DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!! They are scammers!! I purchased a unit 3 years ago. 2 months ago my unit bursted. It flooded my ENTIRE garage for 9 hours!!! It left stains all over garage. I called them and they did not care that this happened and told me it was an easy fix to turn it off. When I originally purchased it, no one told me. They just want your money!! Now I have called 4 times and everytime the manager is in a meeting. They took my unit away and have not gotten back to me about what they are going to do. DO NOT BUY THEM FROM COSTCO. I can't believe Costco even sells product like. Horrible customer service. Horrible company and horrible product. I'm so beyond upset and how I was treated on the phone and in person. Even when I called asking for the manager the guy said "for what". And wanted to charge me $150 to pick up the unit. Have never witness such horrible people on this earth like them. Below are 3 photos of the Membrane that my husband just picked up from the dealer in Venice, FL. The membrane cost $179. It looks used. It is filthy. There is no plastic cap on the top where it attaches to my system. This is very disturbing, because I am supposed to use this dirty membrane to create clean drinking water. I called the local dealer, Absolute Water. They told me they get the membranes packed together in a box from EcoWater with no attempt to keep them clean. This is unacceptable. read more

We've had our 375 Hero System for about 2 years and the tremendous improvements it has made to our water quality. Before the team came out to install the system, our faucets were constantly corroded. Now our faucets remain clear of debris and corrosion. Aside from the superior service we have received during and after installation. I have to admit that my favorite piece of this whole system is the reverse osmosis drinking water system. It tastes great and in my opinion is better than bottled water. I didn't even mention the shower. Utilizing the natural soaps has made our skin and hair much more healthy. We absolutely love it!! read more

I would NOT recommend to anyone looking to get a water softener with EcoWater. I found out about EcoWater Systems through Costco and paid $4000 for install it. But the drinking system was leaking after a year, replace part is free but they charge $99 for serve call. and now water softner didnt work not ,I call them for service check they still need charge $99 fee. The sales men told us 10 years warranty but never tell us they need charge $99 service fee everytime after a year. Trust Costco so bought Ecowater because they display in Costco, but very disappointment Ecowater system, cost $4000 but no worth the money. So sad. read more

Ecowater was my first choice in purchasing a water softener. I currently have the ESD 2700 series which i purchased six years ago and is still operating as it was the first day. I use Morton Solar Salt and refill as recommended by Brian (one bag at a time until it settles just below one. I also purchased the reverse osmosis drinking system at the same time and have not had a problem since. I also replace the carbon filters (once a year) and membrane filter (every two years). I would say every time I go in to purchase filters or call to ask a question the staff here is very helpful and sincere with their responses. Purchased a water softener system from them through Costco. After doing the math, it was cheaper in the long run vs. renting a system. Plus, they did all the plumbing work to modify the piping to make the system work. William the salesperson was very nice and not forceful so it was nice I wasn't feeling pressured into buying it. We searched high and low for a good whole home and RO drinking systems. Ecowater has partnered up with Costco. The best water system in the Vegas valley. We've had our systems for about a year and is still going strong. Our food, coffee and tea taste much better than the original hard water Vegas is known for. Took a few days to get back to us ( maybe because it had to go through the Costco Rep) initially but after that the phone calls, installation and follow-up was excellent. Travis is the owner and spent as much time at our home as needed to give us all the info we needed to make a decision about our water softener and reverse osmosis. He checked all our water outlets for degree of softer from our current, very old one. He is a water expert and because of his time & knowledge we chose to go with his company. Installation was done the following week in about 3 hours. (They also deliver salt to you house if needed.) For a couple of weeks after all the work was completed we noticed our automatic ice machine was not producing as before. We called up ( not put on hold - a friendly person also answers) and spoke with BRIE who suggested we change our filter and walked my husband through the process.... but if that doesn't work she also scheduled a work order. Well, it was the perfect solution. Brie is terrific - don't let her go! I would recommend this company. Make sure Travis comes to evaluate your needs. read more

Bought a water softener with a 10 yr warranty. The system started leaking all over the garage after 6 years. The Service person call was $120 and they wanted $200 for parts. What's is the point of claiming a 10 year warranty? read more

