Waitress Grace. That girl crushed it so hard she turned the whole night into a 20/10. Like, pure energy the whole time. Smiling, bouncing, making sure everything was perfect. When the lazy bartender totally blanked on my Luxardo cherries in the Old Fashioned, Grace swooped in like a superhero and fixed it before I even had to say "ruh-roh." Protected me from a cherry-less disaster, man. Absolute legend. Food was great, but Grace made the whole experience feel like a Scooby-Doo episode where the mystery ends with free snacks and good vibes. Would 100% come back just to hang with Grace again. At this point I hoped that they would've just offered to take care of my smoothie at this point with all the issues and inconveniences that have occurred. I do understand that there are technical issues that happen out of anyone's control, but I couldn't help but think that they missed out on an opportunity to recover from my current experience. I do also find their pricing lately has been quite steep. $10 for a smoothie seems a bit high. Not sure if I will come back to this location.
