I would recommend avoiding this business if you have never been there before

My 17 year old pup dreads being groomed but with Autumn he has quit shaking and isn't stressed. My yorkie always looks beautiful when Autumn is done with her. The one unusual thing about Vanity Fur is they set your appointment time. If she is able, Autumn will call and give me an opportunity to move the time if it's more convenient. Another thing I like Is the grooming report and photo I get each time. We've been using Vanity Fur for over a year now and Autumn has never let us down. We recommend Vanity Fur and especially Autumn. She's an asset to the business.

Eventually, an employee finally acknowledged us, only to tell us they were closing and could no longer assist us. I explained that we had arrived before closing and had already been waiting for 40 minutes, but all I received was a simple "Sorry, we're closed." The entire experience was extremely disappointing and frustrating. The lack of customer service completely ruined what should have been a fun experience for my son and me. We left without the fish we came to purchase and feeling like our time didn't matter. This occurred on June 14, 2026, between approximately 7:20 PM and 8:10 PM. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I will not be returning.
