I'll give this location (Clinton) 5 stars when the cashiers, managers, owners ... whomever is on duty, actually smiles, talks, or remotely acts like they enjoy all the money they're making. the dine in service here is bad. there is a good amount of dining seating here but it is not maintained, there area missing condiments on every table and the tables were messy. if you want to dine in, you'd have to order at the cashier, pick up your order at the cashier area and go up to the cashier area if you need anything. but they have a tip option when you order, when they don't do anything for a tip. they will not provide any service to your table or check on you. usually at restaurants, you would get your drink first as you're waiting for your food but that didn't happen here. make sure to check your order because they forgot parts of our order. the employees seem pretty lazy. the pizza is pretty good tho. read more

Food is always hot! My daughters love ledos because the crust is thin and they get more toppings than bread. I enjoy the salads and the lasagna is good as well. Service is quick and the guys at this location are friendly. Good for a quick lunch or party with family and friends read more

Went to this Ledos location for lunch with my girl cause we found out about $6 calzones on Tuesdays. First, there were no posters of any of the promotions other locations have at the front. When we mentioned the promotion to the cashier he seemed like he didn't want to give us the discount. Ordered a veggie calzone with no cheese, there was cheese on top. I asked for Ranch and Mikes Hot honey, im cool with the ranch being $1 but selling a side of Mikes Hot Honey for double the price and half of the portion of the ranch is crazy. Besides the fact that is was JUST HONEY (it wasn't even spicy) They didn't have any servers for the dining area. They didn't have any salt in the salt shakers at any of the dining tables, and even more wild... they didn't even have ONE trash can! You had to throw your trash away outside! I called to make a reservation and was told they do not do reservations. she also said they had a "call ahead" and they have 25 people coming and they have tables reserved for them and that we should go somewhere else for dinner and to not even come by. my call was at 2:48pm 12/23/2024 she was very rude and I would suggest nobody go there since the do not know what customer service is via phone call, I'd hate to experience it in person! read more

Went into Ledo's today to order some food and was treated like I wasn't even in the store. I waited for the two customers before me to be served, afterwards the cashier walks away from the register, comes back and assists the man behind me. I looked around the store and asked asked, "Do you not see me standing right here? What is going on? I'm confused? Maybe it's me am I not right here. The guy that he assisted that was behind me apologized to me as he paid for his order. Then the cashier is saying to me "come on come on come on what do want" uuuummm never mind and I left. We had a big party at our house and decided we would order pizza from Ledo. This restaurant is very clean, I love the staff and the pizza was delicious, and fresh. Next time I want to try the pasta and the wings. I've heard great things about the pasta and wings. Definitely going here again for a big party or even lunch. read more

Pizza was cold when I got home after having to wait for them to sauté the onions to just dump on top. Asked for sauce on the side with my wings and to have them cooked well done they told me I can't get both don't know how those two conflict each other (and I've gotten it done several times before). Customer service has been terrible the past 4-5 times I've gone. Overall would recommend using a different location. read more

Now, Ledo's is one of my favorite places to get pizza in the area. However, the Ledo's in Clinton has been a consistent let down; I will not be going there anymore. They are usually have slow service, regardless if it's dine-in or carry out order. I can deal with a wait if the food is worth it but this particular Ledo's food is never worth the wait. I ordered a small veggie pizza, well done and a Sierra Mist and my friend ordered a Greek salad with bacon and iced tea. The Sierra Mist was flat and tasted like syrup with ice and they did not have any iced tea. I was told that the soda machine was down so I had to settle for a bottled soda. Strike One. Then, while waiting on our food, we noticed that a couple that came in at least 10 minutes after us had already received their food. Strike two. Next, my pizza finally came out. It was not well done like I had requested and was rather soggy. My fiends salad did not come out until about 15 minutes after I got my pizza. Strike three. Never again. read more

