It's early as the work was completed yesterday however, replacing a headliner does not look like an easy task. The completed work has a fresh from the factory look about it. I needed my front upholstery repaired in my pickup. I was able to make an appointment for an estimate, they took the truck in the next day, and before the end of the day I had a fully repaired truck. My wife's car seat leather is starting to crack so I took it in for an estimate from Marietta Auto Trim. The owner gabbed away for 45 minutes, even though I kept saying I had to an appointment somewhere else. So he takes down the information and says he'll contact me with a quote. That was over 2 weeks ago. I emailed him - no response. I called and left a message with the admin that I needed the quote - no response. Odd way to do business. But one thing's for sure - he's lost mine. read more

They did a great job replacing my covertible top BUT make sure if you have any special requests you talk directly to the person doing the work because they do not communicate amoungst themselves. In my case, the person I dropped my car off with didn't communicate to the manager (Michael) that I wanted to keep my original top. I requested this 3 times (in person & by phone) and NO ONE passed the info on to Michael who did the work, so he cut it off and threw it away. When l picked my car up and asked for the original parts, Michael told me he cut it up & threw it away...when I asked why, explaining I made the request when I dropped my car off & again twice when I called, Michael responded "well, you told Dale, you didn't tell ME!"...that bothered me a bunch because with that statement alone he was blaming me for the mix up instead of just apologizing and accepting responsibility for the fact that THEY had a failure to communicate amongst themselves. I also recommend you let them look at your car and order all parts BEFORE you drop your car off for service. They had my car 7 days to do a 1 day repair because extra parts had to be ordered. Total cost to replace 2002 Ford Thunderbird soft top $2095.00. It looks great and has a 6 year warranty (save your receipt!) I am a repeat customer...I came back to them for my soft top because they did such a great job repairing my leather seat ($250). I'd use them again because of their quality work...I just will not trust special requests with anyone other than the person doing the repair. Which is a bummer. read more

It's a 3 generation Auto Accessory shop that's been replacing seats, making custom Tonneau covers for more than 40 years..(maybe longer?) Charles ( father), Michael ( son) have a staff been doing quality work since before most that read this were born. Jon ( employee for 40+ years) did a custom Tonneau Cover for my 1973 International Harvester 1110 pick up. Was the final exterior piece that I think completed its look. Top quality craftsmanship, something that has been missing in today's service arena. After the materials were ordered they completed the work in 1 day... amazing. Had an '08 Ridgeline with a sagging headliner...sagging from back to front, left to right. I called one other place before calling MAT and was told the repair could cost this or it could cost that...MAT gave me an extremely reasonable flat price estimate over the phone and was less than half of the other place's highest wishy-washy estimate. MAT promised one day service and delivered. MAT did an OUTSTANDING job on the headliner....factory fresh! I'm planning getting the driver's side seat re-done later this year and will not take it to anyplace else. I highly recommend Marietta Auto Trim...you can't go wrong! read more

Horrible customer service! Guy wouldn't even let me talk. He spoke to me as if I where a child.

If I wanted all the plastics in my car torn up I would have pulled the head liner my self. This is my 3rd time using this shop and they have always been great EXCEPT this time ! It looks like someone went crazy with a metal pry bar on my trim, lumps and cut seams showing.... just very disappointed for getting this result and being charged $250 for a headliner. read more

They are not the most inexpensive but you get what you pay for. I was absolutely amazed at the quality of their work. My 2007 Escalade ESV interior looks showroom new. Dont not use Marietta Auto Trim I brought them a leather seat that needed two small panels replaced. They replaced the leather with imitation leather that does not match the original in color or texture. They also charged me the same price as the dealer charges for the replacement leather cover.
