On Hesperian Avenue there is a Vista Paint I went in to get two gallons of paint for my bedroom, the young man was friendly enough but accidentally mixed 1 gallon with the quart mixture of paint after talking to his manager they decided to add three more quart mixtures to equal the 1 gallon that they mixed correctly the second time. Well of course after 5 hours of painting the two gallons did not match, and although it was a honest mistake, it cost me labor and frustration. Went back the next morning to discuss with the manager on that shift and he seemed incredulous to my claim, until he did a color test and low and behold it was not the same color. He begrudgingly did not want to replace both gallons but did replace the one gallon that was not correct, and with that I walked out no apologies know how can we make it right just the old here you go.

They sent me an email said it'll be ready in 35 minutes. just to watch my grandchild's game. I went there in an hour and Eddie working at the front told me that they had none in stock even before I showed him the order. I told him we'll just cancel it. He stated that they don't usually do that and he called his manager on the speakerphone and his manager stated tell her we'll ship it. I told him I don't want it shipped. I have a game this afternoon. That's why I ordered the same day. The manager sent an African-American gentleman up who explained to me that Eddie was new. I told him what does that have to do with anything? Just cancel the order I've made an hour ago. He said that there are procedures that need to go through, but it will be canceled. THE NEXT DAY I RECEIVE AN EMAIL THAT IT'LL ARRIVE ON TUESDAY AFTER I TOLD THEM TO CANCEL. IT WENT IN THE STORY. The next day I called on Sunday at 12:32 MELISSA, WHO THEY TOLD ME WAS A REGIONAL MANAGER. I asked to speak with her. They put me on hold for 12 minutes and 56 seconds. And every time I call back both times they put me back on hold for five minutes. NEVER SHOP HERE IF THE REGIONAL MANAGER HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DOESN'T CARE WHY DO YOU THINK THE STORE EMPLOYEES ARE INCOMPETENT? I've been to this location many times. Usually a good experience. Bought a couple fruit trees from this exact locations 10 years ago and think about this store every time I eat fruit from them. They are already large and I feel like they turn a house into a home. A place you really enjoy much more. I am big into landscaping. I like mature, beautiful landscape. Kitchens and paint I'm less into - I feel like these things no matter what they are within 5 or 10 years they are old, outdated and in need of redoing. The same can't be said about trees - they only get better and more valuable with age. Had a realtor once tell me that a 5 or 10 year old kitchen is just as bad as a 50 year old kitchen. Neither sells - and with trends ever changing - I wouldn't get too hung up with it. I know some friends that put so much effort into what paint on their walls looks like or what brand cabinets they have. Then they want the CHEAPEST car possible to put their wife and kids in. I just don't get it. Was a bummer today. I saw the Christmas tree lot here all closed and some of the trees inside I wanted to take a closer look at. Hardware/fasteners can be tricky to navigate, so I asked an associate stocking and organizing in the fasteners aisle for help to confirm if a specific cam screw would work as a replacement. Unfortunately, she was completely uninterested in helping. Instead of taking a moment to answer my question or point me in the right direction, she acted like I was an inconvenience for interrupting her work. Good customer service means prioritizing helping customers in the store over organizing shelves. While I eventually found the hardware I needed on my own, the encounter left a really bad impression. I hope management reminds their floor staff that assisting customers should always come first.
