This company was a blessing. I found a referral company on Instagram and they when the designer Hoday came to give me an estimate the next day. She was able to get me approved that night and start demolition the next day. My story is a long one but to make it short I had tried to get approved with other companies with no success. They completed my bathroom remodels within one month with permits and inspections! My new bathrooms a beautiful and everyone loves them! Hoday and Eran was a great help and it came out better that I could have imagined! EcoStar Remodeling and Construction's team are the Rock Stars of the remodeling business! We feel very fortunate to have have worked with GC/CM Nick Lieber to guide us thru our whole home makeover. We started with a bathroom project which included drywall and plastering, tile, paint, lighting and new doorways to accommodate a disabled family member. This was completed with minimal disruption in only 6 days! From there we did a full roof replacement, insulation, full exterior renovation to stucco, wood siding (which was custom milled) and premium paint work. To continue with the exterior we had a new electrical service panel installed and added additional circuits to support a major kitchen remodel. Additionally we had a tankless water heater installed to replace our worn out and inefficient unit. Add to this new high efficiency windows, new ceilings and interior lighting. Had a couple guys knocking in the neighborhood when I ask them for a quote for a small job they sent someone out to quote me but then the lady tried to tell me my roof was old I need work done on other parts of my home. Very shady they told me they give better rates if I get more than one job done. She told me it's a bundle rate discount if I get something else done in the home. Well I only asked for a simple gutters quote told them I was getting quotes from various contractors and she told me that's fine that she would have my quote ready in 3 days it's been 2 weeks and I haven't heard from them. read more

Met with a rep for a quote on a multi-room project i need done ASAP as my roof is leaking and some parts of my exterior wall are compromised. The lady was punctual and a pleasure to speak with. She knew how urgently i needed to start the project and told me she would send me a quote within the next few days. It's been a couple of weeks now. Nothing from her. I did receive a call from what seems like a foreign call center asking me about the quote, which i told them i did not receive, and then the guy asked for my email address, which i told him he should confirm with me since he was the one who called me. This place is OVERPRICED! Like way overpriced. Reached out for someone to replace one flashing and do some stucco work, about 6in by 10 feet of stucco work, and they quoted me 6500 bucks! I nearly crapped myself. So I had a few other people come out and do quotes and boy, am I glad I did. They quoted me anywhere between 1800 to 2500 FOR THE SAME EXACT WORK! Insane! Their "project managers" will definitely try to upsell you by showing you projects they've done and all that. It's them trying to sell you more than you need. First was my project manager Aviv Maizlik who walked the entire property with me, 2 story stucco house, stucco property walls and a large free-standing patio cover. Aviv kept me informed on the painting schedule that I delayed due to all of the rain this winter. I was visited by another manager who did a color match on my home to ensure my color would be correct. And finally, the father/son painting team that painted the house was wonderful. EcoStar did a great job on our window project, from initial bid through completion and final inspection. All of the team were friendly and cooperative. They provided a bid quickly and it was very competitive. They offered a good selection of windows from several vendors and answered all of my questions during the bid process. Our project manager Gal kept us informed of where we were on the installation process all through the job. The windows were for a rental home and Gal considered the impact on the renter and was willing to be flexible with the install date. The work was done efficiently and professionally.
