I few months back I bought a Kia! Hugo was our sales man and David was the guys who haves us the final walk through! David R. Was great! He showed us the cool tricks and features that our Sorento had! He was super considerate of our time which was the best part! A few days later I had a question about the car (I didn't know where the child lock was) and he happily answered and explained! Thanks for all the info David Roberts!

Check out all shady "mandatory" fees they added to online advertised price!!!

***WARNING*** Ed Napleton Acura in Elmhurst, IL openly engages in "bait and switch" sales tactics. I visited the Ed Napleton Acura dealership on Saturday, 1/25/20 at 6pm CST. I test drove two different 2018 Hyundai Tucsons. Both advertised on www.napletonacura.com and www.cargurus.com for roughly same price of $13,957.00 Once test drive was complete we went inside for negotiations on price I saw advertised online. I was given a piece a paper with numbers written on there and was advised that the "out the door" price was $19,994.51. I was shocked to see price jump so high for out the door price. I was advised by my sales guy that online price does not include "mandatory" add on fees. I asked if he could explain these "mandatory" add on fees. He stated the $1,395 is the Napleton Experience for unlimited car washes and oil changes, $972 processing fee (which he couldn't confirm if this included tax, title, & registration), $1,625 because car was examined by THEIR certified mechanic. MANAGEMENT AND SALESPEOPLE HERE ARE CROOKS!!! DON'T BELIEVE THEN KEEPING READING MORE REVIEWS HERE AND OTHER WEBSITES TO YOU'LL SEE SAME PATTERN I EXPERIENCED.

I did call to speak to a manager at the Kia dealership, nice enough guy, apologized for the treatment.

From the first text, Mario was responsive and professional. Speaking directly with the owner and mechanic Mario on the phone, he was incredibly helpful and was able to diagnose multiple root causes of my Acura TL based on my feedback alone. What really impressed me was the pricing. Mario quoted me almost 50% below what I was quoted at two separate dealerships and a local service station. When scheduling came up, he fit me in that same week. On service day, he texted when he was on his way and arrived exactly on time. Beyond the actual work, which he executed with all the proper tools, Mario walked me through everything that was done, provided an itemized receipt with warranty information, and asked me to follow up with him. This transparency and attention to detail made me feel confident in the service, unlike the disconnect you sometimes feel after visiting a dealership. I highly recommend Mario, not only for the convenience of mobile service, but for his professionalism, expertise, and genuine care for customer satisfaction. Five stars. On a side note, I really think this might be the business model of the future for auto maintinence and repair. I have my groceries, packages, uber's, etc come to my house. Why not have my mechanic services as well. Someone will make a billion dollars from this amazing business model with the right App and Marketing team.

I know what you're thinking. A gas station review? Is she nuts?…read more Normally, I don't care. A gas station is a gas station and price is the main thing to worry about. But I stop at this one a lot, since it's close to home. It's usually cheaper than the Mobil across the street, and easier to get in and out of. AND, they have free air, which is practically unheard of in this day and age. I love the free air, they've saved me, well...dollars, at least, keeping my tires properly inflated. Probably more if you consider the gas mileage savings :) While the convenience store is really quite tiny, with not much more than cigarettes, candy bars and soda for sale, they do have a full-service repair shop attached as well. Which is good to know in case of emergency. And here's the real reason I wrote this review: This morning, I stopped before work, in the copious amounts of snow, to put some air in my tires. I set the little valve stem cap on the trunk, foolishly ignoring the fact that it was rather windy. And when I was done, I realized my little cap had disappeared. No sign of it around the car. I sighed. I considered stopping at the Napa down the street. Then I thought I would at least pop into the store just in case they had some for sale. I asked the guy (who'd been helping to shovel) if they sold any. He asked me what color it was, disappeared into the auto shop for a second, and came back with one in hand, no charge, no hassle. I know it's just a little valve stem cap that probably only cost 2c, but it struck me as a kind gesture and the kind of service that keeps people faithful to a station or shop.
