Sabrina is my new favorite hairstylist! She was so kind and thoughtful about everything from start to finish. The music was nice and my hair was getting a very much needed upgrade and Sabrina really DID THAT! I have never felt more beautiful in my hair. I have been to so many places in my life, but I finally found my new home salon and hairstylist.

I have been going to Lauren after I searched for a hairdresser. She was highlighting, toning and cutting my hair since. She's a talented and detailed stylist! In April I was diagnosed with triple negative breast cancer and have been in a storm of tests. I asked her to cut my hair before I start chemo to lessen the blow of loosing my locks. She got me right in and completely gave me refuge from my reality leaving me feeling hopeful. She gave me a new haircut and a rose gold toner to honor people affected by breast cancer! I can't say enough about how special she is for treating me like a princess- I will forever be grateful

Loving our hair cuts by Connie Stebbins! The folks iat Eclios are so nice and Connie is as wonderful as ever!

My son's very first haircut at the kid's portion of the salon, after a 2 hour ordeal.

I have been going to the salon for a few years and always had a great experience. So when it came time for my 2 year old to get his first haircut, I naturally thought of the kids extension of the salon and made an appointment. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the experience. the stylist was friendly but she was very inexperienced. I showed her a photo of the style and she said ok. After two hours of trying to get my toddler to stay still, multiple redos, we ended up with a very visible line around his head from her not knowing how to properly fade a boy's haircut, she finally asked for help from another stylist. The other stylist came and faded that line in but went too short in parts of his head, very noticeable that it was not done right. What I was even more disappointed with was what she told me after I asked about that part of his head. She said it wasn't the cut, it was how his hair grew in there, that I should've gone to a barber shop instead, and that I shouldn't go that short next time. Keep in mind that the original photo was not a short cut, but because we had to keep fixing it, it went shorter and shorter. Regarding the barber shop comment, if someone would've told me that they are not able to do boys' cuts from the beginning, I would have gone somewhere else. I didn't mean for this review to be this long. In short, I think the salon should evaluate the experience level of their stylists. If they are still at the portfolio building phase, then that's where they should be with full disclosure. If a client's experience was less than because of their experience levels, it should not be made out to be the client's fault. What should've been a fun milestone turned out to be a negative experience, and comments like that did not help. I will continue to go to my stylist who I've had nothing but great experiences with but for my child, I will be taking my business somewhere else.

Chantal did an AMAZING job doing a natural balayage for me. She really listened to me when we discussed what I wanted and she executed it so well. I also love the haircut she did. Chantal is incredible!!!

They do fantastic kids cuts. Always take their time and it's always nice and even. Much better than most kids haircut places.

Two years ago, my friend recommended me to Heather and I'm so grateful she did because Heather is…read moresuch a sweetheart! Heather was actually the first ever esthetician I came to to get a Brazilian wax. I actually still remember my first appointment with Heather because I was telling her how nervous I was day of but she made me feel comfortable and guided me throughout the whole waxing process. She even tells you when to take deep breaths for parts that may hurt more than others (I know this doesn't sound like a big deal, but it is!)! I actually stopped going to Heather for a year or so because it was difficult to set up appointments with her since I worked in DC. However, now that my schedule is a little more flexible, I switched back to getting waxes by Heather. I'm really glad that I did because she's super sweet and deserves the business. I recently came in to get my arms, legs, and a Brazilian wax done and time flew by so fast because of our conversation. I didn't feel uncomfortable at any point during the waxing session (all of this came out to $170). Prices are extremely reasonable in my opinion. I used to go to one of the waxing chains in Ashburn, and I can definitely tell you that service + price at Voda Spa is way more deserving of my business. Heather also does facials :) I really hope to get a facial done by her sometime soon too. They sounded awesome when I asked her about them, and the fact they all include extractions to get all that gunky stuff out of your skin sounds appealing. In summary, reasonable prices, cozy environment, and excellent customer service. P.S. Weekends can be super hard to book with Heather, so if you need weekend appointments, book them at least 3 weeks in advance. Also, the door to enter Voda Spa is on the side of the building. There's a door outside that says "Voda Spa." Heather includes those directions when you get your appointment confirmation, but including this tip anyways in case someone forgets to read that portion :)

But Heather, the owner, was absolutely incredible--she immediately put me at ease, and the entire procedure was quick, painless, and so much better than I ever expected. After such a great experience, I decided to go back for a spray tan, and it was hands down the best I've ever had-- organic natural, even, and flawless. Then, I treated myself to a Voda Facial, and once again, it exceeded my expectations. The results were amazing, and my skin has never felt better. Three treatments in less than a month, and I can confidently say that this new customer has become a lifelong customer. If you're looking for a place that offers top-tier services, a welcoming atmosphere, and an owner who truly cares about her clients, look no further than Voda Spa! Susie C.

At no point was I advised that pricing would differ from my previous services. After my appointment, when I went to check out, I was told the total was $75 higher than what I have consistently paid in the past. I calmly explained that I had not been informed of any price difference. Michelle then mentioned that the salon operates on a tiered pricing system but this was only disclosed after the service had already been completed. Unfortunately, her tone and attitude during this interaction were unprofessional and dismissive, which left me feeling disrespected. As you are likely aware, Virginia law requires that the total price of a service, including any mandatory fees or surcharges, be clearly communicated before the consumer commits to the purchase. Price transparency allows customers to make an informed decision, and in this case, that did not happen. Teesha did a wonderful job with my hair and was very pleasant to work with. However, situations like this not only create frustration for customers, but also place stylists like Teesha in an unfair position as the unexpected additional expense kept me from giving her a tip. Unfortunately, due to this negative checkout experience and the lack of clear communication regarding pricing, I will not be returning to Salon Khouri and will be sharing my experience with others. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as the quality of your stylists deserves to be supported by equally professional and transparent customer service. Thank you for your time.
