I've used like 10 other dry cleaners and no one is as good as Power Cleaners! Also, Power Cleaners offers a pickup and delivery service which we use all the time. They deliver/pickup from a large geographic area so even if you live farther away like in Newport Beach, you can still get their service super easy without leaving your home. I've been using Power Cleaners for over 5 years and they've never lost nor damaged anything. Everything is perfect and all of the employees are very nice and helpful.

I ended up paying $219, which is nearly the price of a suit itself! Again, don't get me wrong--the quality of their work and the speed of their dry cleaning service are exceptional. However, marking up alteration prices by approximately 50%-60% is simply not acceptable. I brought two hats, and 1 tshirt, notice t-shirt, not a whole nice shirt, I just wanted a white stain out of it. My hats are new era sports hats, and they had just a brown spot on them, mind you they were white, but clean overall aside from 2-3 small spots. Jocelyn, the lady in the morning did not inform me at all of any "possible deformation" of the hats like her employee later in the afternoon said all employees by policy have to disclose that, but she didn't. I come to pick up my hats and the shirt, later that day because I paid same day service, $45 total, and the hats still have the noticeable spots and the shirt too! And the hats were literally deformed like they just threw them in the washer, and steamed them afterwards bc they are hardened in place. My goodness, I can't even tell you how depressed it made me seeing my two favorite sport hats ruined and unusable. I haven't even mentioned they somehow managed to shrink hats, that's crazy. Going tomorrow morning to speak with Jocelyn, the manager apparently, to see if I can get a refund on the hats at the least, will update. Lesson learned, trust your gut, and steer away from this place , one of those hats was a birthday gift just a couple months prior, now it's gone.
