They got back to me within 2 hrs, gave me an estimate over the phone and set two appointments. One to measure and the 2nd to install. When he came to measure the estimate he gave me was actually $50 less than what was quoted on the phone! Carlos called on 7/11 if he could come today and I said definitely a yes!!! He let me know by phone when he was on his way. Kelly (absolutely fantastic) and Carlos came to do the job. I needed a few replacement on the frames and wheels on the slider. The job was done timely and we even had a bit of entertainment from them both ( haha)!! I was extremely happy with the job!! Had 10 re screens done on April 29th, for $390. We didn't look over screens when they completed the job. However, shortly after they left, I did look at the screens and one screen missed their quality assurance, it had a tear in screen in upper right hand corner.
