    Spicy Beef Noodle soup

This place is inside the H Mart food court. You order at the counter and service is quick and fast. The portions are huge and the food is authentic. I had the Spicy Beef noodle soup with homemade noodles. It was good but I wish the shredded beef was a little more flavorful. [[HIGHLIGHT]]There's a decent amount of tables, it's clean and there's a water station.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] It's a great stop to grab a bite before or after shopping inside the store.

Located in the Hmart food court, Hansol is a delicious and convenient spot for Korean food. I usually get the mixed sullungtang because it has tripe which I enjoy, but if you don't like tripe, the beef sullungtang is great too. My family's favorites are the chicken katsu (can order with spicy sauce) and their mul neangmyun (buckwheat noodle in cold broth- this one has to be eaten there no take out).

Been meaning to update. Love their food. Friendly factor gone up and haven't had any issues.

While shopping at H Mart, we decided to stop by Hansol Restaurant -- and I'm so glad we did! [[HIGHLIGHT]]Out of all the food court options, this was the only spot with a line, which is always a promising sign.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We ordered the Ugeoji Beef Soup and Intestine Jjigae, and both dishes were outstanding. The portions were generous, packed with plenty of meat, and the flavors were far beyond what you'd expect from a typical food court meal. It was easy to see why so many people were choosing this place. I always remind myself not to shop on an empty stomach, and now Hansol has become our go-to whenever we visit H Mart. With such a wide variety of dishes on the menu, we're excited to try more next time. Fast service, convenient location, and truly delicious food -- the perfect way to pair grocery shopping with a satisfying meal.

This is the only food court I go to repeatedly for take out! They've always exceeded my expectations. For those who haven't been here before, the entrees shown on their menu is only a fraction of what you get. You'll see that they typically include an entire set of banchan, bowl of rice, and/or soup (depends on the entree). The entree itself is already pretty large on it's own. Whenever I get food from here, I'm always pleasantly reminded that the standard grocery bag they use for take out is typically at full capacity FOR ONE ENTREE. How does the food taste? Great! I keep coming back for a reason! My first picture is their galbitang. Sorry... I got too excited and started eating before taking the picture lol. They give you two gigantic beef ribs loaded with meat on them. They are packed in their own box while the soup broth is in it's own bowl as well. This is really really good and is one of my most ordered items. My wife got the chicken cutlet. It was also really good. I took a picture of it (see attached). My bite of this chicken was met with the following thought: "dang, I can get this type of chicken cutlet from Hansol? I don't have to drive all the way down to buena park for it anymore??" Over time their pricing has increased. There are days where I wonder if I should eat there nowadays. But I'm never disappointed when I see the amount of food I get from this place. I hope to come again! Would recommend :D

2nd visit to this location... located inside H-Mart in Torrance, Ca.. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Open style seating area with walk-up order service, that part is easy, simple and clean.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The Menu is a bit challenging if your not one that is too familiar with all the dishes and how they are prepared... the photos of the bowls pretty much look the same, so I just try something new every time I visit this place , and for the most part, I haven't been disappointed. My choices have hit the spot every time! Even if the host isn't too helpful explaining the meals for me. I just throw "caution to the wind" and go with what looks best at the time, and it's all good! If your in the mood for many choices of noodle soup or hot stone pot dishes, with a quick dining experience experience while shopping or if your pressed for time, this is a good spot to drop in and enjoy a hot meal... this visit I had the A32, a Spicy Beef soup, with Fresh made noodles and strips of Beef and bits of vegetables...& it was good! enjoy

This place is situated in Hmart in Torrance. It's a food court style where you order at the front, take a ticket and pick a spot to sit. I came here with my son after shopping at Hmart. Food comes out quickly and very hot. I ordered the hot stone bibimbap. It was still sizzling when I picked it up my tray. Comes with a few delicious sides. They definitely did not skimp on the veggies and beef, which I love (it's not just all rice)! My son ordered the chicken cutlet plate. I was surprised how big his plate was. It comes with 2 stacks of chicken cutlet, rice, large salad and some oranges. Good place with fast and friendly service.

We got the GALBI TANG- this was good but it was more slightly watered down than before STIR FRIED SQUID- this was tasty. Would order again

this place is a common go to for Korean food. I've been here over the years and they've expanded their menu since Covid. Their food and the portions have improved over the last few years. I really like their sullantang and the bibimbap. I see lots of locals ordering their rice dishes as well. This is a food court so once you walk in, you can see their large menu. You just go up to the cash register and order to dine in or take out. Even during meal time rush hours the wait isn't too long. their service is really fast and normally if people are missing anything or need any additional, the service ladies are very quick to handle the request. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The place is pretty casual, but has a lively atmosphere because it's a food court and it's connected to H Mart grocery store.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Many locals like to eat and then grocery shop or grocery shop and then eat in the food court.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]It's a popular place for groups of families and friends or even people that eat alone.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]they've expanded the seating area to have more tables, so normally we don't have issues looking for a table after we've ordered food.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] definitely recommend coming here if you'd like quick service for good Korean food.

The tofu soup nice on warm and cold days, and the bibimbap is my favorite. Altogether, to the food with the quiet atmosphere definitely makes for a place to have calm get together or to decompress after a long day. As for why it's a 4 stars, it's the service. When this place is empty, the service is amazing. However, when it is crowded, the service leaves for more to be desired. Gaya operates on a skeleton staff. While it has great service for mild to moderate amount of customers, it struggles beyond that. Regardless, this place is solid and we always come back and tip the service. The food and atmosphere compensates for the busy hours.

As for the food, you have to try the signature dish: gobchang (intestines). For a medium, you get to choose three of four types: abomasum (stomach), tripe, large intestines, and small intestines. Additionally, you get side dishes, a choice of a stew (kimchi or fermented soybean), corn cheese, steamed egg, and salad. They cook the intestines for you before bringing it out to your table, so that it says warm as you eat. They stir fry the intestines with potatoes, onions, garlic and mushrooms. Absolutely delicious. We also ordered the beef tartare, since they had posters of it around the restaurant. The beef tartare is definitely in the top 3 of the ones I've tried around OC and SD. The cuts are thicker than normal and the seasoning is just right. They don't include a lot of ingredients like other places do, but it just hits better. It's within a plaza, so there is plenty of parking around the restaurant. I definitely want to come back for the intestines and the service. A++!
