They got back to me within 2 hrs, gave me an estimate over the phone and set two appointments. One to measure and the 2nd to install. This company was absolutely fantastic!! I was in contact with Carlos a few days ago and scheduled for screen replacement on 9 windows and a sliding glass door screen on Monday 7/14. Carlos called on 7/11 if he could come today and I said definitely a yes!!! He let me know by phone when he was on his way. Kelly (absolutely fantastic) and Carlos came to do the job. I needed a few replacement on the frames and wheels on the slider. The job was done timely and we even had a bit of entertainment from them both ( haha)!! I was extremely happy with the job!! The sliding glass door screen was not rolling at all and it was because it needed the wheels replaced!! Now I can open the door with 1 finger!! Had 10 re screens done on April 29th, for $390. We didn't look over screens when they completed the job. However, shortly after they left, I did look at the screens and one screen missed their quality assurance, it had a tear in screen in upper right hand corner. I called regarding, they said they would come by to fix. Had to make another follow up call regarding since did not heard back. I was told couldn't come out that week because partner out of town.
