It's not the best looking place or the trendiest, and you have to wait a long time for your food, but man oh man the pizza is soo tasty! The subs are great too, they load them up with meat and toppings they are a bit messy but that's the way I LOVE mine! The crust on the pizza is just right not too thick and not too thin, it's kind of buttery and the sauce is on point. They put all of the pizza toppings under the cheese so it looks like there are none, but trust, they are there. I plan on going back real soon. The workers there are pretty nice. Food is still good, though. ___ Seems to be the best delivery pizza in the area. Pepperoni pizza was great, with lots of good quality pepperoni. Good cheese, good sauce, good dough. First time customer at Eddie's Pizza, and to be honest, I will go back again, bought the 12" turkey club, and I didn't know what to expect and I am 100% not disappointed in what I paid for, this sub is packed with turkey and delicious crispy bacon, got coleslaw on the side and the coleslaw is great also. THE WORST WINGS ON THE EAST COAST. We tried Eddie's based on some good reviews of the pizza, and we were hoping the wings would be at least reasonably edible. The pizza was fine, if a bit under-cooked, but at least the guys in the store were very friendly. That's where the "good" stops. These wings were so horrible that I will certainly never eat anything from Eddie's again, and will probably actively encourage others to stay away as well. They weren't listed on the menu as being breaded (as wings shouldn't have to be), but they showed up covered in a mushy coating of wet oatmeal style goop. The meat wasn't cooked enough (not unsafe, just underdone) and the sauce was an abomination - It was basically like eating a bright red vinegar based paint stripper. I was a little turned off by this place because it smelled when I walked in. I am from Canada and I guess we have higher standards. The pizza was really good but greasy and french fries were excellent I would have given 4 stars and even may have eaten inside if it weren't for the smell. This is going to be a long rant because I'm not sure how there's so many good reviews. We walked in, and it was a little hole in the wall, which I was totally fine about. Usually those are some of the best places! Not in this case though! I went up to order a drink. I asked for a fountain drink because I figured it was refillable. He (I'm guessing the owner) seemed very confused when I asked him, but he told me he'd go get me a cup. While he was getting me a cup, I took a look at the fountain sodas and it was located crotch height. It looked like it had not been touched in a while. When he came with my cup, I told him I'd just take a soda from the fridge instead. So, I did. We ordered mozzarella sticks, wings, and a pizza with pepperoni and bacon. The mozzarella sticks came out first. They were decent. Not bad, but not great. Then, we got our wings. I don't do spicy. I got mild and I felt they were too hot. The taste was a bit off. Maybe too much vinegar. They were so small and very soggy. Then, our pizza came out. Listen, I'm born and raised in Jersey. I've ate at many pizza spots in NJ and NY. Pizza is my favorite and I feel like I'm a good judge of pizza. Well, this pizza was disgusting. I took one bite and spit it out. First off, I have never seen anyone put pepperoni UNDER the cheese! EVER! It was like the pepperoni was barely cooked. Second, there was barely any bacon on it. Because they put the pepperoni UNDER the cheese, the meat and cheese just slid off. My husband tried to eat his piece, but he had to gather the cheese up that fell off and eat it like it was a burrito. I was so agitated to say the least. So, I finally went up to tell the owner that we did not like the pizza and I wanted a refund. The owner had such an attitude. He acted like a child, who just got their feelings hurt. I was polite with him the entire time. When I told him I didn't like it and that I wanted a refund, his reply was, "I suppose not everyone will like it." Then, we went back and forth a bit. He started my refund, and asked me what he could do to make it better. And I was like, okay, cool.. He grew up. Nope. I told him that for starters, I've never seen pepperoni under the cheese.. that it doesn't allow the cheese to adhere to the dough, therefore making the cheese roll off. Nor does it give the pepperoni the crunchy aspect. He came back saying that, if you let the pizza sit for a little, then it'll stick. When he said that, I knew we just needed to leave. I have never.... EVER had to have my pizza sit, to allow the cheese to stay on. So, let my pizza get cold because you don't know how to cook? Nah. He did refund me the money. All $15.90 Of it!! I couldn't believe that's what it cost for that junk! To add more to this lovely experience, while we were sitting there, they came out with another set of wings. The guy who gave it to us looked clueless when we told him we already got our wings. Another employee just told him to give them to us. The same employee who told him to give us the wings came to our table telling us that the owner doesn't split the tips with them. So, either he lied to get his own money, or the owner really is horrible. Either way, it's bad. So, with all that said, we'll NEVER go back there again. I love giving my business to local small businesses. I'm big on giving the small family owned businesses, my service because locals are how they thrive. But DEFINITELY not Eddie's. read more

For a person who doesn't like pizza all that much - I was helping a friend move into his new home in Clinton MD and used Yelp to find a quick bite to eat. Eddie's Pizza had 5-Reviews and I decided to go with them. I was impressed not only did they have pizza but a wonderful selection of salads. i was in the Clinton area with friends and decided to order from Eddie's based on the fabulous Yelp reviews. And I really wanted this to be a good place. So we ordered a large supreme pizza. Pluses: It was delivered within the 30 minute quoted time. Minuses: The crust was soggy. The mushrooms were straight out of a can. The cheese near the soggy crust wasn't completely melted, but the remaining toppings were hot. It was like they fired the pizza with the toppings, threw on the cheese and refired it. This time I've called in an order for delivery and gave the guy my address and he said he didn't know if he could deliver to my address due to distance. Absolutely the best calzones in town. The owner and workers obviously love what they do and take a high level of pride in the amazing quality of their food. That being said they get a three star because they are horribly located, and the building it tiny and cramped inside. The decor gives off and odd vibe. All were good, but the pepperoni was outstanding; best I've had in a long time. They don't overcook the pizza so the crust is on the soft side of done; the opposite of some new pizza chains that cook them so fast and hot the crust seems more like a cracker.
