From first contact, you will speak with the owner and then never see…read morehim again. 2 or 3 guys will show up on his behalf, with 1 of the guys acting as the assessor of the damage. He then will start to bring drying machines into your home and will tell you that areas that you know were not affected need to be repaired. If you ask for an estimate, they will tell you that they will give you one in 4 to 5 days while the drying machines are doing their magic. On the 5th day , there still will be no estimate , but they will attempt to leave the machines in your home for addition days. When you attempt to reach out to the owner, he will fast talk you and convince you to leave the machines running for a few more days, but still won't provide any numbers. Once you decide that you will shop around your services, they will then send you a bill for 5-8 thousand dollars, claiming that that was for the machine usage. On the invoice, they even charged a "Set Up" fee for simply plugging the machines in. You also will get an electric bill double your normal amount due to the machine running inside of your home. READ CAREFULLY: DO NOT LET THEM DEAL DIRECTLY WITH YOUR HOME INSURANCE AGENT OR BE PRESENT DURING YOUR INSURANCE ESTIMATORS WALK THROUGH, AS THEY WILL GET YOU TO SIGN OVER THE ENTIRE INSURANCE PAYOUT BEFORE EVEN STARTING ANY WORK. The assessor will demand to be present with your insurance inspection, just to get a look at how much your insurance company is willing to pay.

I am thankful that I no longer have any business with them.
