I shop here often as I live close by, and they have a good selection of clothing, but someone should train Noah on service- especially if he will be left as the acting manager on duty. I now call him "Mr. Unfortunately we cannot do that." I was shopping and liked a red shirt, however, the smallest size on the rack was S. I'm an XS. Upon paying for the items I wanted, I noticed that the mannequin was wearing the last red XS. I asked the pleasant lady who was checking me out if I could take it and she said she would ask her manager-Noah. Noah said he could not give me the shirt on the mannequin because they are doing inventory. He said any other time it would be ok, but not today. (His story changed later on that inventory was not today, but before the weekend). So I said ok, can I leave my name and reserve the red shirt for when "inventory" is done? & he responded "Unfortunately, I cannot do that." That's when I got upset and had to say something... I asked if he could call a proper manager, but "unfortunately, they don't do that." I explained to him that I always come here and have items reserved, and it's totally fine, and the staff usually has it for me when I come back. We got into an argument with him eventually agreeing to get my name so he can call when I can pick up the shirt. I usually have no problem with this store, and it's usually so easy to reserve items, but Noah is either lazy, full of excuses, or just should not be an acting manager until he is trained with customer service. Normally I wouldn't come back upon experiencing this kind of service, but I like banana rep clothing and I live in the area!!! Such a bummer considering it was a slow weekday. I almost left without my items, but I spent too much time in there not to. Bummed customer!

I pickd out the shoes and showed the Store manager a screenshot of Thier Website discounted price. The Manager proceed to question if the shoes are the same ones online and also tell me that he did not believe I took the screenshot recently. At no time did he ask me to wait while he verified thier OWN website discount. I have never encountered disgusting service like this for years, and walked out. I found a really cute pair of tan suede Tahari boots and another pair of peep toe leather boots, both on clearance. That's the most I've found in the two years that I lived near this store, so I decided to keep digging and see how far my newfound luck would take me. Long story short, I left with 5 pairs of beautiful boots, adding a pair of knee-high blue velvet, a pair of green suede, and a pair of grey suede ankle boots to my haul. There was also a crazy sale going on (I think it was an extra 25% off all boots). I also had a few gift cards with a couple of dollars left on them. All told, I spent less than $200 on 5 pairs of fabulous boots. What's really crazy is the $324 that I saved... SAVED!! Unreal! That's what I call a score.

Super appreciated! Return was also easy. Clean and well organized store, definitely my go-to for in person Torrid needs.
