Let me start off by saying that I was completely wowed by this hotel! I came in with a group of women for a bachelorette party and the staff members at this hotel were PHENOMENAL! Everything was well organized from start to finish! And I mean from the moment that we checked in to the moment that we checked out! This is gonna be a long review, so put your seatbelt on and go for this ride with me! When you first arrive, you park your car in the front and check in at the front desk. There was a bellman David, who met me and who was kind enough to help me take my items to my room. At check-in, I met Ellie, and Maggie. They greeted me and thanked me for being a brilliant member, and let me know what benefit benefits came with my stay. If you are a member of the hotels club, they have different incentives for you during your stay. I was advised what time I could come down for breakfast and also the various vending options and dining options available on site. After David, unloaded my items in my room I was able to go and take my car into the valet parking. The valet keeps your car overnight or you have the option to park on the street. If I were you, I would just let the valet handle it. They have an app where whenever you need your car you simply request it and the car is there within seconds! The valet attendant was Semir and he was soooo nice! I mean all of these people were super sweet! I cannot say that enough! Now let's get into the rooms! These rooms are filled with history, and eclectic decor. They have vinyl record players in each room and some really cool literature. But we took it over the top for me was the linen and the pillow pillows on the bed!!!! I literally missed one of the events for the bachelorette party because I sat on the bed and the whole bed grabbed my body, my faced kiss the pillow and I fell slam asleep!!! I feel like you guys need to send me two of those pillows for this review lolllll! Also, the food options were really amazing and there's a café not far down the sidewalk called Mamma Do's that you can dine with for your meals. The entire hotel smells amazing. The showers that I took at this hotel were incredible and it's like they literally have thought of everything and once you get in all you have to do is relax! There's a fridge in the rooms along with water and complementary coffees. They actually serve free alkaline waters in environmental, friendly bottles. One really cool component of this hotel is that they have a rooftop bar and it is like one of the spots in the city. There are many people that come to visit the rooftop, however, they do not have access to the guest floors which I thought was incredible! The security does a phenomenal job at making sure that only guest who are staying at the hotel make it onto guest room floors. That is not an easy task when you have a whole club upstairs. Also I don't know who handles the acoustics at this hotel, but the music did not bother me whatsoever while I was in my room. I literally could not hear it. The pricing at this hotel is beyond affordable, and the location is absolutely astonishing! Your Ubers are going to be literal pennies and you can pretty much walk anywhere! I really would like to send a special thank you to Maggie, who was overly welcoming to our party and who made sure that we had a phenomenal experience! Update: After writing this review, I checked out of the hotel the next morning and the manager Maggie was absolutely fabulous and understanding. She explained to me that they have noise, ordinance restrictions and that if it was disturbing anyone from sleep, it means the rules that they haven't place were not obeyed. I didn't have time to have a full conversation with her and told her I would stop back by after a meeting. When I return to the hotel after my meeting, she was dealing with an emergency on site and I left my phone number at the Front Desk and she called me within a couple hours to finalize our discussion. She was gracious, polite, understanding, kind, and exactly the kind of hospitalitarian and you would expect from a top-tier hotel. I may consider coming back if Maggie is still in the manager. Having worked in the hospitality business for a very long time, she handled the situation perfectly and did everything within her power to make it right. WARNING: If you plan to be here on a weekend night, there will be NO SLEEP until after 2am. The first two nights of my four night stay were fine; Wednesday and Thursday. I booked a jr. suite while in town for a business meeting. It was just over 500SF with a couch and king bed, walk in closet, and vanity area in addition to a steam shower. Pros: firm bed, record player and fellow water kettle in room, easy to order ice, great water pressure. Walkable location to the convention center and many bars and restaurants and other local attractions. Cons: staff is polite, but not very warm or friendly. I didn't see a single woman who worked in hospitality here. The only female staff I saw were housekeepers. Attached food venues are currently closed (Baker's daughter, etc.) No top flat/top sheet on the bed, you sleep directly under the comforter. When I arrived, I had two large suitcases I was bringing in and two people on staff at the front door just watched me struggle through with my suitcases instead of offering to help me. Upon check-in, the only two Junior suites they had remaining were on the fourth floor, and the second one was directly under the nightclub on the eighth floor. The gentleman at Front Desk explained that to me as why he gave me the suite on the fourth floor, I thought I would not be subjected to the noise of the nightclub. WRONG. The listing for the suite quoted a "city view" but my view was only of an internal roof with gravel. TV does not have a "sleep setting" and most of the remote buttons didn't work (guide, menu, etc.) After the club finally closed at 2am and you could hear people screaming and arguing while departing, I also got to listen to my neighbors endeavor into adult activities. The hotel is cute, the beds are comfortable, but as someone who is not looking to go to a nightclub, let alone stay in one, I will never return. Not worth the steep price tags during a conference where rest is valued. Ultimately, I checked out a day early due to the excessive noise that they don't inform you of while booking. Can't recommend this hotel based on this experience as the price paid. read more

