I had a great experience here at Arden Nails. I drove about 25 mins from riverside to get my full set and pedicure and it was top notch! Nina did my full set, she was fast and professional. Bee did my pedicure and he was so attentive to details. I really enjoyed my self care day! I will be back and become a regular for sure!

NAIL SHOPS NEED TO START BEING HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR THEIR DISHONEST AND UNREASONABLE PRICING ! I have come to the conclusion that nail shops will make up nonsense charges because they know you have to pay for the service since the nails are already done and this shop has done it. Please take a look at my nails in the photo attached. They charge $50 for a short full set and an extra $10 for French tip and an extra $15 for "deep French tip".. look at the photo.. my nails are as short as can be damn near.. but yet they consider this "deep French tip".. yea okay. So what is not deep French tip to them? " just a line on the tip of the nail" .. nonsense. So with that being said, I paid $65 for a full set, XS acrylic french tip. Next, I came in for a fill & got the same length and french tip again (same as my first appt but now just a fill) , since they had grown I wanted them back done to xs length.. Why was I charged $65 for my fill when that's why I paid for full set? They said that's weird & as I continued to question it, they made up "cut down $5 extra" SINCE WHEN. They refused to do anything about knowing it was wrong. Moral of the story is that a lot of nail shops are being so unreasonable nowadays including this one. It's not right. It doesn't make sense. Lastly, it's not ethical. Fills used to be cheaper than full sets but not anymore because they make things up off of the top of their head & say there's nothing they can do about it. I'm so unhappy and will not be back.

Ed personally did the best manicure I have had and so quickly with so much precision, professionalism, and kindness! The vibe is super light spirited, and Sherry did the best pedicure I've had in years. Everything was very clean and quick and the set came out gorgeous. My fav spring nails so far ! Period

Ed is really good. I've been looking for a good nail tech for a while now. He gives this nice instagram quality nails. My nails are so pretty! He was fast too and did not overly drill. I will be back. Pedicure was okay, but I'd still do it again.

I had an appointment for the original location on Archibald. (I had never been before). They messaged me to ask if I could go to the #2 location on Foothill instead, so I agreed because I'm easy-going. This location seemed less desirable and kind of chaotic. There were things and boxes and messes everywhere. Very disorganized. The experience wasn't what I was wanting, I was hoping to relax and enjoy myself but it wasn't that sort of environment. The nail techs were nice and did a great job. Things didn't seem as clearly as I would have thought they should be but I don't know the guidelines, it just didn't seem that clean to me. My nails came out nice and the nail techs did a good job. *also, there is a $2 charge for paying with a card.

I really like this place and Tammy does a great job however, I am NEVER going back. Lady night I paid $73 for a fill and French tips!!!! Highway robbery! There is no way a fill should cost this much. I asked and the guy in the front said it was because of the French tips. So you're telling me that the full is how much $50 and the tips are $22!! No way. I am not cheap and I left a $10 tip but that is ridiculous. Also, they do not show you a price sheet as most salons do and what they charge does not match the prices online. I love my nails but I'm not making a credit card payment for a fill! read more

Good deal for mani, pedi and eyelashes. They were pleasant and not too many people during the week. They also don't talk too much, so I liked that they weren't overwhelming with their questions. I loved my toes, I got the classic gel pedi french manicure and couldn't go wrong with it. They do accept debit, credit, and I overheard someone paying with zelle also. I will be coming back. I like that they take their time as well. read more

Zero stars if possible. My husband asked my sister to make an appointment as an anniversary gift before we headed out of town for a weekend trip. She set up a 10am appointment. We got there right on time, and waited 45mins to be seated. Once seated I was told they don't do dip powder and recommend to go the route of acrylic as it was "healthier." I'm no specialist but I knew this statement was false, but I digress. I waited forty five minutes past my appointment time for you to tell me you don't do dip powder after we checked in and told the person working we were there for an appointment to get dip powder ... We wasted our time waiting so I just agreed to do the acrylics. I asked for short French ombré nail with glitter on some nails. The person doing my nails started mixing glitters together putting them on my nails not asking if I like the way they looked until the end. I spoke up and told her I didn't like the way it looked. She then used a different glitter, again doing my whole hand before asking if I like them. Well I didn't. So I then said "can we please just do the French ombré, no glitter." So that I can just be on my way since by this time it had been TWO HOURS and NO PROGRESS. She started drilling it off VERY ROUGHLY to the point my nail was burning. I pulled my hand away and said "you're burning me. Please just soak it off" then they hand me off to another technician. I asked my husband to pick me up & cried on the way home because I've never experienced or expected that kind of service from a highly suggested & rated place. read more

I have come here several times and am never disappointed! But I must say, Daisy blew me away with her services this time around! I showed her a complex acrylic and gel design and she told me she couldn't do it. I showed her a 60 sec video on the technique and she said that she'd try it for me not only did she try it but she did a SPECTACULAR job! This place is my go to nail store. I have been to Ardent Nail store several times already. The store is very clean, organized, and the chemical smell in store isn't as intensive like other store which means ventilation in store is pretty good. Most of the nail tech at the store is all skill full, they never disappoint me with the free style nail design which i ask to go with color coding for change of season or outfit i am planing to wear for the specific event. My nail last pretty long about one month and i get compliments at work place minimum three times daily which show professionalism of nail tech skills. I like the idea that the store is open on Sunday and takes walk in which gives chances for the people who wants to get their nail one asap for urgent event or off on Sunday. read more

Came to get a manicure today and service was not really the best. The nail tech ended up making my finger bleed and overall didn't give me the best service. My friend who also went got the same thing as me and they told me they received more service than me. For $21 I think I wasted my money. My nails weren't also the best. I still had a lot of leftover nails that weren't properly filed and one of my nails weren't painted properly even after the nail tech double checked. Overall, I think I will request another nail tech from this salon. The person who did my nails was a guy. The vibe of the salon was nice though. I think I will get acrylics next time. The manicure is not worth $21. read more

I usually get the Glamour Pedicure and also get my nails done, and they always do such a good job. The technicians are super nice and really take their time instead of rushing. The salon is very clean and relaxing too. They always make sure I like everything before I leave, which I really appreciate. You can tell they care about their customers and want you to leave happy. I asked her if she could do a polish change, she replied "no I don't do that... polish changes are not worth my time and not worth my money so I'm not gonna do it" this person could've at least said no I'm sorry unfortunately that is not something that I do but she just straight up said no and not in a nice way. If a person is contacting you for help, you should be professional all times.
