Instead of simply explaining the cost, the owner became very aggressive and confrontational. During the interaction, he began taking photos of me and said he was going to put me on the internet. He also told me to "bring my husband into the shop" because he welcomed a fight. When I expressed how uncomfortable I was, he told me he could speak to me however he wanted because it was his store. As someone in my 80s, I found the entire encounter incredibly intimidating and distressing. I simply asked about the price--I wasn't rude or confrontational--and the way I was treated has genuinely shaken me. Regardless of the pricing, there is no excuse for treating a customer this way. I cannot recommend this business based on my experience.

I've used like 10 other dry cleaners and no one is as good as Power Cleaners! Also, Power Cleaners offers a pickup and delivery service which we use all the time. They deliver/pickup from a large geographic area so even if you live farther away like in Newport Beach, you can still get their service super easy without leaving your home.