I think the biggest problem with this hotel is it's trying to be too many things. It's trying to be a workspace that you can rent, a wellness center, and the place to be for a night out with numerous bars, and they have something going with a radio station in the lobby. Honestly, I don't understand that last one myself. I think all this is great, but they lost their focus on the most important thing of all. The hotel! It was not the best experience for us. The staff was great. They were nice overall. We checked in quickly and once we got up to our room, we quickly learned that it wasn't quite up to our standards. We're not snobby people whatsoever however we've had bad experiences with hotels in the past so we do a thorough check of the room when we check in. We noticed very quickly that the room wasn't as clean as you would expect for a hotel room when you first check in. We could definitely feel some debris on our feet as we walked in and took our shoes off. There was also a dried booger stuck to the wall near the bed. Upon inspecting the room further there were just little things that were off. It looked like when they painted the room they had some overspray or something in the closet so there was a little bit of paint on places that shouldn't have paint. The lighting wasn't the greatest, including for putting on makeup according to my girlfriend. Diving into the lighting situation a little bit more, there was a hanging lamp over a table by a bench/couch right by the window. That was broken. When we tried to call the front desk to report the main light in the room being broken we realized the phone was also not working. I went back down to the front desk to report these things not working and they told me somebody would be right up. Probably 30 minutes later somebody showed up and confirmed these things were broke. He brought back another light to hang over that table. He tried resetting the phone, but it didn't work. He told me IT would be in contact with us about the phone situation. Six days there and we were never contacted by IT. The phone stayed broken. We later realized that the refrigerator was also broken. It didn't keep anything cold, but given the fact that they didn't seem too concerned about the phone situation I didn't think they would really care about the refrigerator. We never contacted them about that. Back to the lighting situation. That hanging lamp over the table would become the bane of my existence in this hotel room. It had a dial on the extension cord. You have to reach over the back of the couch to turn it on every time you want light from that lamp. If that isn't annoying enough, the lamp was hanging low enough that I banged my head on that lamp almost every single time I wanted to turn on the lamp or sit at that bench and I am only 5'8". I don't know who thought about this set up, but it was a terrible design. I know some people would say that there must be a switch somewhere that controls that plug for that lamp and trust me we tried looking for that switch. There were numerous switches in there that did not seem to control anything in the room. The TV also was very slow to follow commands from the remote. It froze up on us numerous times and it would take sometimes up to 30 seconds to turn the channel after clicking the channel up or down button. It seemed to be a thing because I heard another guest complaining to the front desk staff about the very same issue in their room. The bathroom was the one area that had the least amount of issues. The biggest issue was there were the hairdryer being the most busted hairdryer I've ever seen in a hotel room. The attachments were pretty much cracked and barely held onto the hairdryer. The soap and lotion dispensers would literally pump the product onto themselves. You had to wrap your hand around the spout for each thing you wanted otherwise they would pump directly onto themselves and make a huge mess. I know it's an odd complaint, but it seems like something very simple to get right. Also, the grout in the shower had seen better days. It was a little busted and dirty looking. The caulking around the tub was also peeling off in areas. The rest of the hotel was actually fairly nice. They had water bottle fill stations in the lobby as well as the gym on the second floor. They give you two free bottles of water in your room and you're expected to fill them up at the water bottle fill stations so it would've been nice to have those stations on every floor. I filled them up daily at the gym, which never seemed to be in use, but was actually quite nice for a hotel gym with a decent view of the area around the hotel. No ice machines anywhere in the hotel either. There were daily snacks in the lobby, but all the restaurants in the hotel were closed for renovations. Please improve Eaton because you're in a great location of the city. read more

