The owner Greg does an amazing job of cleaning windows. As a real estate broker and property manager, for years I have worked with numerous contractors and vendors. While there are many flaky workers out there who do poor quality, inconsistent work, Greg stands out from the pack and takes pride in his job, taking the time to thoroughly go through the interior and exterior panes and screens in detail. I once witnessed him expertly clean the windows on one particularly challenging high rise condo with no ladders while hanging off the window ledge. Best Money I Ever Spent on My House! The best money I have ever spent on my house was for Eco Clean to come out and clean my windows inside and out. What a difference this made!!! Most household expenses are to fix something that has broken and you never see anything for all the money you spend. Not true when you get your windows cleaned! Greg did an excellent job on our windows. He is a perfectionist and will put in the extra time & effort to get the job done right. I have never seen our windows look so clean and streak free! Truly a remarkable feat as the windows were filthy and covered with drip mark from a tree spraying that was done earlier in the year. As a professional Greg was able to point out & explain why one window would never look perfect as the seal on the double pane had leaked and the dirt was now between the panes. He gave us a reasonable quote (notable given our three story home, a a 20 ft high window in our living room and the condition of our windows) and he was professional throughout the whole process. Unfortunately my experience was not nearly as pleasant as other reviewers. I've got a quote from Greg over the phone. He must've looked up the house on the net and thought it was sufficient. I asked for cleaning the windows inside and outside and cleaning the tracks. I told him that the windows were not cleaned for some time and are really dirty. He said it would cost $350 for windows and $125 for tracks. I agreed and we scheduled the job. First, they were quite a bit late, though this was a small problem. After a very short time he came to me rather irritated and said that the tracks are too dirty and he'll have to charge me additional $150. I was not very happy but by that time I didn't have too many options. So I agreed. After a while I saw that the tracks were not really cleaned. I pointed this out to Greg as a general problem, but he insisted on me showing him the specific windows, which I did as examples. He asked the guy who was doing the tracks to go and clean those tracks that I pointed out again. By that time I gave up arguing. It was obvious that they were not equipped to do the dirty tracks - a vacuum cleaner and a wet towel are simply not adequate for dirty tracks. At the end Greg calmed down a little and charged me only additional $100 without me raising the issue again. On a positive side, his guys are hard working and polite and they did a fine job on the windows themselves - they are sparkling. read more

Greg and Eco-Clean are fantastic! Greg came right away when I called for an estimate to have both the windows and gutters cleaned. He was able to schedule the cleaning at the time I needed. The team called before they arrived on time. They first cleaned the gutters on our two-story house perfectly! Then, they turned their attention to the windows inside and out. Now, the windows shine like new. The team also carefully cleaned skylights, and washed and replaced every screen. They were entirely conscientious and systematic as they went about their work professionally. Around the windows, inside and out, everything was left in perfect order.
