Great service and very friendly servers. Very generous portions and we tried four different ramens and everyone loved it.

We love Eboshi. We have been regular customers for maybe a couple of years now. This review is long overdue. We love the food, the people and the ambience. The food quality is very good and it tastes like home cooked meal. The service is superb and they are very kind to our dog. We usually dine all fresco and it's perfect for us. Give them a try, you will not be disappointed.

I wish I took more pictures of the food but this better was so refreshing it's part of the Asahi beers.

Such a good find on a late night, this place was open at 1am perfect for after a night out. Food was affordable and delicious with plenty to choose from. Service and vibe were welcoming,I'll be going back for sure!

Second time here and the food was consistent. Loved how simple the ramen is and the pork that's in it isn't fatty. The noodles are perfectly al dente and there's good pricing on the combos. I got the me tonight with fried rice and it's delicious. I always have leftovers to take home. Service is good and on busier nights the food can take a bit longer to come out.

Came on a rainy saturday night! At the corner of lomita and pennsylvania ave tucked in a plaza across from the arco gas station is this busy little ramen spot. There is parking. Considering the storm that was happening this spot was still packed! It was just the 2 of us so we sat at the counter top Service was great and prompt. They have a huge selection to choose from this place has a variety of "small plates" to ramens to fried noodle dishes and even rice dishes. I was amazed by their small plate/appetizer selection and felt kinda of lame choosing the typical gyoza lol i will definitely try other dishes next time. But the gyoza was great! Came steamed with a little grilled action I ordered their Negi Miso ramen Stir fried green onion and chashu pork miso ramen. And my friend ordered the Eboshi vegan ramen House special veggie broth miso flavor with spinach noodles and assorted veggies. Also ordered a sprite and the bill only came out to about $46! I love a place where its busy usually means the food is FLAVOR! And it was thank you Eboshi! I highly recommend

Great friendly service parking lot is a little small because they do get crowded at lunchtime and dinner times great lunch specials and side orders menu is very diverse for a Ramen bar. Nice alcohol situation. They have many types, including beer great friendly little restaurant for your Japanese Ramen and side dishes needs.

Delicious traditional Japanese ramen restaurant...small and Asian quaint...small plates are roughly $10 and ramen bowls are also medium size...but price point is cheaper. Worth it for authentic Japanese ramen

This restaurant has been my go to place when I'm in South Bay for many years. However, when I came back after Covid, it was terrible. I tried twice during 2022-2023. It was bad both times. Both my children love Ramen of any kind couldn't even finish one third of their bowl. Here I am now in January 2025. They are back! I came few times last year as well. All good and stable. The reason why I'm leaving the comment about my negative experiences in the past is because I'm sure there are some of you experienced the same. You may have still been hesitant to come back to Eboshi. I want to leave a fair and true option of their current food quality. Their ramen tastes as good as how it's always been BEFORE COVID. I give you my word:)

Food was really delicious here. Hole in the wall atmosphere, friendly attentive staff, and a menu with lots of options. Our orders were the Jaja men with shrimp topping, chanpon ramen, and soon tofu ramen. The Jaja men was the best of all and would go back to order again. We went for dinner, no wait, and every table was occupied.

Great place to go after midnight hours when everything is closed. Definitely recommend going to this Ramen place!

Tried this local restaurant after seeing the good reviews but was very disappointed. On my first visit I ordered kanitama - crab fried rice and it was good. On my second visit my friend and I tried their ramen and it was terrible! I'm unsure if I'm willing to give them another try after that..

I first discovered them at their Little Tokyo location years ago, though I believe that location has since closed. We stopped by on a recent Wednesday night around 8:45 p.m., and there was still a 10-15 minute wait. This place is clearly still very popular. I ordered the regular tonkotsu ramen and added steamed vegetables because I love the extra crunch and texture they bring to the bowl. The broth was rich, flavorful, and served piping hot, while the noodles had that slightly chewy texture I enjoy. My husband got a cabbage salad and the curry karaage chicken plate. The portion was generous, and the chicken was juicy, tender, and packed with flavor. He was especially happy to have enough leftovers for another meal the next day. We had a comforting, satisfying meal we were craving. Even though the kitchen's last call is 30 minutes before closing, our server never made us feel rushed and allowed us to enjoy our meal at a relaxed pace.

We walked in right on time for our reservation (because we're adults who respect the space-time continuum) and were ushered into a booth with "privatey" curtains. I'm not saying they'd hide you from the FBI, but they certainly provided enough cover for us to giggle and navigate stupidly through the menu. You can also order directly to a friendly human too. The atmosphere is colorful, lively, unstuffy, and private enough to enjoy good convo but not awko quiet. You order everything via an iPad, which is dangerous because when pictures of gyoza are staring you in the face, your impulse control vanishes. We ordered "a little bit of everything," which is code for "the table was structurally compromised by the weight of our dinner." * The Highlights: The pickled cucumbers (crisp enough to hear in the next county), the pork bowl, and sushi that actually tasted like it came from the ocean. The Fluids: Cold Asahi and Lemon Chu-His. Highly recommended if you enjoy being happy. The Verdict This spot is a unicorn--it works for kids, first dates, or "290th dates" where you both just want to stare at an iPad and eat kimchi in a tent. The Heartbreak They have a "10-Second Hit It" game at the front door where you can win a free meal. We were this close. We didn't win, but we're definitely going back to seek revenge.

Very rich broth, and plentiful toppings. The chashu was VERY thick. Standard ramen noodles in this one. I opted for the shisen black. Noodles are little different in this one, but still fantastic. It's similar to a higher quality version of Korean ramyun as far as its thickness, and was quite chewy like an egg noodle. Again, thicccc piece of chashu to accompany the bowl. I'm definitely coming back.

The original shisen ramen was pretty good, I did like how it had vegetables in it. I did wish it had meat though (only had tiny pieces of pork). The broth was very light and the noodles were good. If don't prefer a creamy broth you will probably like this. The black shisen ramen was ok, I wish the garlic taste was stronger. The red shisen ramen (level 1) was pretty good but it was spicy (I do not tolerate spice that well) do beware of that! The chasu was also pretty good, it was a little sweet. The miso tonkotsu tsukemen was ok. The noodles were a bit undercooked (in my opinion), and the broth was very rich. The rich miso ramen was (as it is called) very rich. Definitely would need to drink a lot of water if I ate the whole thing. But the broth has a good flavor. It has the same noodles as the tsukemen (so again a little undercooked imo). Our server was super nice, and it is a clean small establishment. Overall not bad, would be down to try again if I am in the area