Unfortunately I would not stay at the Eaton again. It has a few good things going for it: 1. The staff was friendly and courteous. 2. The decor and vibes of the hotel were great. Room size was comfortable, bathroom well appointed. 3. Location was central to all downtown dc had to offer. 4. Coffee, tea and snacks daily for guests. 5. The speakeasy was cool. The rooftop bar had a lot to do with why we wouldn't stay again. On the weekend, the hotel is overtaken by club goers. The elevators have a line, the lobby is a crowded loud chaotic mess, and the music goes way into the night. Screaming and yelling outside the hotel when it empties out at like 1-2am. This was the case Saturday and Sunday of our stay. The bed was also pretty hard and the pillows lumpy. Generally we did not sleep well during our stay. While this hotel has the makings of something great, having a comfortable quiet sleep is pretty paramount to a positive hotel experience. I would not stay again. read more

Quick update -- just stayed again this past week, and the Eaton DC is just as wonderful, if not even better. I'd mentioned the working space last time -- this time, I went to the front desk and they were able to print a few things for me, gladly and quickly. Everyone was as wonderful as the last time I was here. Comfortable, quiet and an even deeper commitment to community, social justice and self care. My husband and I booked room for July 4th weekend, hotel had a spa ended up it was closed the hole weekend , was not told this, room was small for the price we paid, also said there was restaurant next door that was also closed, never told us that, it closed monthes ago with papers all over the door, there were rats running in front of the Hotel, and we also encountered a 2and half inch cockroach in our bed, very disgusting, my husband caught it and took it to the front desk, they said they would take care of it but didnt seem surprised, later that day when we got home they called us and refunded some money back, but i feel that doesnt make up for what we had to endure, needless to say it was the worst vacation ever, I would not recommend this Hotel to anyone. This organization should've booked a conference room I booked this with Bookings.com and was not informed about "resort fees"--$40 a night Las Vegas style crap (WiFi--which was spotty and slow, water, ice, rooftop bar etc). I had wonderful stay that the Eaton hotel! Its a boutique hotel with a cute retro vibe and very friendly staff. I rarely give hotels a 5 star rating but I really liked several aspects of my stay. I love how the rooms are wooden themed with record players in each room! More importantly, their pillows are so comfortable! I hate the typical hotel pillows that are too soft and your head sinks in after 2 secs. If those are for you, they have them too. But for me, they also had fluffier and more robust pillows that made it so comfortable! The room was very clean with all the appropriate amenities and good storage space. Wifi was pretty solid! When one didn't work/wasn't as strong, I easily connected with the other. I had a corner room so it was quiet for me. The hotel is connected with Baker's Daughter (a coffee shop), a speakeasy bar (Allegory), and rooftop bar (Wild Days). The lobby space is vibey with a whole back around with conference rooms. I love the little radio area with numerous records and a DJ during the day. I didn't get a chance to check out their gym, pool, nor business center. Lobby staff and cleaning staff alike were very smiley and friendly! Valet parking available. read more

