The basturma burrito is top 2, the other being Testal in Phoenix, which is more Northern Mexican-inspired, so they're both in a league of their own. The meat was so tender and seasoned to perfection; every time I ate it, I thought I'd be diving into an overseasoned flavor, but it stayed perfect every time. The eggs were high quality, and the tots were deep-fried to the point where you get the crunch without the burnt taste or dryness. They give you 2 sauces. I had trouble figuring out which one I liked most, but the traditional salsa verde won because the meat is so tender and juicy that opting for the slightly less liquid sauce serves it best. Had breakfast here this weekend and it was amazing! We caught them right before closing around 2pm on a Sunday, little to no wait and super fast service. We got a bacon and carne asada burrito and bacon and egg sliders. The sliders were AMAZING! They came with a side of tater tots that were perfectly crispy and they house made sauces.
