I really love this restaurant! I ate here last October and loved it and it is so great to return months later and it still rocks. I had the chicken curry and I wanted it to last forever: the spices are different from East Asian curries so go for it even if you think you know curry! My partner had the catfish and he's not a big fan but he became a convert for Eatz' catfish. And even if you don't usually get dessert, give the blood orange sorbet a try. I don't order sweets often at all but this is a great end to a delicious meal. If I could, I'd clone this place and drop it down near me in Grant Park or East Atlanta Village so I could enjoy it more often. It makes a trip down to Pine Mountain even more fun than it is already. This place is a hidden gem - food was delicious. There were 9 of us and we all left happy and full! Would highly recommend the shrimp and grits, the fish and grits and their curry. The desserts were excellent as well. We went on a Tuesday night and wanted to bring our extended family back the next night but they are closed on Wednesdays. Wish we had found this place sooner while staying at Callaway Gardens - we would have been repeat customers this week. read more

This place was a nice surprise! It is small but, very tidy. Wait staff is prompt and courteous! Our family of 5 ate there for lunch. If you like cream soda try the champaign kola. It is nonalcoholic and quite tasty! I had the magic mushroom burger and onion rings. It was quite good. My husband had the shrimp and grits and the bite I had was awesome! The girls had sliders, kids hot dog and the chicken bites appetizer. We had the lava fries for an appetizer! We were too full for dessert but. the selection was nice. Delicious food! It was our first meal in Pine Mountain this visit and we were greeted warmly and had excellent service. Place is bright and colorful. I had the chicken curry, which had a nice flavor and just a hint of heat. My boyfriend had the hamburger steak in gravy, which was also incredibly tasty! Lots of fresh veggies with both dishes. Hands down the best Shrimp & Grits I've EVER had! I come back here again and again for them. The staff are friendly and fast. Perfect place to eat outside on a nice day. If you come to Pine Mountain and fail to at least try these shrimp&grits you will have missed out. read more

Giving it one star because some of the food was halfway descent. The fritters we ordered for an appetizer were tough. We did not eat them all and told the waitress they were not good, but she did offer any substitute or discount. We got four meals. The burger and grits were pretty good, but the fish and chicken were also super tough. I did not get the dipping sauce that came with chicken, but asked for a side of ranch and was charged 50 cents for half a cup. Service wasn't terrible, but we did run out of drinks without being offered a refill. The meal cost $80 and was probably worth half of that. We will never be going back there again. read more

Had lunch with my wife and parents. Ordered the spinach and goat cheese hummus for starters which was excellent. Three of us had salads which were also very good. What a great little hidden gem! Made us feel like we were in the islands. They don't serve beer, but are fine with customers bringing their own. This is our first time enjoying the food, embiance, and Caribbean atmosphere at EatZ On The Corner. For starters, they served us the Hummus and Chipz which was awesome. My wife had the Yamon sandwich. She described the salmon as superbly seasoned and grilled to perfection with her favorite side, fried okra. I had the pleasure of enjoying the Reggae Bleuz with a side of onion rings. This burger was full of amazing flavor and the rings were superb. We had the mango pie and plantains for desert. This food was amazing and service was excellent. We will be back next time that we are in the area and recommend this place our friends, family and colleagues. read more

The food here was really good. It is small inside and there are some tables outside but it was too cold and windy to sit outside. The service was quick with drinks but did have to wait for the food. They were getting a lot of carry out orders as well as having all the tables occupied which attributed to the slow delivery of the food. When the food came out, it was hot and delicious. We were all impressed. Hubby had the mushroom burger, brother-in-law had the burger with egg and bacon, sister had Philly cheesesteak and I had the fried shrimp. I got carry out orders twice this week because the empanadas were excellent. I would not have ordered them from the description but they are delightful and deliscious. We also got the fried flounder sandwich (sorry, over cooked fish), jerk chicken (needs a warning label: SPICY!), hummus (wonderful), and broccoli, (which was also very well cooked and seasoned). The food was amazing. I had the blackened salmon salad with balsamic vinegarette and it was the best not only salad, but salmon I've had in a long time. We came here from Calloway Gardens each day for lunch. Day 1: Ordered shrimp & grits - very rich and cheesy. I ordered shrimp on green salad as a break from fried food we'd been eating and it was excellent. Day 2: chicken fingers with the lightest battered onion rings we ever had - amazing!!! It was my boyfriend and myselfs first time in pine mountain! This place was nice and clean and had a very Caribbean vibe. Our waitress was Amanda and she was super friendly and attentive to our needs. She even gave us a quick rundown of town and where things were! I loved all of the variety on the menu! From fish, to shrimp and grits, to curry tofu. I ordered 2 pc fish meal which came with fries, slaw, and hush puppies. My fish was sooooo light and crispy. I must say that we were surprised to see a Jamaican/Caribbean restaurant in the Pine Mountain/Hamilton area. We rented a house in Hamilton for the week to see my girlfriends nephew graduate from Ft. Benning. We had just flown in to Atlanta and drove the 1.5 hours to the house and needed to stop somewhere to eat before we got to the house. I think everyone got a burger including myself and they were delicious. Girlfriends brother in law got the jerk chicken and he loved it! i tried it too and wow it was soo good! We talked about going back before we left but was not able to. I would definitely go back here if i am ever in the area. read more