Location was conveniently located downtown near the Moxy rooftop and near by restaurants, coffee shops and historical landmarks. Story has it the owner's wealthy father gifted it to her in honor of her passion for social justice. They also had events like Listening session for Juvenile 400 degrees which i hate I missed and many other things to mix and mingle. Ambiance 5/5 From the lobby which has a restaurant and coffee spot, a speakeasy, and rooftop with live music that day! The band and ambiance was wonderful. It has a social justice and music themed décor w/ record player and vinyl records. I was fortunate to have Aretha Franklin, Michael Jackson, and Run DMC, among others records. The décor was beautiful, bed comfortable and a seating area near the window. It's such a trendy hotel with overall great décor. I didn't realize this is a hotel until my 3rd visit so full disclosure I have not booked an overnight stay here. But what I have done is eat, drink and socialized. The Eaton has a rooftop set up with patio seating and an open floor space with a full bar. On the 1st floor is a speak easy Allegory (see my review) with a laid back calm and cozy vibe. Ah, the Eaton. It's a vibe due to the coffee shop (Baker's Daughter but real ones remember Kintsugi!), Wild Days (lovely rooftop bar), and the focus on wellness throughout the space. Okay, but you want to know about the hotel? It met all the must-haves: safe, clean, and with good temperature control. Bed was comfortable and it was quiet for a restful stay. There was a record player in the room and even though I didn't know the artist, it was a nice listen. The rooms don't have a mini-fridge or microwave but there are so many eateries around, including some onsite. Breakfast, lunch/dinner, and happy hour are all in different (aforementioned) venues within the Eaton. Room rates are reasonable and you're within downtown. There's also a fitness center (can't speak to the quality). The lack of a full 5 stars is that there's some artwork that may be offputing for folks, elevators are small, and the wifi wasn't secured. So I love everything about this hotel except, my record player doesn't work and my tv is connected to the previous guest and will not connect to my accounts. The food at Michele's was amazing- the bbq shrimp, the drinks are 4 for 4, all amazing, I didn't care for the truffle fries- it could have been the smell of of the food next to me but something made me want to vomit, the drinks in the speakeasy and rooftop were all amazing. Unfortunately someone was smoking marijuana outside otherwise I would have loved to spend an hour or so outside. The rooftop bartenders are engaging and personable! read more

There isn't enough I could say about this experiment of choosing a "boutique " hotel. While the front desk personnel were exceptionally welcoming. Our 24 hr stay with a baby was littered with a nefarious club scene of rif-raff and pot smokers who took over the hotel and the elevators, which made the stay unsafe. We inquired and the response was a birthday party on the roof. This party started at 6 in the evening and continued through the night. Many who stayed shared a similar experience the next day as we were having breakfast in Cafe, which was conveniently located in the hotel. They said there were people fighting to get on the elevator as they tried to get into their rooms and were intimidated to press "roof". In the hotels defense, they was certianly understaffed and truly trying their best. The "bouncer" created a second line for the club on the roof and couldn't handle the volume of people. People were rushing the elevator and he was pulling them off since they were not staying at the hotel. I thought this was a one off, but Sunday evening the same crowd flooded the front doors (and around the block) and made accessing the building impossible. Rooms: The rooms itself were tiny but historic.this was expected in a place like DC. The TV was unplugged (strange) so after working the cords, (sincethey didnt fit into the wall) I was finally able to get it all sorted and plugged. The fact that I was unable to leave the room and enjoy the night time amenities is the sole reason why I would never return to this hotel. read more

