I used to like coming here because the prices were good and the washes were decent. However, I came in today and whoever the short Hispanic male with glasses (I think his name was Moises) that was working inside putting the tape on the windshield wipers lifted his hands up at me like "wtf" sort of gesture and didn't provide the air freshener for the platinum purchase. You need to check your employees attitudes and ensure they're doing their basic duties. Cancelling my membership. Side note: the chick with the red hair and septum piercing is super sweet. Had a Premium account at this place, but they didn't have any clean towels. None. Their only washer was broken they said. Customers stuck with spots or wiping their cars with filthy rags. Why pay anything for that? Staff there had an attitude about it. You would think they might do something smart, like be nice, apologize for the problems and generally offer good customer service. They missed that part of the training that didn't happen. Cancelled my membership. They can keep their dirty rags and bad attitudes. They're not ripping me off any longer. I'm not a big fan of car cleaning systems you auto drive into but I went because I got a free wash from Toyota Servicing. I was skeptical that it would clean my car to my satisfaction and I also wasn't a fan of how many circles I had to make just to complete the whole process. BUT... my car was completely washed and I was given drying shams to dry my car and their vacuum system was super strong! It took much longer than I expected to completely dry my car and vacuum it out. However when I was done, my car looked pretty good! I liked that I controlled access to my car. Staff were so friendly and helpful, the place was sparkling clean, everything looked brand new and each post-wash stall was stocked with clean microfiber towels for customer use. I've been to many car washes and so here's my honest opinion. This car wash is very well maintained and staff is super friendly and attentive. The process is super easy to go through for a wash if your first time for an attendant will be there to assist and there are multiple lanes to keep it going quickly if crowded. Once you've been through the wash cycle and I will say it does a very thorough wash even the cheapest wash... but when done washing there are many parking bays that are wide (great for trucks) so you can dry off your car. They have damp towels there for you ready to be used and two vacuums one on each side that are pretty powerful and make it easy to clean the inside. I only didn't give them a 5 star review because of two things I wish they had. 1) They don't have air compressor lines for you to use at every bay to get the water out of them tough areas of your car like the side mirrors. 2) I wish they had a machine set up in the corner for washing floor mats... kudos to the workers there and the girl at the gate... she came running to attend to me and others which I did appreciate even though it was not necessary read more

Signing up for the monthly membership is easy however be warned that cancelling is an absolute nightmare. Came to the car wash a week BEFORE my charge date to request my subscription be cancelled. The initial employee we spoke to told us he would not be able to cancel our membership and we needed to find the lady who manages the front kiosks where you pay. Asked him where she was and he had no idea. Waited around for 15mins and we finally saw her. Went up to her and I requested to cancel our membership, she looked unsure of what to do and began jotting down some information she thought would be of relevance. She asks me for my plate and phone number which I provided. I double confirm with her before leaving to make sure that my membership would be cancelled as I am moving. She assures me that everything is set. One week later my card is charged for the subscription. Trying to reach anyone at the car wash by phone is extremely difficult. Hence why I came down there in person to get everything situated. Tips for Business Manager Vanessa R.: I understand the car wash is new, but please establish a procedure with your team on cancellations. Not sure about the quality of the carwash but it is impossible to get out of this place. Once you turn into their entrance area, you cant get out! There is no turn around, no exit, you are forced to enter and you have to ask for assistance and wait for the cars in line for their carwash to move to get to a gated emergency exit to get out of there. This is also a safety issue. What if there is a fire or something? I wouldnt want to use this on a regular basis because if too many cars/long wait, you cant leave.. read more

wow this place is sketchier than i thought! i already wrote this review and they must have called yelp and paid to have it deleted. i have never left a 1 star review in my life (only 5) but this place deserves it.. anyways my story isn't fake so here i am again.. i went through this car wash twice and they broke my windshield and Chris the "supervisor" left me a voicemail that they checked the cameras and weren't liable at all.. yet when i went into and asked to see the footage of the cameras i pointed out that it showed nothing and he agreed and back peddled and said that it's actually "she said he said". so caught him on that lie. he also told me at one point "well i can buy a new range rover and doesn't mean that i do!" and i said "and i can afford a new windshield doesn't mean i should have to pay for it?" lol that just didn't even make sense. horrible supervisor skills and highly unprofessional. he even admitted that he wouldn't allow this to happen to himself either. Also the manager Espinosa even told me "this happens sometimes because the wipers in our wash are too long and need to be cut" YET STILL TOOK NO BLAME. chris also didn't even wanna give me my membership money back even tho i couldn't even use it since windshield was broken! ridiculous. if you guys made this right i still even was gonna stay a costumer too. however i went to soapy joes for years phrior to this place and i never once had a problem.. cheaper, better staff and more locations. so going back there. it's just frustrating too because now the head person is calling me on how to make this right after i begged chris to speak to them from the beginning because he clearly didn't know how to communicate and he wouldn't allow me too.. he just kept saying that was him but apparently not! so again another lie. and it's unfortunate because it's just too late now to make things right. read more
