I've never been to a nail salon that cuts so many corners when it comes to dip powder services. Proper dip application requires removing the old dip each visit, yet I was repeatedly told that if I chose a dark color, I would need a completely new set the next time. That simply doesn't align with standard dip nail practices. I was also surprised to be charged extra just to trim my nails -- something many salons include as part of basic service. Over time, the focus here seemed to be more about speed than quality. What truly ended it for me was my most recent visit. The technician did a very poor job on my nails, and instead of correcting the dip properly, the manager placed shellac polish on top of the dip powder as a quick fix. The polish began peeling the very same day. I walked out extremely disappointed and will not return. Luxe Nails -- quality, integrity, and professionalism matter far more than speed or cutting corners. Customers deserve better. Tu really disappointed me and management doesn't take concerns seriously.

My last visit they messed up my nails and pedicure and gave me a gift certificate for the error. I blame myself for returning, but I had hopes that maybe it would be different. I went for a normal dip and pedicure for before my birthday. It was empty on a Saturday morning this should have been my first sign. I walk in to no one. The lady doing my nails was rushing and insisted on me getting dip, even asking for a tip. I explained I didn't want tips because I'm growing my nails out and showed her a picture. Before the dip, I told her one of the nail shapes was crooked. She said no worries I will fix later. Later comes, and the pics attached are what I ended up with. I started crying in the chair out of frustration and the fact that now I have to go to another place to have them fix this. I had to interrupt my service to request water from my technician. Sometimes you just have to keep trying new techs because they all work different. Pointy and chunky is just not to my liking. So don't bash the techs just because you don't like it.
