They were 5 hours late and sped-clean our house by wiping everything down with chemical rags. The chemical smell throughout the house is so strong that all windows need to be left opened to let the house air out. There are much better cleaning companies out there that are worth the extra money. Unfortunately our preferred company was not available when we needed them. Usually they take 4-6 hours to clean our house. This team of three cleaned our 5000 sf 5 bedroom 4.5 bath house in 2 hours. It shows that they use lowest price independent contractors.

Shout out to Robert - he did an excellent job on the actual work. Long story: I was referred to Guarantee saying they were the best. So we stuck with them. I called and Tina set up a Friday appointment at 5pm for an estimate. This estimate was $525. However, the back office was closed until Monday so I had agreed to call back on Monday for dates. Somehow over the weekend, this information was lost. When I called back the following week, there was no record of my quote, and they insisted it must not have been them that gave me the quote because I would be in the system. Except that Robert, remembered coming to the house, and giving me the quote. Clearly paperwork fail. I got a new rep. Drew is new, he's learning, he did his best. Drew first honored by verbal quote and set me up for an install date. However, that morning he called to say that because of overnight rains, the team was dealing with an emergency, could we reschedule for the next day? Totally reasonable, sure, no problem. However, the next morning, Drew called again to inform me that there was no record of my quote and so we had to first get a quote, then schedule the work, and those were different people. After many phone calls and phone tag, Drew eventually was able to send out Robert to do the work, but with all the scheduling and rescheduling I felt backed into a corner to pay the now $595 dollars for 2 rooms. I had already moved all the furniture out of these high traffic rooms and realistically wasn't going to do this again in another week.

Edit (1/15/2023): if you read her response below, she never addresses their tendency to cancel the morning of, without responding to when they can reschedule. That's because there is no excuse for that kind of unprofessionalism. Afterwards I was informed by Yulissa that the cleaners claimed I agreed to a 4 hr cleaning when I said no such thing. Their cleaning however was decent, and after confronted, very speedy and efficient. Price is also some of the best that I could find. Give this place a try, but be prepared to supervise the cleaners closely.