I recently stayed at the Eaton while on business and was impressed with my stay. I was greeted warmly by Simone at check-in and my room was ready, even though I arrived a few hours early. The rooms are comfortably appointed and everything feels very curated - almost like I'm living inside someone's Instagram feed. My room had a record player and a collection of books in addition to a TV that allowed me to stream my Netflix account. I love a firm mattress, so I found the bed super comfortable. I appreciated that the bedside lamp and salt lamp had dimmer switches so I could lower the lighting as I got ready to sleep. There are lots of outlets and USB plugs near the bed and throughout the room. The location is great too. Most of DC's attractions are within walking distance and there are quite a few places to eat nearby. My biggest issue was with the bathroom. In order to turn the shower on, you have to be in the shower standing directly under the spray. It warms up pretty quickly, but those first few seconds aren't nice. The towel hook is also in the shower, so I felt like my towels didn't really have a chance to dry out. The toilet also ran a lot and was incredibly loud. Check out was easy and they were kind enough to hold my bags for me so I could explore the city before my flight out. I would highly recommend staying at the Eaton. read more

It is so refreshing, physically challenging (in the best way), and I enjoy how she's intentional about meditating and journaling to get our minds right. I stayed at this hotel in December as part of a conference. I have been to DC many times for work, but never heard of the Eaton. Or at least, I thought I hadn't! Because they Eaton has a super sneaky secret bar and I was so taken by the bar the last time, I didn't realize it was in this glamorous hotel. Anyways! Hotel gave great rates for the conference, and I really enjoyed my stay. Firstly, the location was great, right on the circulator (free) bus route which was helpful. The lobby is stunning. I didn't have a chance to try the restaurant, but they have very high reviews. If I have more time the next time I stay here, I will certainly try them. The room itself is beautiful. Slightly on the small side, but it didn't matter because it was so artfully decorated and felt more like an experience than a plain hotel room. The record player in the room (with the Michael Jackson and Janet Jackson records) was such a nice touch. a Himalayan sea salt lamp, which was neat. The shower had great pressure and the design of the bathroom was very nice. The gym was adequate and there was even a recording studio in the lobby! I've stayed here a few times and always procrastinate on leaving a review. There's definitely a vibe here and I appreciate its progressive focus on diversity and inclusivity. You'll find a little market in the lobby across from check-in. There's also a DJ booth across from the elevators. Connected is the Baker's Daughter cafe. Lots of great seating areas for conversations and vintage decor. The speakeasy Allegory is in the library area, just check-in with the host as it fills quickly. I like that the hotel is not so huge in size and number of rooms as it gives a more intimate experience. The staff was very helpful although I didn't have any issues. They have a wellness gym, and spa area upstairs on the 2nd floor, just up the stairs from the DJ booth. I took a chi gong class after a long day of meetings and they offer other therapies as well. It was both relaxing and invigorating and a little bit of a workout with some great stretching and breathing as well. It's offered 2x per month and you can just register online. Can't wait to visit and stay here again so I can take it again. The retro-cool hotel room was pretty spacious and the bed comfortably dressed. The turntable in the room was a nice touch, and you can always swap out vinyl downstairs if your tastes run different to what's in the room. Same for books! The rock salt lamp was a nice soothing 'nightlight' with various settings. I had a room that was not street-side, so very little street noise and I slept very well. Note that if you like making coffee in-room (which I don't, ask for a coffee-maker and amenities when you check-in. Price-wise, it's a little higher than DC prices for a 4-star hotel but tops out amenities compared to others. There's a great breakfast included deal when offered. The sheer fact that this hotel clearly didn't check before assigning a second door key to someone else. Yikes WHAT KIND OF PROFESSIONALism (lack) is there to experience a room invasion. This is un repairable, breach in ALL KINDS of ways, privacy, security and hospitality lost. Went down to DC for spring break with the family and stayed at Eaton on a recommendation. Well I must say everything impressed! We needed two rooms and the set up was awesome. We had rooms 921 & 923 (suite) and there's a private door to lock off both rooms. Which was awesome! Our suite was spacious, a few complaints, size of the bathroom. Certainly not suite-like, lacking perhaps a tub or just larger. Also, the couch was cool, but not comfortable. I liked the vibe of the room. Extremely clean and stocked. Perhaps without jeopardizing the vibe, some lamps with USB ports would be cool. On the low, I was hooked when I saw the Thelonious Monk book. Love him. Wild Days on the rooftop is a must. Gets packed at times and this can cause issues with the elevators. They have security on busy days to try and control. Although, we were staying there on 4/20. Nuff said...lol. Allegory is definitely worth checking out. It's a Speakeasy in the library so look behind the fireplace. Baker's Daughter has decent food. The chocolate croissants and natural orange and grape sodas were the favorites. Not the best latte, but so many other places. Plus they didn't take cash. Unfortunately, our schedule didn't vibe and we never made it to Michele's. Looks awesome so a reason to go back. Location is awesome and probably a 10/15 minute walk to the White House. Certainly will be our choice when visiting the area and Eaton DC definitely scores a touchdown! read more