I love this Ledos....like seriously, with all of my heart and soul I do :D They have never let me down!! Not many Ledos locations are consistent in taste and customer service, as I've stated in previous reviews, but this location takes the cake! The employees are always friendly, sweet, and attentive. The girl at the counter on the weekends is very nice and no matter how busy it gets, she always makes sure to get to everyone in a timely manner. I have never dined in but I feel the experience would still be the same. The pizza is always cooked to perfection, cheese melted perfectly, evenly topped, CORRECTLY topped, and the taste is always the same .... AMAZEBALLS! Believe it or not, this pizza place has been a staple in Clinton for at least twenty years. I grew up on Ledo's and the quality of the food hasn't changed at this location at all over the years. The crust is characterized by the buttery, flaky texture and signature rectangular shape. I've always loved thin crust pizza and frequent family trips to Ledo's is most like why. (All the locals know this was the place to have your birthday party, girl scout troop meeting or celebrate a good report card in the 90's!) Now that I am older I rarely come here for a sit down meal, but I occasionally will place a take out order. My drive from the office to Ledo Pizza in Clinton is about 20 minutes, so I usually place my order right before I leave. My meal is usually ready by the time I arrive. My favorites are the Pepperoni pizza - which has thick slices of deliciously spicy pepperoni, the fried ravioli, the stromboli and the hot grilled chicken salad. You can't go wrong ordering a salad and pizza from here. The staff are mostly friendly, but around the dinner time rush you can end up with misplaced order or kitchen slip up. I only took issue once when I received a pizza not to my liking. They were very helpful in correcting the problem. I encourage you to try Ledo Pizza if you've never been, I guarantee you will enjoy it and go back for more! read more

This is my favorite go to spot for pizza. I love the square slices and how much farther the pizza goes than a normal circle pizza. I normally just get a sausage pizza and the sausage is somewhat spicy. The customer service could use a little work as the staff isn't always friendly. read more

I use to go to Ledos weekly so I've had good and bad experiences from various locations. Locations I occasionally would frequent were Capital Heights, Clinton and Waldorf. Special instructions are often ignored and over looked. I like my pizza well done and with extra sauce. Depending on who makes it, you wont get it how you specified.The main reason for the low rating is this is the one of few places I go to for boneless buffalo wings. I have had all three locations serve old wings from the previous night at various locations. At each time I stop going to that particular location for that reason. My most recent experience was at the Ledos in Clinton which was my go to until I experienced the same issue. Its disturbing and offensive that a company will reheat food from the previous day to save money at the risk of customers' health. The color of the wings look darker in some areas with orange buffalo sauce being thrown on top to disguise the color difference not to mention they taste old and nasty. Its obvious they are being reheated just by looking at them. If I go to a restaurant and pay over 60 dollars for food I intend for it to be hot and fresh and not old and reheated from the previous evening/night. Saturdays is the day but not limited to this happening the most. Im assuming they cook lots of food for the Friday crowd and what does not get eaten they store reheat and sell to customers the next day which is highly disgusting and could possibly put you at risk for food poisoning. My family and I love Ledos. It's actually the only type of pizza my son will eat cause it's made with provolone cheese (which is the only cheese he eats). This location is one of our favorites and not just because it is up the street from our house. The staff is always courteous and polite. Our order is always ready in the time frame they provide and by now they get it right. We do have to tell them not to burn our calzones because during busy times they will sometimes leave it in longer than our liking. Even when/if there is a mistake they are quick to remake/correct without question. Even when we've stayed and eaten inside the restaurant we've received great service. I have no complaints about this location so 5 stars they receive! read more

Pizza crust is too thin and bland. I do NOT like the small squares, I could only see them being useful for a child's pizza party. The pepperoni is too thick and harsh tasting. Pizza doesn't take any longer than 10 minutes in the oven, my pizza took 35 minutes (I was a walk-in). Will not be dining here again. read more

We were recommended to eat here for dinner on our first night in town. Have to say it was good food and the value was right. The best part I would have to say was the service. Our waitress was on it and helpful! My ten year old daughter even remarked that she needed a raise! We ordered the meat lovers pizza and the hot chicken salad. We also ordered the breadsticks, but they honestly were on the drier side and I prefer my breadsticks not crunchy but more like Fazoli's. All in all good food and we will probably return when we come back to town again. read more

I clicked to edit the order and added my special instructions. that being, no onions since I am allergic. got all the way back here since they don't deliver here and I cut it open and bit into it... only to have a bunch of onions. I had Ledos yesterday for my dad and I, so my dad noticed there wasn't enough sauce on the pizza and so did I because it tasted dry to us. It's disappointing because when you order a pizza, you need to have enough sauce so it won't be so dry and they need to stop being so cheap with it because you guys will lose customers when you don't have enough sauce that will cause a choking hazard to someone. After giving me an incomplete order, I asked for a bag as I had another 2 bags in my hand and could not make it to the car with the boxes, they told me they do not have bags. I phoned in a large sausage and pepperoni. Nothing difficult. When I arrived - there was maybe 10 pieces of sausage. I asked for more and got crap from the manager. I stood there and waited for them to put more on (which they did begrudgingly). As I am standing there - I look back in the kitchen - dude isn't wearing any gloves and his hand is just churning in the sausage meat container.
