for a bowl of fruit, and it never made it to our table. After we were done eating, I asked for two to-go boxes and a bag, she forgot that too. We had to ask the other employees to get them for us. The same with to-go containers for our sauces. She forgot to bring napkins too. Jose, (our busboy), needs a raise and promotion! This young man read all the ingredients on the Taco menu which came with: bacon & egg, chorizo with potato & eggs, machaka/eggs, & nopaitos/eggs. The writing in their menu was very small. Another server by the name of Angel, truly was an angel. Checked on us while Elsa was taking orders over the phone. They have another location in Monrovia, a gender neutral restroom, place was very clean. Inside was small. It had 10 tables and nice couches with cozy, inspirational decor and pillows. Lovely music playing over head with a nice patio seating. Will I return? Yes, but not anytime soon! Also check for their business hours..
