I don't think I have ever requested a refund from a nail salon ever in my life. I went on 04/03 the day before I got married to have my nails done for my wedding. When I got there the salon was dirty at the nail stations like they had not been wiped down in days. I told myself to trust the process that it would be okay. Well I should have listened to my gut. As of 04/09/2026 two nails have peeled up. I spoke to the manager or owner and he refused to do a refund for the service. They offered a credit, but as a salon, if someone doesn't like the product it would be safe to assume they would not be coming back right? I won't be returning but keep in mind I paid 101 and some change. I didn't want the tip- I didn't care about the tip just the 85$ I spent on the actual nails themselves. Do your research before you go, learn from my mistake

I had a great experience here at Arden Nails. I drove about 25 mins from riverside to get my full set and pedicure and it was top notch! Nina did my full set, she was fast and professional. Bee did my pedicure and he was so attentive to details. I really enjoyed my self care day! I will be back and become a regular for sure!

NAIL SHOPS NEED TO START BEING HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR THEIR DISHONEST AND UNREASONABLE PRICING ! I have come to the conclusion that nail shops will make up nonsense charges because they know you have to pay for the service since the nails are already done and this shop has done it. Please take a look at my nails in the photo attached. They charge $50 for a short full set and an extra $10 for French tip and an extra $15 for "deep French tip".. look at the photo.. my nails are as short as can be damn near.. but yet they consider this "deep French tip".. yea okay. So what is not deep French tip to them? " just a line on the tip of the nail" .. nonsense. So with that being said, I paid $65 for a full set, XS acrylic french tip. Next, I came in for a fill & got the same length and french tip again (same as my first appt but now just a fill) , since they had grown I wanted them back done to xs length.. Why was I charged $65 for my fill when that's why I paid for full set? They said that's weird & as I continued to question it, they made up "cut down $5 extra" SINCE WHEN. They refused to do anything about knowing it was wrong. Moral of the story is that a lot of nail shops are being so unreasonable nowadays including this one. It's not right. It doesn't make sense. Lastly, it's not ethical. Fills used to be cheaper than full sets but not anymore because they make things up off of the top of their head & say there's nothing they can do about it. I'm so unhappy and will not be back.

Ed personally did the best manicure I have had and so quickly with so much precision, professionalism, and kindness! The vibe is super light spirited, and Sherry did the best pedicure I've had in years. Everything was very clean and quick and the set came out gorgeous. My fav spring nails so far ! Period

Ed is really good. I've been looking for a good nail tech for a while now. He gives this nice instagram quality nails. My nails are so pretty! He was fast too and did not overly drill. I will be back. Pedicure was okay, but I'd still do it again.

I had an appointment for the original location on Archibald. (I had never been before). They messaged me to ask if I could go to the #2 location on Foothill instead, so I agreed because I'm easy-going. This location seemed less desirable and kind of chaotic. There were things and boxes and messes everywhere. Very disorganized. The experience wasn't what I was wanting, I was hoping to relax and enjoy myself but it wasn't that sort of environment. The nail techs were nice and did a great job. Things didn't seem as clearly as I would have thought they should be but I don't know the guidelines, it just didn't seem that clean to me. My nails came out nice and the nail techs did a good job. *also, there is a $2 charge for paying with a card.

I found Ed on instagram @ednails288 and messaged him pretty late at night. He was able to take me the very next day and quoted me a reasonable price for the nails I wanted. The shop itself was very nice and clean and the employees were kind. Ed completed my nails in about an hour and a half, the whole design was hand painted and done beautifully. He took his time and paid attention to every detail. My total was less than what he quoted me and it was worth every penny. These are the best nails I have ever received. I have paid way more for nails I didn't even like very much, but these nails are perfect in every way and I am extremely satisfied. I absolutely recommend going to see Ed, and I will definitely be back. read more

What can I say, I've been following Ed for a long time now. He does really great work and will be my nail guy for life. I don't think I've ever not had a good experience with him. He's very detailed and will make sure you're satisfied no matter what. He's the best. If you're looking for a consistently amazing nail guy then Ed is that person. My friend went with me to my appointment and she ended up with Ed's brother and he's amazing as well! Her nails came out so pretty! I'm sure it's in the photo album somewhere since she leaves review for everything. This nail salon is located close to the original store but the aesthetics of this place is better than the first one in my opinion. I've been getting my nails done by Kai for some time now and always leave satisfied with my nails. I'm always getting compliments on them and get asked where I go. Though they accept walk-ins, I recommend making an appointment as they can get pretty busy! All the ladies there do a great job on my pedis! read more

Walked in for gel manicure and pedicure; the pedicure was well done by a young lady but I noticed she rinsed her tool in the tub my feet were in and put them back to reuse ... that is definitely a big NO for me. The gentleman that did my manicure did not do my cuticles properly. I will not be returning. I'm amazed the have two locations. read more

Ed is literally the most amazing nail tech ever. I have been going to him for the past year now and now anytime I go to a different nail tech I know that their nails cannot ever compete with the way Ed does his nails. His attention to detail is absolutely amazing and is very communicative. He is very open to trying basically any design I've shown him and makes all my nail dreams come true!! He's very creative and always puts his own little twist on nail inspiration that I show him. First time going there because I seen reviews and pictures. I got a pedicure and a fill. The pedicure was nice but she seemed like she did not want to scrub my callous. Which I paid extra for. But she did a great job with the painting. A really great job. I was charged 66 dollars for a fill. It was rushed and the paint job was terrible. And it's lumpy. Called at 10:43AM to make an appointment for 2 pedicures for my sister and I, we showed up around 11:05AM there was only one person getting there nails done and they sat my sister and I same time mind you we have our 1 year olds with us. They immediately started doing my sisters toes first and they didn't start mine until 11:40 ish everyone who came in after me finished faster than mine. I just got done and it's now 1:05. My sister got done an hour before. Why call for an appointment if they aren't going to start when you get there. I was there for 2 hours. Only come if you have patience... they will not prioritize you if you made appointment nor if you're supposed to get another service and are already in the middle of one because they'll keep sitting people so you'll have to wait after you finish your first service to even start your next.... Even though you already waited before they need to get better with their time management, and making people who came after wait. Sad because they do good work just trying to cram too many people in their day with no consideration of their customers time. read more

I don't usually do these reviews but today it was a must. The service was excellent and not pushy like other business. I did the gel pedicure with the deluxe package for my swollen pregnant feet and aching legs. The young lady who did my feet today was absolutely amazing and I appreciated every moment of her time! I will definitely be back. The ambiance is fresh and so relaxing I did almost fall asleep in the chair while receiving a back massage. Thank you again! read more

I arrived to the location promptly, waited an additional 10 min for them to be ready.. walked inside, stood in front of the door, no answer, sent me to another part of the building. No answer. The woman who books the spots calls me and tells me I was booked at another location. Not sure how that happened since clearly in the text messages I asked and was confirmed for the location I was at. No apology for the mishap on their part nada. What a waste of time
