He was very courteous and helped us decide what was the best location for the Air Intake . His installation looked nice when he was done. Everything is real professional. It only took him 2 hours to install and when he was finished he explained how the system works and when is the best time and temperature to turn it on. Also he showed us how to use the Remote control and made sure we didn't have any questions before he left. If you've never experienced a whole house fan you're missing out. It's perfect for hot days when it cools down at night. Instead of using expensive A/C you turn on the house fan and all the cold air from outside is sucked into your house and the hot air blown into your attic which in turn goes out your roof venting. My house had a really old fan that was about 25 years old. It was massive, ugly, and noisy. Still, I loved it and was sad when it finally died a month ago. Eco Air Solutions was pretty much the only choice in Orange County. I sent a yelp message and the owner Dan called me. Nicest guy ever who explained the two models, sizes, and cost. I was impressed and made the appointment for a week later. Jacob and another tech arrived on time. The removed the old fan and installed the new. Long tedious job! They also closed up the giant ceiling hole since new fan took up 1/3rd the space. Because my house is old it had strange wiring which had issues when removing old fan. Dan worked with me getting it fixed with my electrician which was appreciated! The new fan is AWESOME. It literally blows my old fan away. It's whisper quiet and even on low is so much better than my old fan. Absolutely love it! The model is the Stealth Pro 5.5. Has three speeds and a remote control. Yesterday I had the ceiling patched and it looks great! They also do HVAC repair and install. My AC sounded odd so I had Jacob listen. He said there was definitely an issue. I just had a yearly checkup service performed by ECO Air and it was fabulous. He checked out the interior heating system/AC blower and found the to be in excellent shape. He noted that the previous owner had a air scrubber system installed, but that the UV light had burned out. He replaced the UV bulb in a subsequent visit, when he also checked out the outside compressor and condenser coils. He noticed that the Compressor/fan capacitor was significantly reduced noting that this would cause the compressor to draw excessive current when starting, significantly reducing the life of the compressor due to over-stressing the motor windings. He replaced the capacitor, which should extend the life of this 8 year old system, saving significant money in the future. These guys came out and installed a ceiling fan for my home. The super quiet fan kicks on at 85 degrees and kicks up to level two at 95. How do I know this? On my phone there is an app that tells me my attic temperature. The guys I have to admit looked young and just out of high school but did the job well and were very professional. The service they provide is very good. I asked for them to give me access to turning the fan on and off from inside my home, and they did that.