3 stars because the rooftop is a very nice space. Service was slow because we were attending a party. We ordered two margaritas with no salt. We got two margaritas with salt. The server apologized and said she would replace them. She then brought us margaritas in tiny juice glasses. About half the size of the original glasses (5-6oz). She said the dishwasher was behind. I then paid $40 for those two margaritas. I didn't order top shelf or anything special. It was an absolutely ridiculous price. Stayed a full week here in early April. The interior is beautiful - there's a bakery attached to the hotel which was very convenient and had decent food. There's also a French dinner restaurant attached that we did not visit during our stay. On the rooftop there's a bar - events happen there regularly on weekdays & weekends. As a hotel guest you have direct access. Drinks are a little steep - but the rooftop space is nice enough. As far as the hotel room itself goes - we stayed in the queen artist studio. The internet lags a tad but that's my one complaint. The bed was soft & comfortable. AC worked just fine. Shower water was hot & lasted forever - never ran out once. Room service was on point, had our room cleaned daily and they always did an excellent job. The shampoo, hand soap, conditioner & body wash are AMAZING. Knowing I would be here for a full week, I brought my own shampoo & conditioner because I'm rather picky and hotel shampoo/conditioners normally dry my hair out. The products they have here did not dry my hair out, in fact my hair felt incredible every time I washed it! I did not have to use my own products once during my stay. Best hotel bathroom products I have EVER used. They also come in large bottles so running out was never a problem. The room was quirky & I enjoyed it. The water glasses are made out of recycled wine bottles. The record player was a cool touch. The lights require key card access which I think is a great energy conserving measure that other hotels should consider trying. There's a seating area & table big enough for 2 which was handy when we would have food in the room with us. Overall, an amazing stay. It was located perfectly in the heart of DC that we were able to walk, Uber, or use the metro to get wherever we needed to go. read more

Have you ever stayed at a hotel where the number of "quirks" adds up to an irritating total? Where there's nothing truly bad about the hotel, but you wouldn't stay there again if given the choice? That's the Eaton for me. I stayed there for four days, and while the room had a nice decor, the list of tiny frustrations added up to a sub-par experience: - Two slow elevators that you'll spend a lot of time staring at, one of which failed while I was there - Stairs marked for emergency use/staff only, so taking the stairs to avoid using the slow elevators isn't an option - The bathroom door is huge, heavy, requires quite a bit of force to move, can't be kept open, and slams shut loudly - Low ceilings, so the light in the shower is inches from your face and it feels like you're showering on a lit stage - Ridiculously powerful water pressure from the bathroom sink taps, so much so that I splashed myself multiple times on the first day - A very tiny table, not big enough for both a laptop and any food/drink - Brutally uncomfortable chairs (I took to sitting on a pillow on the chair) - No bedroom coat hooks/bathroom towel hooks - No ice machine, you need to call down and have an ice bucket delivered - The safe is too small for a 14" laptop, which is odd as most are bigger - The in-room fridge is in a non-vented compartment, so it gets so hot it actually heats up the top surface of the wall unit - No top sheet on the bed; when I called to ask one be put on the bed, they simply placed a folded top sheet on the bed so I had to strip and re-make the bed (I'm not lazy, but come on...) - No automatic emailing of my room invoice, I had to call to ask for it days later Nothing truly terrible, but it added up. The rooms were clean, the AC worked great, and it was a fairly quiet stay as well. read more