I found out about Ecowater in Henderson through Costco and have complete regret ever since. I have never been so dissatisfied with a product or customer service. After three unsuccessful attempts to resolve, I am done with them. Either I was sold a lemon or completely lied to from the outset. In my opinion, I was flat lied to by the sales person. When my husband and I moved to Las Vegas, we were pretty ignorant about water systems. We purchased an expensive non-sodium system which was terrible. Because it was non-sodium, we had many problems such as our dishwasher not doing a good job, spotting on all hand washed dishes, silverware, glasses, etc., calcium scale buildup on our outdoor fountain, shower door and faucets and handles. Pretty good products. I have the Refiner and a Reverse Osmosis System. So far, both have been good. As expected, the filters need to be replaced on a yearly basis for the RO system. I think the pricing is a tad high though. The installation for both was a little less than desirable. Recently had a water heater repair and the guy commented on the Refiner installation and how the connections seemed stressed out, noting how a few more angle adapters could make it better and safer from water leaking. Not too enthused to hear this but it is what it is. It's been a few years since install so I don't want to bother with it now. read more

We have had our Ecowater System since 2015 we have the Water Conditioner and the Reverse Osmosis Drinking Water System. We saw the Sales Advertisement at COSTCO. The representative was not pushy at all explained their system and set us up an appointment for more detailed explanation of their products. I have had several homes in Las Vegas each with a Water Softener system. This company and product tops them all. The staff has been very accessible, you can visit their offices or call or text or email they are there for you. The product is great has done all it is supposed to do without any problems. They have several options so you can get what suits your needs and pockets. The work you do is add salt when needed and change three thermos type twist on canisters and how often depends on your water usage. Bottom line the product is a great one and if you are in the market to purchase I highly recommend you see what EcoWater Systems has to offer. I know we are glad we did 5 years later. read more

Do not buy a water softener or reverse osmosis system from this company. The only reason that we bought our system from Ecowater is because we saw it at Costco. Once the water softener was installed, we noticed a significant decrease in water pressure. The technician came out to check the system, took it back to their office and brought it back a few days later. After all that, we still had the same issue with the water pressure. A few years later, the water softener broke and resin from the machine went into all our pipes. Every water line throughout the house needed to be flushed at a cost of $500. Our plumber said that the Ecowater system was a POS. We still have the reverse osmosis system but refuse to pay the $519 that was quoted for changing the filters. You can only get the filters from them and they are a rip off. My whole new reverse osmosis system from another manufacturer will cost less than the price that Ecowater charges for a filter change. I find it hard to believe that Costco still does business with this horrible company. read more

The company was initially very courteous and friendly at the sales pitch. After they were paid, however, the service was horrible. I had 2 problems and was treated rudely each time. The first time was immediately after installation and I couldn't believe how rude they were. The second issue I had to call for repair twice, and after the second time leaving a message I was told I must have called the wrong number and how do I know its not working. He then proceeded to lecture me on salt bridges which was not the problem. I was then told I'd have to wait on a call back for repair. Wow. I trusted the service since it was at Costco but it definitely is not worth the price paid. read more

We purchased our water softener and RO system from EcoWater Systems through Costco in 2016. We have been extremely happy with our units. Brian explained everything to us when we purchased it. The installation was professional. I had a bag of salt on hand that I had used with my old unit and I was told that they don't recommend the brand of salt I was using as it was typically dirty. Sure enough, when I opened the bag and compared it to the salt they brought, I couldn't believe how dirty the salt was that I had been using! Our units are easy to use and understand as there's a remote that tells us everything from when we need to add salt to when we need to change my RO filters. Our remote was just flashing a warning stating that we needed to change our RO filters, so I made a trip down to Ecowater Systems this morning to purchase new filters. Brian reminded me that it was also time to replace the membrane which I would not have remembered. I didn't have to look up what I needed to purchase because they have all of my information in their computers. Amazing customer service!! They are friendly, helpful, and they will answer any and all questions. I highly recommend EcoWater Systems! read more

I purchased both the ERR 3500 Water Refining System and the ERO 175 Reverse Osmosis Drinking Water System from Ecowater Systems. Both of these systems have been working great for five years now. The ERR 3500 is both a water softener and a water filtering system. The quality of the water throughout my house is excellent. The ERO 175 Reverse Osmosis Drinking Water System provides great tasting drinking water and the replacement filters simply screw on and off without even shutting off the water supply. Both systems were installed two days after I placed my order and total installation time was a couple of hours. The Ecowater systems also cost less than other systems I had been considering at the time. I think anyone choosing Ecowater Systems will be very happy. read more
