I'd let my car just be for far too long and the recent rains had made it a spotty mess. I pulled into the parking lot and there was a line. It was probably 5 cars deep, but was moving along decently. A guy was directing traffic and there are two lanes to process more cars quickly. He told me about the membership perks that sounded like a good deal. Once it was my turn it moved pretty quickly and I was out and through to one of the detailing bays in no time. Most of the time these washes leave stuff behind particularly little yellow dots of some kind. I was happily surprised that there were actually very few and my car was very clean. I used a few sheets of their pile of clean towels to dry my car and wipe off the remaining few spots and disposed of the dirty towels into the used towel bin. Then I vacuumed and wiped down the inside. It was quick and easy and I'll definitely come back. My car was cleaner than it had been in quite some time.

Compared to some of the other Soapy Joe's spots nearby, this one really stands out for how well everything flows from entering the wash, to parking, to using the vacuum stations. There's plenty of space, which makes the whole experience much smoother and less stressful. The customer service here is consistently friendly, and I appreciate that the staff actually greet you with a hello and make the experience feel welcoming. If you ever need help from a real person, someone is usually available and helpful. My only frustration is that the lines can get as long as Costco gas lines sometimes probably because Costco is right down the street but honestly, that just shows how popular this location is. Overall, definitely a five-star Soapy Joe's location and worth the trip.

Regarding the actual car wash, it was very low quality. I had removed everything from our car leaving them plenty of room to clean and wash the interior of the car. However, they ran it through the machine, spent a roughly two minutes barely drying it and wiping down the interior, and called it good. The exterior still had water around the car leaving streaks when it dried, and the interior still had lots of debris and dust on the floor, seats, dashboard, and doors. Having detailed my own vehicles for over 50 years I am extremely picky about outside washes and detailing. The challenges with the chains are: 1. Their package deals are tied to one vehicles tag number. ( Not at Park Place. I purchased the 10 wash/detail package with my phone number. My son and wife can use my phone number to wash their cars using the 10 washes. If they are nice to me! 2. The chains let me detail at their locations using supplied soft cloths, air, and vacuums. How nice to let me spend time cleaning the spots that are missed, vacuuming and cleaning the windows inside and out! At least 30 extra minutes in the sun. (Not at Park Place. Three workers spent 15 minutes touching up all areas that were missed during the wash and the floors and windows were like NEW! Outstanding JOB! Be sure to tip the workers in the outside employee tip jar. There is seating inside the building or covered lawn furniture outside. I was fully impressed with all aspects of the business. Eduardo sold me my package after a great explanation. Ally was great at checkout. Their prices on similar services cannot be beat and their attention to detail and your satisfaction is a priority.