Valet parking is available for $35 a day and you can use the rooms for various events. There is a decent restaurant downstairs and a coffee spot near the elevator. This place is very eclectic and it has various rooms for Co working, meetings, and trainings. read more

I have stayed here four times in the past few years, most recently over Thanksgiving weekend during the COVID pandemic. Alongside the Sofitel and the Dupont Circle Hotel, this is our favorite hotel in DC. All COVID safety protocols are being enforced at the hotel right now, which we appreciated and made us feel as safe as possible. The rooms are very comfortable and stylish. Most recently we were upgraded to a pied a terre junior suite (thanks booking.com) which was amazing. But even the regular rooms are very good. There are cool touches all over the rooms and hotel generally: record players (with a few albums) and bluetooth speakers, curated progressive books, a coffee shop and speakeasy (currently closed for COVID), a small fitness area (currently OPEN), and more. The American Son restaurant on site is solid (especially its cocktails), but the proximity to City Center and Chinatown gives many other options. Valet parking is available ($55/night plus tax like most places in DC), but we get our parking through Spothero in the Washington Post building on the next block. Paid $20 for two nights parking most recently. There are so many hotel options in DC but we find ourselves coming back to the Eaton for these reasons. read more

Very cute spot! I usually go here to the rooftop bar/club for events but I went here on a date over the weekend. The employees here are very helpful and kind. I got a salad and Prosecco. I have to figure what they did with the dates in the salad because it was too good! lol they also had a cute spot in the lobby that provided a nice night cap for me and my date by a cozy fire where we talked until 1am. We had a red eye flight and arrived to the hotel at 10:00am. They let us check I early!! Wow very rare for a hotel to do that!! This place is nicely located next to restaurants and walkable to everything! Well my husband and I love to walk so this was perfect for us! The rooftop bar was nice and the cafe downstairs was convenient! The hotel details are pretty dope too! There is a recording studio that was used a few times and there is a work place lounge area nicely decorated! Loved our stay!!! Cheers!!! read more

We went to Eaton on Friday night around 10:30 pm to enjoy the rooftop. The vibes were great, but it was chilly and there is only 1 fire pit and 3 of the outdoor heaters were out of propane. I ordered margaritas which were $23 each but they were good so I couldn't complain. I didn't like the bartending staff though. That night they had all males bartending and they weren't friendly at all. They weren't attentive to customers and almost made it seem like I was inconveniencing them. When you are adding 20% gratuity to my drink purchases, the very least you can do is be friendly. I don't think I would return to this establishment. read more

I came in on this past saturday (9/17) and had been on the hunt for Kathy Hiltons latest investment project Casa Del Sol Tequila. and while Eaton did not have it Ashley asked me if i knew what the tasting notes were in it so that she could tell me what she had that most closest resembled that. Well before settling on el velo blanco i was able to taste a few options and Ashley explained each one to me! I really appreciated the time and care that she took with me to make sure I was able to still have a good experience even tho this place didnt have what i wanted! but its people like Ashley giving service like that , that leads me to write reviews like this! The Hotel was about a year old in August 2019. The space is awesome. You can spend the night, take a free meditation class, get a spa treatment or use the shared work space. If you are a hotel guest, you can get a discount on the workspace. The second floor has a great venue space. The 9th floor has a roof top view. You don't have to be a hotel guest to receive a complimentary crystal. The hotel gift shop is cute. The lobby space is awesome. read more

Came here for a drunken Halloween night on the town. Admittedly it was our third stop, however, I was still with it and not drunk enough to completely throw caution to the wind.
