***GROSS**** 4th Econo Lodge I've stayed in during this trip and by far the worst! No Wi-Fi Not clean, the stairway was downright scary and the comforter has cigarette burn holes in it. Edit: theres also toilet paper stuck to the wall, garbage in the shower, only one of 3 lamps worked and the coffee maker was missing parts.

    Filth on the walls!

This place is appalling. The rooms are tiny, smell horrible, extremely dirty and thugs on every side. If you wanted a 2 dollar hook er (like the one in the room above me) or a crack dealer (like the one to the right of me) then this place is right for you! Unfortunately, I brought my kids and family on a last minute soccer adventure and ended up here at 10pm on a Friday night. Gross. Im worried my whole family will be leaving with MERSA or COVID from this disgusting nightmare hotel. Please look at my pictures for the reality. The pictures advertised are NOT correct! HOWEVER...i am giving a huge thank you and changing my review to "2" stars for the simple reason that the front desk people were friendly and heard our concerns.

What can I tell you. I have stayed at the motel 6 across the street and motel 6 is no kidding 3 times better than this place. We had room 103. First floor as soon as you open the door you can smell the mold and mildew in the room. The carpet was so nasty and stained I wouldn't even let my dog walk barefoot in it. The bathroom had mold and rust. And the bed when you sit on it you don't even feel a mattress. Yes it is there but it's so worn out you can feel the wood holding it up. I ended up leaving due to the conditions. I am a truck driver and stay at a lot of places. But tonight I will be in my sleeper for one more night. FYI I only put 1 star because the app forces you to put at least one. If it were me they get nothing except warning all of you to stay away from this place.

If I could leave zero stars I would!!! Really nasty rooms. Woke up at 2am to use the restroom and saw 4 roaches on the floor and 2 crawling on the walls. I couldn't sleep after that but didn't want to wake up my son. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! I would rather sleep in my car. I bright and early I couldn't stay one more night in this nasty place. I'm reporting them.

Should have went to motel 6! Figured this would be a step up but nope a few steps down guess I should have checked yelp! The AC works great! They allow dogs for 20$! Close to freeway! The trash outside the rooms looks like it hasn't taken out in a few days its over flowing with trash cigarettes butts and sunflower seeds not suitable for kids or dogs! Old dude sitting outside smoking shirtless with his room door open when he has ac and a smoking room was a little weird!

We just needed a room for the night... We were greeted with a smile... We asked for a nonsmoking room.... We with to the room... There were cigarette butts all on the landing to the unit.. And a piece a bread, that was clearly there for some time it was hard as a rock..... Inside I have learned from the past to check ALL the bedding... for, you know.... I found 2 dead ones in the trim of the mattress.... Nothing alive... I could clearly see that the front door was forced at one time.... The paint around the jamb was peeled/torn from the wall.... The sofa bed in the room had stains on it... The bathroom door has an obvious patch hole where a fist went through it... In order to close said door you must lift it or it drags on the tile floor.... We left our luggage in the bathroom for the night......

He had excellent customer service, was…read moreprofessional, helpful, and did the best he could while clearly working without enough support. But based on the hotel itself, this would be 0 stars. The room was extremely unclean. The refrigerator, microwave, counters, remote, door handle, and multiple other surfaces were dirty and sticky. My mom's room also had a blood stain on the sheets. We were handed cleaning supplies because the room was so dirty that I ended up cleaning parts of it myself. Check-in was delayed even though rooms were supposed to be ready at 3 PM. On top of that, there were barking dogs and a basketball team running through the halls making noise late at night and again early in the morning. Staff tried to excuse the barking by saying someone was near the door, but if guests bring dogs to a hotel they should not be disturbing everyone else. The office manager was also not pleasant and came off dismissive when I asked a simple question about a 30-minute late checkout. Breakfast was disappointing and below the standard I normally expect from Hilton properties. I've stayed at multiple Hilton properties recently, and this was by far the worst. CJ deserves recognition, but the hotel itself needs serious improvement in cleanliness, maintenance, and management. All the manager said was she'll talk to someone about it

This hotel is A-okay for a night…read more First the negatives: ------------------ $175 plus tax is too much for this simple hotel. $12/night to park in a suburban mall lot with tons of spaces. The elevator smells strongly of melted crayons. The indoor pool has an overwhelming smell of chlorine in the air when walk in. The water is murky and needs to be cleaned. The water is not heated much. The 2 queen beds room had the bathroom door right near the front door so they crashed together often. The sink in the bathroom has the faucet at the corner of the sink so water splashes all over the counter every time you wash your hands. The beds are a bit springy and squeaky. Not too bad but not the most comfortable. And now some positives: ----------------------- The breakfast is available from 6am-10am and includes a waffle maker, bagels, English muffins, scrambled eggs, cereal and milk, yogurt and more. It's a good spread. The breakfast area is sunny and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. The location is near all sorts of shops and restaurants. It's easy to walk or drive to them.

A solid 4 1/2 stars. I am in Tracy, and picked this place to stay for the night. The price…read more was only roughly 100 bucks on a Monday night. For what I got, it was extremely good. They had been doing renovations, and you can tell. The hotel is kept up very well. The lobby is bright and clean, and they have plenty of places to sit. The. Staff was beyond friendly and helpful. It's in a good neighborhood close to I 205, and you do have to scan your room key to get on the elevator. There is a pool and spa, they are outdoors, but they do keep them open and maintained year round. If it weren't raining, I would've loved to use that spa. They also have a guest Laundry. The room was decent sized, and it was spotless! The TV got Dish Network with a very good picture, there's a fridge and a microwave, there was plenty of lighting and lots of places to charge my gear, and the bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds. I had slept on in a long time. Not too soft, not too hard, just perfect! The thermostat kept the temperature just right. . The bathtub had a permanent bath mat in it, but the hot water can be a little tricky. I turned the knob all the way to the left, and I was not getting any hot water at all. I called down to the lobby, and she told me that to get hot water, you just barely turn the knob to the left, like you would normally do for cold water. Basically, it's reversed. They had a good breakfast in the morning. Fruit cups, yogurt, hot and cold cereal, a pancake machine, Eggo style waffles, and two hot choices. Today, they had sausages and eggs. They also have hard boiled eggs, as well as juice, coffee. And hot cocoa. The coffee and hot cocoa are available 24 hours a day. Breakfast was very good. I had an appointment at 10 AM, and I didn't want to leave my gear in my car, so I asked them if they could extend my 11 AM check out to noon. No problem at all, they were glad to do it for me. The onlyreason I'm taking off a half star, is because of the Wi-Fi. Basic Wi-Fi is free, if you want. Full Wi-Fi, you have to pay five dollars a night. The basic Wi-Fi was just fast enough to stream video, but it was a little bit spotty. I have good hotspot data on my phone, so I just use my phone for Wi-Fi. Other than that, everything was great. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you.
