Eddie's is my new go-to place for delicious and filling comfort food. Their menu has an extensive selection of amazing options, but their burgers are hands down out of this world. My favorite is the "Bad Ass" burger, who doesn't love something stuffed with cheese and covered in bacon? They have a great selection of beers, and their desserts are a great way to top off your meal. Aside from their food, the place can get pretty packed but it is well worth the wait. This place was great! Went here with a colleague after work. An excellent selection of quality beers on tap. The owner was warm an knowledgeable about beer. They had Dogfish Head's 90 minute IPA on tap which was my favorite beer of the night. We had a couple of appetizers which were big enough to be a meal. I had the Sesame noodles with shrimp which were very tasty and colleague had the calamari which was great as well. Spent a good deal of the evening speaking with the Eddie who was very friendly and welcoming. They served flights, so I could taste all of the beers they had on tap which I really enjoy. Great music by the way (Pearl Jam, Mumford, all low key rock) loud enough to enjoy, but not loud enough to prevent good conversation. We had an outstanding evening. read more

Eddie's Roadhouse was a fun place to grab dinner on Main Street in Warwick, NY. It's a relatively busy restaurant where approximately 50% of the diners sit at tables and 50% of the diners sit at the bar. Dining at the bar was still enjoyable as there was plenty of space. Too loud and food order didn't get placed. Sat at bar with two friends during weekend lunch rush. Placed order for appetizer and entrees. Waited 45 minutes without so much as the waitstaff checking on us. Asked them to check on the food order, saw them go into the kitchen, say something to the cooks, then whisper something to the bartender that took our order initially. Obviously order didn't get placed, but they weren't honest enough to tell the truth, nor sincerely apologize. Not coming back for lukewarm food and poor service. read more

Omg I'm glad I don't live closer to this place cuz I'd eat every meal there. It was sooo delicious and the people were super friendly. We got there and instead of waiting for a cranky prepubescent hostess to notice us like at most restaurants... I had three super smiley people come up to me and ask if I was joining them for dinner. They had a wait cuz there are only 15-20 tables in the whole place. The guy took my name and number so I could walk around the cute little town instead of awkwardly waiting. The wait was short maybe less than ten minutes. Then he introduced himself to me as Eddie... He was the owner! He shook hands with and talked to every person in the place. He's the kind of owner that you want to root for. The bartender, the busboy, the waitresses they all asked how our food and experience was. Now the food... I didn't get photos cuz I ate it too quickly. My hubbie got a pesto pasta special with chicken and sausage and I kept eating off his plate. I got the risotto special which had pickled red onion and goat cheese on top and was delightful and spicy and yummy! The beer was also delicious. My hubbie had the pumpkin imperial stout and even tho it's August was a nice taste of fall. I'd go back in a second and we will make it part of our drive in date nights regularly. :) read more

Gastropub with serious burgers and fries.. The beer menu is expansive and littered with local brews. Seasonal ciders were made 15 minutes away. The burgers are enormous and served on fluffy brioche buns. Fries include short rib and truffle varieties. The one person I could assume as the owner was the nicest and most accommodating host. Girlfriend and I visited here on a Wednesday during our fall tour of New England. We are beer lovers with somewhat high expectations. This place had a great craft selection with local breweries, seasonals, and even a Stone IIPA from back home all the way in California. Food was also great, I had the meatloaf sandwich and she the Jersey Burger. Both were delicious, with the meatloaf being the clear winner. Staff was friendly, didn't notice any delay in our food but it wasn't packed that night. Note that the place is very small, only a bar and around 6 tables. read more

Came in here today after a random car ride! Saw the great reviews so I decided to try it out. I ordered the Caprese burger...turkey burger w/mozzarella, tomatoes and basil infuses aioli. I wish we would've snapped some pics here, but we were pretty darn hungry and did not want to wait. We both order burgers... I had the Bad Ass Burger. Stuffed with bleu cheese, topped with bacon & bbq sauce. Yummy! Burger was cooked at a perfect medium rare. The bun was excellent too. Awesome selection of beers. I had the Green Flash Double stout and really liked it. Its a smaller place, with a dozen or so tables and a long bar. No TV's here so if you're hoping to catch the game, go elsewhere. But if you're hoping for a qulaity meal and beer, then head over. Right in the middle of the little downtown. Parking is nearby along with plenty of shopping. The staff was all very friendly. My one suggestion would be to hopefully land a table by the windows. We went there around 3PM on a saturday and the place was packed. read more

They have an awesome craft beer selection and dining here is cozy. There are only about 12 tables and a nice big bar. Love this place. My husband and I enjoy craft beer and often go to the city to drink. We both remarked about Eddie's excellent AND well-thought selection of brews. I enjoyed an IPA, an excellent gose, a stout and a blonde ale that tasted like cake batter. I was really pleased with the beer. We ate the caesar-jerk wings, potato nachos and the Stix burger with a salad. The burger was HANDS DOWN the best burger I've ever eaten out. I will absolutely come back to eat this burger and enjoy a few beers. Some notable observations: We came on a Sunday- it was PACKED by 1:00. I suggest coming early. The crowd was a nice mix- an older woman was drinking mimosas with family, bikers sat next to us, and some hipsters came in later. Everyone was friendly, Beers were around 6 dollars- I thought this was a fair price. Many of the beers we enjoyed were above 5% in alcohol content. Tips: GET THE BURGER! read more

We stopped in for lunch today and enjoyed ourselves. The bartender was very energetic and accommodating. He educated us on the beers and my boyfriend and I each got a flight of 4 beers each, which we let the bartender choose the beers, and they were good! The food was pretty good. My husband and I arrived on a Saturday night and since there was a longer wait than we wanted we sat at the bar. The bartender Eddie was friendly with great service. The wine pour was a decent amount considering beer is their specialty. I enjoy big glasses and they had that too. The food choices were varied I wish I was hungrier. We had three appetizers which were delicious along with a lovely presentation. Sitting at the bar was so much fun we got to speak with lots of regulars who really like the food as well. This place blew our minds! We got a recommendation from the owner of Frazzleberries country store (also great) to go. There was a 40 min wait on a Sat night but we went to have a drink at Halligans (also great) and then were sat. The place is small with two waiters who were very attentive. The food was what blew us away. Cannot recommend the pei mussels in a blue cheese fondue (blue cheese was not overwhelming in taste) enough. Came with chorizo and fries. We kept the leftover sauce to dip into our entrees. Probably one of the best appetizers we ever had. My boyfriend had a salad with IPA vinagrette-amazing as well. I had the miso chick pea burger which was delicious and my bf had the brick chicken with sweet potato mash ans warm brussel sprout salad. I have never seen him eat an entree like he did last night. We live 1.5 hr away and said we'd come back just to eat at Eddy's again. My bf is not a dessert eater and even after all that food he wanted to try the dessert. The beer selection is top notch and I'd give Eddie's five stars if it was based on the beer alone. The service is the only area in which I find myself disappointed in while dinning there.
